FCC HEARING-AID COMPATIBILITY (HAC)
The F210 has been tested for hearing aid compatibility. This device has an M4 and T4 rating. When some
wireless d evices are used near som e hearing devices such as h earing aids and implant s, users may detect a
buzzin g or humming noise. Some h earing devices are mo re immune than others to this interference noise.
Wireless de vices may also vary in t he amount of interf erence they generate.
The rating s for compatibilit y of digital wirel ess devices with hea ring aids are descr ibed in the Americ an National Standards Institute (ANSI) C63.19 standard:
M-Rating: Phones rated M3 or M4 meet FCC requirements and are likely to generate less interference with

The more immun e the hearing aid device is, th e less likely one is to exper ience interference no ise from
the wirele ss phone. Hearing aid de vices may also be rated. Ad ding the rating of the he aring aid and the
phone would de termine probable usab ility:
1. Any combined r ating equal to or greater tha n six offers the be st use.
2. Any combined r ating equal to five is co nsidered normal use.
The ratings ar e not guarantees. Resu lts will vary depen ding on the user’s hearin g device and hearing los s. If
your hearing de vice happens to be vulne rable to interfe rence, you may not be able to use t his device successfully. Trying out th is device with your hear ing device is the best w ay to evaluate it for your per sonal needs.

from the date of purchase. In addition, the Emporia batteries used in the product are warranted to be
free from defects in materials or workmanship for ninety (90) days from the date of purchase of the
produc t. Within this perio d, Emporia will, at its so le option, repair or rep lace any components tha t fail in

EMPORIA EMERGENCY BUTTON
You can store up to 5emergency numbers (family, neighbours,
friends, emergency services).
¡ In case of an emergency press the emergency button on the
reverse side of the mobile telephone either for 3seconds or
3times within 3seconds. The emergency key will still work
when the key lock is enabled.
By pressing the emergency button the emergency sequence
is started. Up to 5 numbers will be called in a predetermined
order until someone answers the emergency call.
This process is repeated 3 times.

your network operator, the international emergency
