WARNINGS
Attention must be paid to the labels attached to the equipment, as they provide
information about possible risks and hazards.
We recommend immediately replacing the labels when they become damaged or difficult
to read.
WARNING
SERIOUS INJURIES CAN OCCUR
ON THIS EQUIPMENT. YOU MUST
ALWAYS TAKE THE FOLLOWING
PRECAUTIONS TO AVOID INJURY!
Before using the equipment, read all the
warnings and all the instructions. Be
certain on the use of the equipment.
Use the equipment only for its intended use.
Do NOT modify the equipment.
Always consult with a qualified and
licensed medical professional before
starting any exercise program.
If you feel any pain or abnormal symptoms,
stop your workout immediately and consult
your physician.
Keep body, hair and clothing away from all
moving parts.
Check the equipment before use.
Do not use the equipment if you see signs
of wear or damages. In this case notify the
staff immediatley.
Before using the equipment check that the
cables are correctly routed inside the races
of all the pulleys, and check the state of
wear of the cables and their connections.
If you see signs of wear, notify the staff
immediatley.
Be certain that the weight pin is completely
inserted. Use only the pin provided by the
manufacturer. If unsure, seek assistance.
Never pin the weights in an elevated
position. DO NOT use the equipment if found
in this condition. Seek assistance from floor
staff.
Do not use attachments not recommended
by the manufacturer.

Place of installation
To ensure safe, comfortable and effective use of the equipment, the place of installation must comply with certain specific requirements;
in particular, before choosing where to install the equipment we recommend that you check that the following conditions are available:
- a temperature between +10°C and +25°C;
- sufficient ventilation to maintain a humidity level between 20% and 90%, when the equipment is in use;
- sufficient lighting to make the area a safe and relaxing place to exercise;
- sufficient clearance on all sides of the equipment, taking into account its maximum dimensions when in use, to ensure safety;
- a flat, stable and vibration-free floor surface, with sufficient load bearing capacity for the equipment’s weight.
If the equipment is to be installed in a public recreation area, the place of installation must comply with all the requirements of the
regulations currently in force.
WARNINGS
The equipment must be installed and used in a place where access and supervision are specifically controlled by the
owner.
When installing the equipment, use suitable personal protective equipment.

Lifting and moving the equipment
Use the four castor wheels (optional) to move the equipment.
If the equipment has already been anchored to the floor, it needs to be released
from the anchorage and its original feet refitted: follow the instructions in the
paragraph describing anchoring to the floor in reverse order.
WARNING
Move the equipment very carefully, because it may become unstable
and tip over.
The castors for moving the equipment snap on underneath the feet of the
equipment, after it has been raised, and are held in place by the special straps.
Raise the equipment using a pallet truck or fork-lift truck; and for greater safety
place a wedge under the frame to keep the equipment raised.
WARNING
We recommend placing padded material between the frame and the
wedge and between the frame and the machinery used to lift it.
Fit two of the wheels: fit the castor stems (A) into the holes provided under the
equipment feet, then push hard until they snap in.

Lifting and moving the equipment
Proceeding in the same way, lift the equipment from the other side and insert
the other two wheels.
Lastly, lift the equipment again, remove the safety wedges and place the wheels
on the floor.
WARNINGS
Do not use the equipment with the castors fitted. The castors are to
be used only for moving the equipment and must be removed before
exercising on it. After moving the equipment, it must be anchored to
the floor before use.

Assembly
WARNING
When installing the equipment, use suitable personal protective
equipment.
Assembling the weight stacks on sides 2 and 4
Loosen the two screws (A) inside each of the guards (B) on sides 2 and 4, then
lower the guide rails (C) until they are resting on the floor.
WARNING
Screws (A) secure the guide rails (C); hold on to the guide rails when
loosening these screws to prevent them from dropping on the floor.
The weight stacks must be made up as follows:
- side 2 weight stack with backrest: 9 wide weights, plus wide crosspiece;
- side 4 weight stack with high pulley: 13 wide weights, plus wide crosspiece.

Assembly
Assemble one weight stack at a time.
For every weight stack take the crosspiece (E) from the crate and then take the
weights out one by one, starting from the last one (the one with the highest
number), and insert them in guide rails (C) from above.
WARNINGS
E
The weights must be assembled with the selection holes facing the
outside of the equipment and the numbers upright.
To keep the weights in the correct order always take them out of the
packaging and insert them ONLY one at a time; this will ensure that
the numbers stamped on the weights will be in the right order in each
weight stack.

Anchoring to the floor
The following anchoring parts are supplied: 4 feet, feet protections, anchor screws.
WARNING
To anchor the equipment, use anchor screws suited to the kind of floor,
and which strictly comply with the following minimum requirement:
minimum guaranteed load of 50 kg.
When anchoring the equipment to the floor, the feet need to be replaced: loosen
screw (A) to remove all the supporting feet.
Do not throw the original feet away, so that you can use them for inserting castors
when moving the equipment.

Fitting the number holder
The number holder must be fixed immediately underneath the cross-bars: standing
facing the equipment, attach the number holder to the left tube supporting the
guide rail, so that it is flush with the rubber stop on the guide rail.
The number holder is made up of two sections: the larger section (A) must be
placed at the front; the curved closing section (B) must be placed at the back of
the equipment.
Insert the two screws (Tbic M5x6 Z) from the front of the equipment, coupling them
with the two M5 cap nuts at the rear; then tighten the nuts using the appropriate
spanners.
The number holder is optional.

Routine maintenance
WARNINGS
The safety of the equipment is assured only on the condition that it is carefully inspected every two weeks for any signs
of damage and/or wear and to ensure that it is perfectly anchored to the floor.
Replace defective and worn components immediately, or alternatively remove the equipment from service.
The equipment should always be kept clean and free of dust, in compliance with good hygiene practice, especially if it is used in a
gym or by more than one person.
Use a moist cloth or a sponge and mild soap to clean the padded parts.
Wipe the outside of the equipment every week using a damp sponge.
Do not use chemicals or solvents.
WARNING
Be careful not to rub too hard on the drawings and instructions shown on the labels.
Oiling the weight stack guide rails:
- use a soft cloth to remove any dust and oil residues from the guide rails;
- slightly moisten the cloth with the oil supplied in the optional Basic Box kit;
- using this cloth, apply a very thin layer of lubricant over the guide rails, taking care not to apply too much.
Call the Technogym Technical Support Service for instructions on any maintenance operations not described in this manual.

Replacing the spring hook
Always replace the spring hooks as soon as you notice the slightest signs of wear,
buckling, difficulty closing, or anything else that may interfere with its durability.
When replacing, always use a spring hook supplied directly by Technogym. If it
is impossible to obtain an original part, use a spring hook that strictly meets the
following minimum requirements:
- materials used: AISI 316 stainless steel;
- maximum capacity on main axis: 1600 kg (3500 lb);
- maximum capacity on minor axis: 350 kg (770 lb).
WARNINGS
Once a month, carefully check the condition of the spring hook.
Do not alter the spring hooks in any way.
