IfyouaresettingupthismachineforuseintheEuropean
Community(CE),youneedtopermanentlyadjusttheengine
speedsothatitdoesnotrunabove3300RPM,asfollows:
1.Starttheengineandrunitathalfthrottlefor5to10
minutestowarmitup.
Important:Theenginemustbewarmbefore
makingthisadjustment.
2.MovethethrottlelevertotheFastposition.
3.Checktheenginespeedonthetachometer.

5.Turnthehighidleadjustingscrewoutwardtolowerthe
RPMtobetween3200and3300RPM.
Important:Ifyouexceed3300RPM,theengine

6.Securethescrewwiththejamnut,checkingtheengine
RPMagainasyoudoso.
7.Slidethesmallaluminumtubeoverthehighidle
adjustingscrewandjamnut.
8.Crimpthetubedowntothescrewshaftwithapliers
betweenthescrewheadandthejamnutsothatthejam
nutcannotbeloosenedinthefuture.
Important:Thetubemustbefullyoverthejam
nuttopreventaccesstoit.
9.Closethehoodandtightenthehoodlockingscrew .
Important:Youmusttightenthehoodlocking
screwtoensurethatthehoodcannotbe
accidentallyopenedwithouttools,complyingwith
CEsafetyregulations.
