2-HC Transit Case Instructions
The 2-HC is a ruggedized, waterproof and dust tight (MIL-C-4150J) transit case specifically designed to provide travel and storage protection for the 2 Series MSO instruments.
Item Description
1 Two security rings for use with locks (locks not included)
2 Four latches with release buttons
3 Automatic air pressure equalization control valve for use during air transport
The case protects instruments from shock, vibration, and moisture. It also has room for the accessories such as; AC-DC power supply, power cord, external ground cable, probes, DUT boards, and documentation.
The case consists of a heavy duty outer shell and an inner layer of foam. The inner foam consists of a permanent ring of foam and three removable foam pieces.

Pack the stand in the transit case
The 2 Series MSO stand fits underneath the instrument in the case with a foam insert securing it in place.
Procedure
Pack the stand in the transit case
1. Place the instrument stand in the case with the screw side facing down.
2. Place the foam insert in the case and position it so the bottom of the foam fits into the center hole in the stand.
