1. MÉTODO DE INSPEÇÃO:
1-1 Ambiente
A. Temperatura: 20 ~ 25 °C B. Humidade: 65±5% RH. C. Iluminação: Lampada fluorescente de 20W (300 a 700 Lux)
1-2 Distância
Inspecionar a uma distância de 60±5 cm em frente ao painel LCD a olho nú
1-3 Ângulo de visão
A linha de vista deverá ser perpendicular à superfície do painel.
2 - DEFEITOS POSSIVEIS NOS PAINÉIS LCD
2.1 Ponto defeituoso
A. Cada ponto de cor vermelha, verde ou azul é denominado de Sub-Pixel (R,G ou B). B. Um ponto é considerado defeituoso quando apresentar defeito em mais de 50% de sua área total.
2.1-1 Ponto brilhante Ponto brilhante é definido como um ponto (sub-pixel) que se apresenta brilhante na tela do painel LCD durante a exposição de um padrão escuro. A. O defeito caracterizado pelo ponto brilhante deverá ser visível através do filtro 5% ND. B. Se o ponto brilhante for visível através do filtro 2% ND, será definido como um defeito de ponto brilhante de nível superior C. Se o ponto brilhante for invisível através do filtro 2% ND, será definido como um defeito de ponto brilhante de nível inferior A inspeção deverá seguir os critérios descritos abaixo:

2.1-2 Ponto escuro O ponto escuro é definido como um ponto (sub-pixel), que se apresenta escuro na tela do
painel LCD durante a exposição de um padrão branco ou RGB A inspeção deverá seguir os critérios descritos abaixo:

2.2 Defeitos mecânicos
A.Substâncias estranhas que podem ser removidas tais como impressões digitais e particulas não são consideradas defeitos. B. Defeitos fora da área ativa não devem ser condsiderados.

2.4 Aparência da moldura
Riscos, amassados de tamanho reduzido, manchas, partículas na moldura do quadro, não são considerados como defeitos.
2.5 Mura
Critério Ponto branco / ponto preto - Mura deverá estar invisível durante a utilização do filtro 2% ND. CF Mura - Mura deverá estar invisível durante a utilização do filtro 2% ND. Nota ) Todos os tipos de Mura deverão estar invisíveis durante a utilização do filtro 2% ND.
3. PRECAUÇÕES NO MANUSEIO DOS PAINEIS LCDs:
Favor prestar atenção aos seguintes ïtens quando da utilização de paineis LCD.
3.1 Não torça ou dobre o painel, bem como evite qualquer força externa inapropriada em sua superfície
durante a montagem.
3.2 Adote boas medidas de ventilação. Certifique-se de estar utilizando o módulo dentro da faixa de
temperatura especificada.
3.3 Evite poeira ou oleosidade durante a montagem.
3.4 Siga a sequência correta de alimentação durante a operação.Não aplique sinais inapropriados pois
podem causar parada e queima do módulo
3.5 O tempo de resposta e o brilho podem variar em temperaturas diferentes
3.6 Evite exibir determinados padrões (teste padrão 100% de branco por exemplo)) por um periodo longo
de tempo, pois causará queima do display.
3.7 Certifique-se de desligar a fonte de alimentação durante a conexão e desconexão do circuito.
3.8 A superfície do display risca facilmente, favor evitar sujeira e manchas manuseando-o com cuidado.
3.9 Humidade pode causar mau funcionamento, retire-a antes de utilizar o módulo LCD.
3.10 Mudanças repentinas de temperatura podem causar condensação de materias e possíveis danos
mecânicos.
3.11 Temperatura e Humidade alta podem debilitar o desmpenho. Não exponha o módulo diretamente à
luz solar.
3.12 Evite qualquer composto de ácido acético ou cloro, pois são prejudiciais ao módulo LCD.
3.13 Eletricidade estática pode danificar o módulo LCD.Evite tocá-lo diretamente sem o uso de
dispositivos de aterramento.
3.14 Não desmonte e monte o módulo você mesmo.
3.15 Não toque diretamente na parte traseira do módulo LCD para evitar choque elétrico devido a alta
tensão do luminoso. Certifique-se que a fonte de alimentação está desativada antes de prosseguir.
3.16 Evite qualquer choque ou vibração forte que possa causar a quebra do módulo LCD
3.17 Armazene os módulos em ambiente fresco e seco com embalagem regular.
3.18 Seja cuidadoso com possíveis ferimentos causados por módulos quebrados. Evite também
pressionar as superfícies frontal e traseira dos módulos para não causar problemas de uniformidade ou funcionamento no display.
