Determinetheleftandrightsidesofthemachinefromthenormaloperatingposition.

PreparingtheMachine

1.Removeanyattachments.

2.Parkthemachineonalevelsurface.

Use

3.Ensurethattheloaderarmsaredownonthe
stops.

4.Shutofftheengine,waitforthemachinetocool,
andremovethekey.

5.Relievehydraulicpressurebypressingthe
reverseandforwardowhydraulicsbuttonson
thejoystick.

6.Turnthebattery-disconnectswitchtotheOFF
position(Figure1).

hydraulicconnectionsandttingsaretight

system.

pinholeleaksornozzlesthateject
high-pressurehydraulicuid.

•Usecardboardorpapertondhydraulic
leaks.

•Safelyrelieveallpressureinthehydraulic
systembeforeperforminganyworkonthe
hydraulicsystem.

5.Installthepressureswitch,withtheteetting

connectedtoit,intothepressureswitchtee
ttingandtorqueitto12to15N∙m(9to11ft-lb).
RefertoFigure4.

1.Removetheexistingreturnhoseroutedfromthe
liftvalvetotheauxiliaryvalve(Figure3).

2.Loosentheexistingteettingontheauxiliary
valvetoeaseinstallationofnewreturnhardline.
