the
switch on
the base lowarcls

The microphone

in the model 708/708A
is always
'live'
for
VOX operation
For VOX
operation on a
TEN-TEC transceiver,
aclivate
the VOX circuitry
and
then speak
into
the
microphone. It
is not necessary to
move the
PTT slider switch
fo the
TX or LOCK
positions'
