Utilização do Espeto rotativo
O espeto rotativo possui um motor giratório, um gancho suporte e um espeto completo com um punho, que é desmontado desenros­cando. Para a sua utilização, proceda do seguinte modo:
1 Pendure o gancho (A) no alojamento (B)
situado na parte superior do forno. Ver figura.
2 Introduza a ponta do espeto no alojamento
(C) do motor de rotação; apoie a outra extremidade do espeto no gancho (A).
3 Coloque o selector de funções na posição
.
Atenção:
Não se esqueça de desenroscar o punho do espeto antes de realizar o assado; só deste modo poderá fechar a porta do forno.

Technical Information
The optional door codes to achieve temperatures of under 60 K (as per EN60335-1/2-6) depending on the colour are:
White: 82020703 Brown: 82020704 Stainless Steel: 82020708
Use of Turnspit
The turnspit accesory consists of a rotar y motor, a support hook and a complete spit with handle. It is used in the following way:
1 Connect the hook (A) to the support (B)
situated at the top of the oven. See figure.
2 Insert the end of the spit in the motor fitting
(C). The other end of the spit is supported on the hook (A).
3 Set the mode selector to .
Warning
Do not forget to unscrew the handle from the spit before cooking, otherwise it will not be possible to close the oven door.

Switch off oven
Conventional
Used for sponges and cakes in which the heat received must be uniform and for which a spongy texture is required. For roasts, it can be used for any piece whatever its size.
Grill
For preparing dishes with superficial roasting. It allows the outer layer to be browned without affecting the inside of the food. Ideal for flat food, such as steaks, ribs, fish, toast. The grill can also be used in combination with the
turnspit for meat items of greater volume, such as whole chickens or joints of beef or lamb. When using the grill the oven door must be kept closed.
Bottom heating element
It heats only from beneath. Appropriate for heating dishes or raising pastry or similar.
Note
The pilot light remains on in any cooking function.
Oven Functions
Manual use of the oven 1 Turn the timing switch to the left to the
position .
2 Select a temperature and a cooking
function.
3 Set the controls in position to switch off
the oven.
Using the timer switch
Allows cooking during a pre-established time. To do this,
1 Select the function and the cooking
temperature.
2 Turn the timer control clockwise as far as
the position “120 minutes” and then turn it backwards to the required cooking period.
3 When the time has finished, there will be an
acoustic signal and the oven will stop heating.
4 Set the controls to the position to switch
off the oven.

Before the First Use
Carefully read this Instructions Manual to achieve the best results from your oven.
Due to the manufacturing process there may be remains of grease and other impurities. To eliminate these, proceed as follows:
• Remove all the packaging material, including the protective plastic, if your oven has this.
• Connect your oven to the function or , at 250ºC for one hour. To do so, consult the characteristics sheet that comes with this manual.
• After the oven has cooled, clean it and its accessories.
During the first use, fumes and odours may arise and the kitchen should therefore be well ventilated.
Ecological Packaging
The packaging materials are completely re­cyclable and can be used again. Check with your local authority on the regulations for disposing of this material.
