•Carrythehedgetrimmerbythehandlewiththecutter
bladestopped.Whentransportingorstoringthehedge
trimmeralwaystthecuttingdevicecover.Proper
handlingofthehedgetrimmerwillreducepossiblepersonal
injuryfromthecutterblades.
•Holdthepowertoolbyinsulatedgrippingsurfacesonly,
becausethecutterblademaycontacthiddenwiringorits
owncord.Cutterbladescontactinga“live”wiremaymake
exposedmetalpartsofthepowertool“live”andcouldgive
theoperatoranelectricshock.
•Keepcableawayfromcuttingarea.Duringoperationthe
cablemaybehiddeninshrubsandcanbeaccidentallycut
bytheblade.
