• By reducing the outside and inside diameters by an average of .72 thousandths we achieve the same
reduction in area as you get using a .360 Hex Crimp Tool and a universal connector. This reduction in area is for the full 360° circumference of the connector (NOT JUST 6 POINTS). The results are an excellent water and radiation seal while providing a strong connection with improved electrical proper­ties that maintains a 75 ohm impedance.
• The RTC 360 Crimp Tool is made of hardened stainless steel and utilizes a die to extrude the F-
Fitting into a 360° true round tapered crimp.
• RG-6 cable uses a .342 I.D. connector with a .370 to .375 O.D. This crimp is universal from quad-
shield down to 60% braid.
• RG-59 cable uses a .312 I.D. connector with a .370 to .375 O.D. (Ringed connectors work very well).
This crimp is universal from quad-shield down to 53% braid.

FEATURES
1. Internal Rings are drawn into smaller rings around the outer jacket. This forms two small, half O-Rings out of the cable’s outer jacket (see Figure 1).
2. The internal post is extended to provide a larger surface area at the crimp point (See Figure 2).
3. This reduction provides space for the braid to be folded back. The braid cannot reach the crimp area (Figure 1), and therefore the O-Ring seal is preserved. By keeping the loose braid out of the crimp area, we reduce the chance of uneven braid distribution that might cause an impedance problem. The 360° crimp pro­vides exceptional pull out strength while creating a 360° tight electrical connec­tion (See Figure 3).
