INSTRUCTION SHEET
for Installing Duplex Devices to 4” Square Raised Surface Covers
Catalog Numbers: RS 2, RS 3, RS 8, RS 12, & RS 19 CC
INSTRUCTIONS:
1.
The Nuts are located in the Duplex
Receptacle holes on the Raised
Surface Covers (see Figure 1).
2. Use a plier to break the Nuts from the
cover at score mark (see Figure 2).

Orient the Nuts as shown in Figure 3
and mount the Nuts and the
Receptacle to the Cover using the
#6-32 screws supplied with the
Receptacle (see Figure 3 & 4). Tighten
screws securely.
