1 load-end assembly
Note: Fuse not included. Catalog numbers with sufx -60 M
require a 60 Amp fuse.
SDK Kits include the above items plus a connecting link to
be used in place of a fuse.
CAUTION
Identify line- and load- side wires and match the
housing body parts before installing. All associated
wires and working area must be de-energized.

Strip the insulation from

the cable end baring

Mate the rocket to the line-end assembly for a

watertight seal.
Insert line-end cable
into the line-end
assembly and torque
the set screw to 25
in-lbs.
Complete Steps 1 through 6 for both the Line End and
Load End housing.
Select the correct cut off

Wipe the cable clean. Pencil the

end of cable insulation for ease
of installation. Apply silicone
grease to the end of the cable
and to the cut opening of the
line-end housing.
Insert cable until it
extends 2” to 3”
beyond the
housing.

body fuse). Grease sealing area of load-end. DO NOT
grease sealing rings on line-end.
Grease this area of load-end
