STEP ONE
First remove the “Flood-Seal”® EPDM
rockets from the connector. Note that there
are two congurations of rockets. Rocket No.
CST 3095 accommodates the space saver
Sweetheart Outlet for service cables. Rocket
No. SHC 3830 accommodates the “feeder”
cable outlet with exclusive no cost street
light option. Then, referring to the embossed
markings on the rocket cut off rings, select
the proper rings and cut. Figure A. Open
rocket tower cut offs only for the number of
cables to be installed initially.

STEP FOUR
Slip the “Flood-Seal”® EPDM rockets over
the connection and onto the shoulder of
the bus until the sleeve butts against
connector bar for a fully insulated and
watertight installation. Figure E.
NOTE: For full insulating valve, any outlet
not in use must be covered with the
insulating rocket provided. To re-install
uncut rocket on bar, squeeze rocket barrel
to expel air and assemble onto outlet
shoulder.
