II periodo dl garanzia la vendltrice si impegna a sostitulre, gratultamente franco fabbrica, i pezzi che dovessero guastor­si per evidente difetto dl lavorazione o cattiva qualltd dei materiall; le parti sostltulte restono di proprleta della TELME e
dovranno essere ritornate alia sede delta medeslma franco dl ogni spesa. Se per la sostituzlone del materiale difettoso si
rendesse necessarlo I'lntervento di personale tecnlco le spese relative alia mono d'opero ed eventuali spese di trasfer­ta, verranno addebltote all'acquirente. Sono esclusi dalle garanzia eventuali rabbocchi di gas frigorlgeno. La garanzia

decade se le macchlne vengono usate in modo non conforme alle IstruzionI delta vendltrice; se esse vengono volonta­riamente o involontariomente dannegglote; se esse vengono modificate, riparate o smontate anche solo porztalmente,
fuorl dalle offlcine TELME o do personale non do essa espressamente autorlzzato per iscritto. La garanzia decade anche
se gli oltacctamenti (elettrici e idrici) per I'alimentazione delta macchlna, che sono dl spettanza dell'acqulrente, siano
inadeguoti. L'Interruzione del pagamento convenuto nelta proposta dl vendita ed accettato dalta venditrlce, sard
causa delta sospensione delta garanzia.

GARANZIA SUPPLEMENTARE: TELME garantlsce le macchlne da essa vendute, secondo le modalltd sopra esposte per un
periodo di 12 mesi dalta data di consegna. Per overe diritto alia garanzia supplementare di 1 anno, che aumenta II perio­do complesslvo dl garanzia a 24 mesi, I'acqulrente deve ritagltare e compltare In ogni sua parte, firmare e spedire con roc­comandata alia TELME, entro 15 glorni dalta data d'installozione, la cartollna di garanzia allegata al manuale "ISTRUZIONI
PER L'USO". Se la TELME non riceverd la cartollna di garanzia non riconoscerd il periodo supplementare dl garanzia.

8. RESPONSABILITA': La TELME e esonerata da ogni responsabllltd ed obbligazlone per qualslasi Incidente alle persone ed alle
cose che possono comunque verlficarsi per e/o durante I'uso delle macchlne fornite e per cause In dipendenza delle
medeslme, clo anche durante I'eventuole colloudo e pure se I'lncidente e derlvonte da difetto dl costruzlone o materia-

10.FORO COMPETENTE: In deroga alle disposizioni del Codlce dl Procedura Civile i contraenti convengono che, nel caso
dovesse sorgere controverslo, in ordlne al presente contratfo, unico foro competente sard quello di Lodi.

GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS VALID FROM IST/FEBRUARY/201 0

1. DELIVERY: Ex Works Codogno (LO), Italy.

2. CONSIGNMENT: TELME does Its best that consignment is carried out v\/ithin established time. Penalties or Indemnity of
damages, at purchaser's favour, for the delayed consignment are In any case excluded. Goods are intended as delive­red when ttiey are handed to the trosporter. Shipment expenses are at purchaser's charge. When Hiere are no precise

and v\/ritten arrangements from the purchaser, the shipment will be carried out with the most suitable means for TELME.
Goods are shipped at ttie purchaser's charge and risk, also in case that shipment Is carried out by TELME. When recei­ving the goods check If they are In good condition. If necessary. I.e. goods are damaged, mark delivery note with your
proper reserves. Inform TELME S.p.A. within 48 hours about damage.

3. CLAIMS: Eventual claims must be mode no later than 7 days from receipt of the goods.

4. RESERVED OWNERSHIP AGREEMENT: In case of selling with extended or deferred payment, the parties agree that the

goods are intended as sold with reserved ownership agreement.

5. PAYMENTS: Eventual delays of payment authorize TELME to suspend or cancel outstanding orders. In cose of delay of pay-

ment tfie Interest will be at purchaser's charge.

6. INSTALLATION and SERVICE: Installation is of the expense of the buyer, as well as the costs of after sole service carried out

by the distributor.

7. WARRANTY: TELME warrants sold machines for a time of 12 months from delivery date. During the time of warranty, TELME

will replace, free ex-factory, all parts damaged for evident defects of manufacturing or for a bod quality of the materials.
Replaced parts still belong to TELME and will have to be returned to the head office free of charge. Labour and eventual
travelling expenses will be at purchaser's charge. Freon gas filling is excluded from tfie vorronty. The warrant/ declines if
the machine Is used not In conformity with the sales instructions; It they are damaged willingly or unintentionally; If Itie
machine is modified, repaired or disassembled by not authorized staff. The warranty also declines if Itie connections,

power and water, for the feeding of the machine (at purchaser's charge) are uncorrect. Suspension of payment, agreed
In the sales orooosal and accepted by TELME will cause ttie suspension of warranty.
ADDITIONAL WARRANTY: TELME warrants sold machines according to above mentioned conditions for a time of 12 months
from delivery date. In order to acquire the right of having the additional warranty of 1 year so that the warranty Is exten­ded to a total time of 24 months, the buyer has to cut out, fill In, sign and send bock, by registered letter, to TELME, within

15 days from dote of Installation, the warranty card which

Is

enclosed In the manual "OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS". If TELME

doesn't receive ttie warrant/ card, the addltonal warrant/ time will not be acknowledged.

8. RESPONSIBILITY: TELME is free from every responsibility and obligation for any futher accident to people and goods that
could verify for and/or during the use, for reasons or/In dependence on supplied machines, during eventual testing and
even If accident Is due to defects of manufacturing or materials. Any further claims of reimbursement must be conside­red excluded. Products cannot be used for intent different to that indicated.

9. TECHNICAL FEATURES: Even it they are illustrated with accurate indication, they are not binding for

TELME.

10.COMPETANT COURT: Notwithstanding the Civil Code Procedure, contracting parties agree that. If any dispute could arise

authorities on demand.

The objectives are, to preserve, protect and improve the quality
ofthe environment, protect human health and utilise natural
resources prudently and rationally. Each producer should, when

placing a product on the market, provide a financial guarantee for
the management of WEEE, Final holders should not be charged
for the collection and treatment of WEEE from professional use.

Specific treatment for such WEEE Is Indispensable in order to
avoid the dispersion of pollutants into the recycled material or the
waste stream. Systems are set up allowing final holders to return
such waste at least free of charge, also on a one-to-one basis
when buying a new product, as long the equipment Is of equivalent
type and has fulfilled the same functions as the supplied equipment

Effective proportionate and dissuasive penalties are applicable

TELME warrants sold machines according to the conditions mentioned in the GENERAL SALES
CONDITIONS for a time of 12 months from delivery date. In order to acquire the right of having the
additional warranty of 1 year, so that the warranty is extended to a total time of 24 months, the buyer
has to cut out, fill In, sign and send back, by registered letter, to TELME, within 15 days from date of
installation, the warranty card which is enclosed in the manual "OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS".
If TELME doesn't receive the warranty card, the additional warranty time will not be acknowledged.
