InstallingtheROPSParts
1.RemovetheexistingsidebracketsontheROPS.Save thenutsandboltsforinstallingthenewbrackets.
2.Installtherubberbumperstothelowerpartofthe ROPSwith2nuts(5/16inch)(Figure1).
3.Installthepivotbracketsandspacerstotheupperpart oftheROPSwiththepreviouslyremovednutsand
Figure1).

4.InstalltheupperpartoftheROPS,roundspacer,and pinassemblytothelowerpartoftheROPSwiththe previouslyremovednutsandbolts(Figure1).

UsingtheRolloverProtection System(ROPS)

WARNING
Toavoidinjuryordeathfromrollover:keepthe rollbarintheraisedlockedpositionandusethe seatbelt.
3.Installthelockingpins.Securethepinsbyinstallingthe haircotterpin(Figure3).

Donotweartheseatbeltwhentherollbaris inthedownposition.
Driveslowlyandcarefully.
Raisetherollbarassoonasclearancepermits.
Checkcarefullyforoverheadclearances(i.e. branches,doorways,electricalwires)before drivingunderanyobjectsanddonotcontact them.
Important:Lowertherollbaronlywhenabsolutely necessary.

2.Raisetherollbartotheuprightposition(
