INSTALLATION ALERT

Installation of this recessed conversion dispenser (the “Product”) requires substantial modications to the existing recessed, folded
towel and waste dispenser. These modications may not be reversible after installation has begun. Do not install the Product until
you have read this entire document. This document sets forth the term and conditions for the use and installation of the Product.
Commencing installation of this Product indicates that the Buyer has read and understands this agreement and accepts its terms
and conditions.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
Reasonable safety precautions must be taken during installation, including but not limited to:
• Wearing of gloves
• Wearing of protective eye wear
• Safe use of tools
DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
SCA Tissue North America, LLC and its afliates, successors, distributors, contractors, employees, and other representatives
(“SCA”) shall in no way be liable for the Product’s proper use and service. SCA herby waives all claims for losses, injuries, or
other damages incurred during the installation of the Product, including but not limited to, damage to building or utilities during
the installation process. Buyer acknowledges that it is not relying on SCA’s skill or judgment as to whether Product is suitable
for an existing cabinet, if any. BUYER HERBY WAIVES ALL REMEDIES OR LIABILITIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, ARISING BY
LAW OR OTHERWISE (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION FITNESS, MERCHANTABILITY, AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES)
WHETHER OR NOT THE RESULT OF SCA’S NEGLIGENCE. SCA DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS
ANY LIABILITY FOR PERSONAL INJURY OR DAMAGES. The Buyer acknowledges and agrees that the disclaimer of any liability of
personal injury is a material term for this Agreement, and the Buyer agrees to indemnify SCA and to hold SCA harmless from any
claim related to the Product, including but not limited to, claims relating to the installation of the Product. Under no circumstance
will SCA be liable for any damages or expenses by reason of use or sale of any Product. SCA assumes no reliability regarding
the improper installation or misapplication of its Products. It is the installer’s responsibility to check for proper installation and, if in
doubt, contact the manufacturer. In the event that the Buyer does not agree with this Agreement the Buyer may return the Product,
in a new and unused condition, to the place of Purchase within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase for a full refund.
THE COMMENCEMENT OF THE INSTALLATION OF THIS PRODUCT INDICATES THAT THE BUYER HAS READ AND
UNDERSTANDS THIS AGREEMENT AND ACCEPTS ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

L’installation de ce distributeur encastré de conversion (ci-après, le « produit ») requiert des modications substantielles au
distributeur encastré de serviettes pliées actuellement en place. Il est possible que ces modications ne soient pas réversibles
après le début de l’installation. Ne commencez pas l’installation du produit avant d’avoir lu intégralement ce document. Ce
document dénit les modalités et les conditions d’utilisation et d’installation du Produit. En commençant l’installation du produit,
l’acheteur signie qu’il a lu et compris cet accord et qu’il en accepte les modalités et conditions.
CONSIGNES DE SÉCURITÉ
Des mesures de sécurité raisonnables doivent être prises durant l’installation, notamment :
• Porter des gants
• Porter des lunettes de sécurité appropriées
• Utilisation sécuritaire des outils
• Awareness of sharp edges that may occur during installation process
• Use of proper sized fasteners for installation
• Knowledge of wall structure on which dispenser is mounted
• Connaissance de la possibilité de découvrir des rebords coupants durant l’installation
• Utiliser des xations de grosseur appropriée durant l’installation
• Connaissance de la structure du mur sur lequel le distributeur est installé
AVIS DE NON-RESPONSABILITÉ
SCA Tissue North America, LLC et ses liales, successeurs, distributeurs, sous traitants, employés et autres représentants
(« SCA ») ne peuvent sous aucune circonstance être responsables de l’utilisation et de la abilité du Produit. SCA réfute pas les
présentes toute réclamation relative à des pertes, des blessures ou d’autres dommages subis durant l’installation du Produit, ce qui
comprend notamment les dommages éventuels au bâtiment, à ses câbles ou à ses canalisations durant l’installation. L’acheteur
reconnaît que les présentes ne reposent pas sur les compétences ou le jugement de SCA pour déterminer si le produit est adapté
à une armoire existante, s’il y a lieu. PAR LES PRÉSENTES, L’ACHETEUR RENONCE À TOUS LES RECOURS ET TOUTES LES
RESPONSABILITÉS, EXPRESSES OU IMPLICITES, DÉFINIS DANS LES LOIS OU AUTREMENT (CONCERNANT NOTAMMENT
LES GARANTIES DE CONVENANCE À UN USAGE QUELCONQUE OU DE COMMERCIALISATION ET LES DOMMAGES
CONSÉCUTIFS) PEU IMPORTE QUE LES DOMMAGES DÉCOULENT OU NON D’UNE NÉGLIGENCE DE SCA. SCA REJETTE
TOUTE GARANTIE ET RÉFUTE EXPRESSÉMENT TOUTE RESPONSABILITÉ RELATIVEMENT À DES DOMMAGES MATÉRIELS
OU DES BLESSURES. L’acheteur reconnaît et accepte que l’avis de non responsabilité pour toute blessure constitue une clause
importante de cet accord. L’acheteur accepte également d’indemniser et dégager SCA de toute responsabilité relativement à
toute réclamation concernant le produit, ce qui comprend notamment toute réclamation relative à l’installation du produit. SCA ne
peut sous aucune circonstance être tenue responsable de quelque dommage ou dépense relativement à l’utilisation ou à la vente
du produit. SCA n’assume aucune responsabilité concernant la mauvaise installation ou la mauvaise utilisation de ses produits.
L’installateur a la responsabilité de vérier la qualité de l’installation et, en cas de doute, de contacter le fabricant. Si l’acheteur
n’accepte pas les conditions de cet accord, l’acheteur peut retourner le produit (neuf ou usagé) à l’endroit où il se l’est procuré,
dans un délai de trente (30) jours après la date d’achat, et demander un remboursement complet.
EN COMMENÇANT L’INSTALLATION DU PRODUIT, L’ACHETEUR SIGNIFIE QU’IL A LU ET COMPRIS CET ACCORD ET QU’IL EN
ACCEPTE LES MODALITÉS ET CONDITIONS.

