PRIMING THE ATOMIZER HEAD
It is important to “prime” a new atomizer head before rst use.
Failure to do so can damage the atomizer head.
Remove the tank from the E-Pipe 3 body by rst removing the mouthpiece, twist
and pull to remove. Unscrew the tank at the base. Turn the tank upside down,
then unscrew the tank base from the glass section of the tank. Remove the
atomizer head by unscrewing, drip a few drops of e-liquid onto the cotton wick
through the openings on the sides of the atomizer head, and screw back onto
the tank base. Reattach the base back on to the tank then reattach the tank to
the E-Pipe 3 body. Finally, reattach the mouthpiece on the E-Pipe 3 body.
Note: After priming a new atomizer head it is recommended to wait 5 minutes
before vaping to ensure the atomizer head is fully saturated.
ATOMIZER HEAD LIFESPAN
Atomizer heads do not last forever and need to be periodically replaced.
The lifespan of an atomizer head can vary from several days up to several
weeks. Factors aecting lifespan include vaping style, avour and
type of e-liquid. Indications that the atomizer head may require replacement
include a slight burnt taste, general loss of vapour production or a reduction
in avour intensity.
FILLING THE TANK & ADJUSTING THE AIRFLOW
Remove the tank from the E-Pipe 3 body by rst removing the mouthpiece, twist
and pull to remove. Unscrew and remove the tank assembly from the E-Pipe 3
body. Unscrew the tank base and ll to just below the height of the central air
tube as shown in the diagram. Avoid allowing liquid into the central air hole. Screw
the tank base into the tank. To adjust the airow to your personal preference,
rotate the airow control ring located at the bottom of the tank base. The more
area exposed, the more open the air draw will be. Screw the tank back on to the
E-Pipe 3 body. Ret the mouthpiece by pushing rmly over the tank, being careful
to ensure correct orientation of the alignment tab.
FITTING THE BATTERY
To t the battery, unscrew the battery cap at the top of the body. Insert the
battery into its housing negative side rst, push the battery cap down and screw
back on. The LEDs will ash 3 times to indicate successful insertion.
USING YOUR E-PIPE 3
VAPING
Draw gently but rmly on the E-Pipe 3 mouthpiece so that the LED lights up.
E-LIQUID LEVEL
To prevent the atomizer head from becoming dry and burning prematurely,
ensure the e-liquid level does not drop below the inlet holes on the side of the
atomizer head, visible through the glass section of the tank. The mouthpiece
must be removed to check e-liquid level.
REPLACING THE ATOMIZER HEAD
Remove the mouthpiece with a slight twist and pull. Unscrew the tank at the
base. Turn the tank upside down, then unscrew the tank base from the glass
section of the tank. Remove the atomizer head by unscrewing, replace with a new
atomizer head. Before tting a new atomizer head, remember that it will need
priming as described in the section “Priming the Atomizer Head”.
Reminder: After priming a new atomizer head it is recommended to wait 5
minutes before vaping to ensure the atomizer head is fully saturated.
USING YOUR E-PIPE 3
PROTECTIONS
ATOMIZER HEAD PROTECTION
If the E-Pipe 3 res for more than 10 seconds continuously, the LED will remain lit
for 3 seconds and the device will not power or produce any vapour. Let the device
sit for 1 minute before vaping to allow normal operation to resume.
LOW BATTERY ALERT
If battery voltage drops below 3.3V, the LED will ash 10 times indicating the
device needs charging. Insert a fully charged battery to continue vaping.
SHORT CIRCUIT PROTECTION
If an atomizer short circuit occurs, the LED will ash 4 times, the E-Pipe 3 will not
provide power to the atomizer or produce any vapour. Replacing the atomizer
head should allow normal operation to resume. To replace the atomizer head
follow the steps outlined in “Replacing The Atomizer Head”.
NO ATOMIZER DETECTED PROTECTION
If no atomizer head is detected, the LED will ash 5 times and the E-Pipe 3 will not
provide power to the atomizer head or produce any vapour. Ensure the atomizer
head is fully screwed into the base of the tank, then t the tank back onto the
E-Pipe 3 body. If the “No Atomizer” sequence continues, replacing the atomizer
head should allow normal operation to resume. Follow the steps outlined in
“Replacing The Atomizer Head”.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
The E-Pipe 3 body and tank connection can be cleaned by wiping down with
tissue or a dry cloth. The tank can be cleaned by removing it from the E-Pipe 3
body, unscrewing the tank base from the glass section of the tank then removing
the atomizer head. The entire tank and base can now be cleaned under hot
running water. Allow the tank to fully dry before retting the atomizer head into
the tank. Reassemble the tank.
Note: Do not attempt to clean the atomizer head with water. Do not submerge
the E-Pipe 3 body and battery in water or allow it to get wet.

whilst not in use.
• Please charge batteries using a good quality charger from a reputable vendor.
• Please dispose of dead batteries in accordance with your country’s
appropriate legislation.
• Do not charge the battery in a damp environment, or in temperatures
under 0°C or above 45°C.
• Do not use the device in temperatures under -10°C or above 60°C.
• Do not carry batteries in a pocket or bag with other metallic objects.
• Do not attempt to repair a faulty E-Pipe 3 body or its battery as these are sealed
units with no serviceable parts. Attempted repairs will void the warranty.
WARRANTY
The E-Pipe 3 kit has a 6 months parts warranty, with the exception of atomizer
heads, which are consumable items and covered by “dead on arrival” warranty
only. If any parts are found to be faulty within this time please contact our
customer service team, whose details are on the back page of this booklet and
we will arrange for a replacement. We may require the goods to be returned for
further investigation.
