OPERATION
Having fixed cutter, plunge the router to
approximate position and then run the
adjuster rod down the threaded stud.
Your exact cutter depth is now obtained by
turning slowly anti-clockwise or clockwise.
Once required depth is obtained, the halfnut can be tightened against adjuster rod
for added security.
Until new routers are run in, some
resistance may occur when rotating the
adjuster rod clockwise. A simple remedy is
to apply a little hand pressure on the
opposing knob (ie the grip knob adjoining
locking lever) using the other hand to rotate
the rod.
Do not at any time rotate adjuster rod
clockwise if lock lever is engaged.
Do not undo hex nut located at base of
vertical stud on router.
Periodically remove the inverted router
from its router stand. Carefully remove the
router base from the housing to allow
removal of sawdust that can accumulate
inside the router.

and cutter.
3. Current Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for eye, ear and

direction of rotation.
10. Do not switch power tool on with the cutter touching the workpiece.
11. Trial cuts should be made in waste material before starting any project.
12. Repair of tools is only allowed according to tool manufacturers
instructions.
