anagreementbetweenthem,jointlypromisetorepairtheT oroProduct
listedbelow,whenusedforresidentialpurposes*,ifdefectiveinmaterials
orworkmanshiporifitstopsfunctioningduetothefailureofacomponent,
fortheperiodlistedbelow.
TheT oroCompanyanditsafliate,T oroW arrantyCompany,pursuantto
anagreementbetweenthem,guaranteethatyourT oroGTS(Guaranteed
toStart)engine,whenusedforresidentialpurposes*,willstartonthe
rstorsecondpull,fortwo(2)yearsfromthedateofpurchase,provided
theroutinemaintenancerequiredintheOperator’sManualhavebeen
performed,orwewillxitfreeofcharge.TheGTSStartingGuarantee
doesnotapplyundercommercialuse.
Thiswarrantycoversthecostofpartsandlabor,butyoumustpay
transportationcosts.
*Residentialpurposesmeansuseoftheproductonthesamelotasyourhome.Useatmorethan
onelocationisconsideredcommercialuseandthecommercialwarrantywouldapply.

lubricants,oilchanges,sparkplugs,airlters,bladesharpening
orwornblades,cable/linkageadjustments,orbrakeandclutch
adjustments
•Componentsfailingduetonormalwear
•Anyproductorpartwhichhasbeenaltered,misused,neglected,or
requiresreplacementorrepairduetoaccidentsorlackofproper
maintenance
•Pickupanddeliverycharges

GeneralConditions
AllrepairscoveredbythesewarrantiesmustbeperformedbyanAuthorized
ToroServiceDealerusingT oroapprovedreplacementparts.Repairbyan
AuthorizedT oroServiceDealerisyoursoleremedyunderthiswarranty.
NeitherTheT oroCompanynorToroWarrantyCompanyisliablefor
indirect,incidental,orconsequentialdamagesinconnectionwiththe
useoftheToroProductscoveredbythesewarranties,includingany
costorexpenseofprovidingsubstituteequipmentorserviceduring
reasonableperiodsofmalfunctionornon-usependingcompletionof
repairsunderthesewarranties.
Somestatesdonotallowexclusionsofincidentalorconsequential
damages,orlimitationsonhowlonganimpliedwarrantylasts,sotheabove
exclusionsmaynotapplytoyou.
Thiswarrantygivesyouspeciclegalrights,andyoumayalsohaveother
rightswhichvaryfromstatetostate.
OwnerResponsibilities
YoumustmaintainyourT oroProductbyfollowingthemaintenance
proceduresdescribedintheOperator’sManual.Suchroutinemaintenance,
whetherperformedbyadealerorbyyou,isatyourexpense.Parts
scheduledforreplacementasrequiredmaintenance(“MaintenanceParts”),
arewarrantedfortheperiodoftimeuptothescheduledreplacementtime
forthatpart.Failuretoperformrequiredmaintenanceandadjustmentscan
begroundsfordisallowingawarrantyclaim.
CountriesOtherthantheUnitedStatesorCanada
CustomerswhohavepurchasedT oroproductsoutsidetheUnitedStatesor
CanadashouldcontacttheirT oroDistributor(Dealer)toobtainguarantee
policiesforyourcountry,province,orstate.Ifforanyreasonyouare
dissatisedwithyourDistributor'sserviceorhavedifcultyobtaining
guaranteeinformation,contacttheT oroimporter.Ifallotherremediesfail,
youmaycontactusatToroWarrantyCompany .
