The Lynx® Control System helps you protect your course

features and capabilities, the robust Lynx System can make your

irrigation more efficient—both in terms of the water you apply

and the time it takes you.

Armed with the thorough reports provided by Lynx, you’ll be

able to immediately address any irrigation concerns and avoid

potential course damage...or just move on to other tasks when

Lynx lets you know that things are running as planned.

• A comprehensive Course Report function supports
your scheduled irrigation by providing system status
information, even on manual watering activities.

• Lynx auto-generates reports after each night’s
watering, so you can quickly confirm all sprinkler
run times at a glance.

• Dynamic Drilldown lets you view reports at a macro
level or by specific holes or sprinkler heads.

• A graphic water drop indicator conveys status at
each drilldown level.

See sprinklers that irrigated as scheduled, and ones
that did not, all from one location.

The Course Report screen includes a list of scheduled sprinklers
and allows you to see exactly where they are on your map.

EASILY SET UP AND CUSTOMIZE YOUR IRRIGATION SYSTEM.

Because superintendents insist on easy-to-use software,

the Lynx® Control System was developed for quick setup and

operation. Lynx is a ‘golfware’ based system—it was designed by

Toro to reflect the input and preferences of individuals who would

be installing and using it.

All programs can be accessed from the field using either a handheld

radio or smartphone for manual operation. Lynx gives you a fast,

accurate way to set up your system to put water exactly where you

want it, and then allows you to make edits as your course

conditions change.

Intuitive Quick Start lets you quickly personalize Lynx to
be set up the exact way you think about your course.

• With Quick Start, you create station, satellite and
area associations, and control the definition of greens,
tees, fairways and sprinklers based on their locations.

• A basic hydraulic tree is auto-generated for you
during Quick Start.

• The Instant Program feature has simple check-box
selection and Dynamic Drilldown so you can instantly
create and personalize new irrigation programs.

• Easily designate pre-set or customized water distribution
based on entire areas of your course, specific holes or
individual sprinkler heads.

• Customize irrigation programs to include large areas
but still exclude specific sprinklers in places that need
less water.

Creating seasonal and specialized irrigation programs is as
simple as naming the program, selecting sprinkler heads to
use and hitting the ‘Apply’ button.

The advanced functionality of the Toro® Lynx® Control System

enables you to easily edit your course map, or create your own

fully interactive map using a digital image of your course.

Setting up your map is simple, and Lynx lets you program and

control your irrigation activities right from the map, with instant

access to operation feedback from the rest of your irrigation system.

Take full advantage of your Lynx map by floating it onto a

second monitor.

Create your own irrigation map using an aerial image of your
course. Program, operate and get feedback from the system
all from the map.

• The interactive map layer can be quickly created using
any digital image for the background, such as an
aerial photo of your course.

• System provides full support for a CAD-generated map.

• Easily add, drag, drop and assign sprinklers, satellites,

• With Turf Guard integration, Lynx lets you check course
moisture, salinity and temperature readings right from
your irrigation control software.

• The irrigation schedule will show you the current moisture
levels from your Turf Guard sensors on the course, allowing
you to confirm when and where irrigation is needed.

• Integration with a Flowtronex® pump system with Pace™
enables the exclusive Lynx Power Guard feature
to track and report electricity usage of the system.

• Monitoring pump systems from Lynx helps ensure sprinkler
performance and prevent wasted water or energy.

Turf Guard soil moisture, salinity and temperature information
is available directly in Lynx. See the results of your irrigation
scheduling in the root zone, where it counts most.

Exclusive Power Guard feature shows actual pump station
power consumption and profiles your usage to work within
