General
This product is a wireless communication device, and the use of this product is restricted to the

following countries or areas. If the product is used in the countries or areas other than the following,
you may be punished according to the laws of those countries or areas.

Japan, USA, Canada, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Italy Ireland,

Luxembourg, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, The Netherlands, United Kingdom, Australia

Hereby, Toshiba TEC Corporation, declares that this TEC-BTM is in compliance with the essential

requirements and other relevant provisions of Directive 1999/5/EC.

This equipment uses the radio frequency band which has not been harmonized throughout all EU

and EFTA countries, and can be used in the following countries.

Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Portugal,

Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, The Netherlands, United Kingdom

For USA

This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two

conditions :
(1) this device may not cause harmful interference, and
(2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause

undesired operation.

Changes or modification not expressly approved by manufacturer for compliance could void the

user’s authority to operate the equipment.

For Canada

Operation is subject to the following two conditions:

 1.この機器を使用する前に、近くで移動体識別用の構内無線局及び特定小電力無線局が運用されて

いないことを確認して下さい。

 2.万一、この機器から移動識別用の構内無線局に対して電波干渉の事例がした上、下記連絡先にご

連絡頂き、混信回避のための処置等（例えば、ﾊﾟｰﾃｨｼｮﾝの設置など）についてご相談して下さい。

 3.その他、この機器から移動体識別用の特定小電力無線局に対して電波干渉の事例が発生した場合

など何かお困りのことが起きたときには、購入元へお問い合わせ下さい。
