Thank you for this information. Y es, you are right, the photo is fine. I just added a note to it that
the label shown was not the correct, final label; that it was just showing location only. So, the
only thing I need now is the 15.19 and the 15.21 statements in the manual. Are t hey there and I
missed them? If they are not, just send me another declaration of intent to add them, like you did
with the 15.105, and that will be that. I a m now forw a rding your info to Gr eg Czumak for review
now that we have the manual. Howe ver, we still need to c omp lete this 1 5.19 /15.21 is s ue. Thank
you.

attached some new documents.

Regarding t he engineer's draw ing for t he label, t his is still mis s ing .
Because the equipment is very small, t here is only one possible place for
the label - and that is where you can see the label o n the photos. Do yo u
think an engineer's dr aw ing is really necessary? If y es, we have to create a
new document, please let me know.

I have reviewed the informatio n you se nt, and I appreciat e your response.

Howe ver , t her e a re still so me is sues , and I want to make s ure we are on t he
same "page" as far as what is still needed.

1. Label location - You sent a very nice example of t he label, but not an
engineer's draw ing of photo of label location.

2. User's manual - You sent the declaration sayi ng the you would add the

15.105 statement in the manual, however there was no manual in your
info rmat ion. We still need this doc ument.

3. User's manual information/stat eme nts - Please show where the 15.21 and
the 15.19 ( d ue t o the small size of the card) , will be ad d ed to the ma nual

(ideally, with the 15.105 stat eme nt).
Please keep in mind that we cannot forw ar d for a technical review until we

receive the user's ma nual. If I was not clear in my prior request, I
apologi ze. Also, should you need any further assist ance, please do not
