Countermeasure to soiling of back of the copy (TABS indication) When toner is forcibly added mode during printing, the rotation of the fuser unit has been changed to stop or become low.
(Reason for change) Especially in copiers which make a lot of duplex copies or prints (70% or greater), the cleaning roller ( P .32-I.37 4409893740 B-8070L ) becomes more soiled than usual. So, after to been added, soiling at the back of the copy occurs very rare. Abnormal heating of the cleaning roller (P.32-I.37 4409893740 B-8070L) causes the fuser to run idly at the time of toner supply. A control to prevent such idling has been added.

Countermeasure to toner scattering
z
As a [Countermeasure when Toner Scattering occurs in the Market (Temporary Measure) ] , an ATS control (single item) (lowered by 10 bits) has been inserted in the ROM. For the
cause and complete countermeasure, see
BSI #.G00I099
.
Together with this change, the control for the "developer material life control switching
(08-414)" is added.
0 --- ATS control is listed in
BSI #.G00I099
.
(The ROM has a supplementary value 10 bits lower than before the change.) 1~3 --- See below 4 --- Correction control of ROM before change

Usually select "0". Even if "0" is selected, it can be found that toner scattering does not stop in special cases such as repeat printing of small quantities. In this instance, select 1, 2, 3 in steps. Select "2" in the following case. When "0" is selected and toner scattering soils the image

after 200,000 to 300,000 copies. "1" is an intermediate stage between "0" and "2", whereas "3" is above this. However in low humidity conditions, "2" and "3" can reduce the image density. When the new ROM is applied; If toner scattering occurs on the market, as a

countermeasure manually return the machines which have had 10 bits reduced to their previous status by the following method.
(Adjustment Method)
Write the value of 08/404.1. With the UP key in 05/200, raise the current control bit value by 10 bits.2.