ALERTA DE INSTALACIÓN
La instalación de este dispensador de conversión embutido (el ‘Producto’) requiere modicaciones sustanciales al dispensador
embutido de toallas plegadas y desechos existente. Estas modicaciones pueden no ser reversibles una vez comenzada la
instalación. No instale el Producto hasta haber leído este documento en su totalidad. Este documento establece los términos y
condiciones para el uso e instalación del Producto. El comienzo de la instalación de este Producto indica que el Comprador ha
leído y comprende este acuerdo y acepta sus términos y condiciones.
PRECAUCIONES DE SEGURIDAD
Deben tomarse durante la instalación las precauciones de seguridad razonables, que incluyen -sin limitarse a ellas- las siguientes:
• Uso de guantes
• Uso de protección ocular
• Utilización segura de las herramientas
DESCARGO DE RESPONSABILIDAD
SCA Tissue North America, LLC y sus empresas asociadas, sucesores, distribuidores, contratistas, empleados y otros
representantes (‘SCA’) no se harán responsables de ningún modo por el uso y servicio correctos del Producto. Por el presente
documento, SCA renuncia a toda reclamación por pérdidas, lesiones u otros daños incurridos durante la instalación del Producto,
incluidos -sin limitarse a ellos- daños al edicio o los servicios públicos durante el proceso de instalación. El comprador reconoce
que no se basa en la destreza o criterio de SCA respecto a si el Producto es apto para un gabinete existente, si lo hubiera.
POR EL PRESENTE DOCUMENTO, EL COMPRADOR RENUNCIA A TODO RECURSO O RESPONSABILIDAD, EXPRESOS O
IMPLÍCITOS, QUE SURJAN EN VIRTUD DE UNA LEY O DE OTRO MODO (INCLUIDOS -SIN LIMITARSE A ELLOS- ADECUACIÓN,
COMERCIABILIDAD Y DAÑOS CONSIGUIENTES) SEAN O NO EL RESULTADO DE LA NEGLIGENCIA DE SCA. SCA DENIEGA
TODA GARANTÍA Y DENIEGA EXPRESAMENTE TODA RESPONSABILIDAD POR DAÑOS Y LESIONES PERSONALES. El
Comprador reconoce y acepta que el descargo de toda responsabilidad por lesiones personales es una condición fundamental
para este Acuerdo, y que el Comprador acepta eximir de toda responsabilidad a SCA respecto a cualquier reclamación relacionada
con el Producto, incluidas -sin limitarse a ellas- las reclamaciones relacionadas con la instalación del Producto. En ninguna
circunstancia SCA será responsable de daños ni de gastos por causa del uso o la venta de cualquier Producto. SCA no asume
ninguna responsabilidad relacionada con la instalación incorrecta o la aplicación errónea de sus Productos. Es responsabilidad del
instalador vericar que la instalación sea correcta y comunicarse con el fabricante en caso de duda. En caso de que el Comprador
no acepte este Acuerdo, el Comprador puede devolver el Producto, nuevo y sin uso, en el lugar de la Compra dentro de los treinta
(30) días a partir de la fecha de la compra, para recibir un reembolso completo.
EL COMIENZO DE LA INSTALACIÓN DE ESTE PRODUCTO INDICA QUE EL COMPRADOR HA LEÍDO Y COMPRENDE ESTE
ACUERDO Y ACEPTA SUS TÉRMINOS Y CONDICIONES.
• Conciencia de los bordes aguzados que pueden encontrarse durante el proceso de instalación
• Utilización de los sujetadores de tamaño adecuado para la instalación
• Conocimiento de la estructura de la pared en la que se monta el dispensador
