IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

Read the following instructions carefully and make sure that
the barbecue grill is correctly assembled.
Failure to follow the instructions may result in malfunction,
damage to the unit, to other property or serious personal injury!
If you have any questions regarding the installation or
operation of the Barbecue Grill, please contact the place of
purchase or customer service located on the last page of this
manual.

Important: The device may not be used by children and
people with a physical, sensory, mental or motor disability, or
lack of experience and knowledge, unless these persons are
supervised or have been instructed on the safe use of the
device and its associated devices and understood its dangers.
Children should not play with the device. Cleaning and
maintenance must not be performed by children unless they
are over 8 years old and supervised. Never leave your device
and power cord unattended and in the reach of children
under 8 or irresponsible persons, especially if it is plugged in or
when it is still hot.

 To operate the Barbecue Grill, a 16-amp socket is required.

If you are not sure, ask a specialist (*).

 All actions on and with this appliance may only be carried

out to the extent described in these user instructions.

 If you would like to transfer the product to another person,

always include this user manual.

 Check that the mains voltage matches the voltage

indicated on the appliance before using the appliance.

 Never leave your appliance unattended during use.
 Check regularly whether the connection cable and the

plug are not damaged. If the power cord, plug or

 Make sure that the power cord does not come into contact

with the hot parts of the appliance.

 Only use the appliance for household purposes as specified

the appliance in the dishwasher.

 Use only accessories recommended by the supplier. Other

the appliance.

and could not cause the appliance to fall. Do not wrap the
power cord around the appliance and do not bend it.

 Place the appliance on a stable, level surface.
 During use, accessible parts of the appliance can reach a

very high temperature. Make sure that the heating element
does not come into contact with other objects.

 Remove the plug from the socket before cleaning the

appliance. Allow the grill to cool completely before
cleaning or putting it away.

 Always un-plug the appliance from the socket when the

appliance is not in use.

 Do not pull the plug to unplug and turn off the device.
 Make sure that the hot parts do not come into contact with

highly flammable material during operation. Do not place
the unit on hot surfaces or close to open gas flames - risk of
melting the casing.

 The appliance is not a toy: keep it away from children when

using and when storing it.

 Operate the Barbecue Grill outdoors only.
 Only prepare foods that are suitable for grilling and eating.

 You should keep the appliance clean as it is in direct

contact with food.

 Never use charcoal, barbecue lighters or liquids for classic

charcoal barbecues to heat the Grill Plates or increase the
temperature. This appliance can only be heated with the
help of the electric heating element.

 The barbecue grill should be used at a distance of no less

than 1 metre from any walls or objects on all sides.

 Do not cover the appliance when in use.
 Oil and fat preparations may burn if overheated. Be

extremely careful.

 Your appliance must not be switched on via an external

timer or any other separate remote-control system.

 The barbecue must be protected from the rain.
 If you modify the appliance in any way, it may affect your

warranty.

 Ensure that the appliance is not damaged or defect before

using it.

 Clean the appliance with a damp cloth, do not use

dishwasher soap or detergents.

 Repairs must be done by a professional. If not, this may be

dangerous for the user.

 Ensure that the cord is fully unfurled before use. Ensure the

cord does not come close to any hot surfaces.

 Ensure the item is in ‘Off’ position before plugging it in.

importer responsible for such repairs. For any repairs, please
contact this customer service.

BEFORE FIRST USE

Assemble the barbecue as described in the "Assembly" chapter.
Clean the barbecue grill and accessories (see Cleaning and Care). It is advisable to preheat
the Barbecue Grill for at least 10 minutes at full temperature and without any food on the Grill
Plate, so that any residual odours dissipate when first using the appliance.

GETTING STARTED

 Insert the plug into the wall socket, and the two LED function lights in the thermostat

buttons (3 and 9) will illuminate Blue. This indicates that the device is receiving power, and
ready for use.

 Turn the Heat on by turning the progressive thermostat (3 and 9) clockwise. The LED

function light (3 and 9) will illuminate Red.

 The grill plate (11) has two separate heating zones. These can be switched on and

adjusted separately with the respective thermostat controller below.

 Preheat the unit for about 10 minutes at maximum power, then set the progressive

thermostat to the desired temperature level.

 During operation, the LED function lights will alternate between Red and Blue illumination.

This is totally normal as the thermostat automatically regulates throughout the heating
process. So, when the desired temperature is reached, the LED function lights will first
illuminate Blue. If they switch back to Red, the device is heating up again, before returning
to Blue once the desired temperature is reached. This is the normal cycle of the
thermostat once the desired temperature is reached.

 Open the lid (5).
 Place the food on the grill plate (11).
 The grilling times are always different depend on the type of food being cooked and the

individual weight of each item.

 Always use the handle (4) to open and close the lid.

DRIP TRAY

The drip tray (6) collects any grease emitting from foods during the grilling process. Please
make sure that the area where the Drip Tray is inserted into the Electric barbecue housing
(6) is not blocked.

PRACTICAL TIP

 Always thaw frozen food before grilling.
 Cook sensitive food (e.g. fish or mushrooms) on low heat.
 To keep barbecued food warm, turn the thermostat control to low heat.
 For meat where retaining juices is vital for a great taste such (as steaks), avoid poking

holes in the meat with a fork or other instrument used for piecing - this may cause the
food to become dry.

 Ideally, you should use non-abrasive barbecue tongs to turn your food.
 From time to time, turn your food for best results.
 Season food during preparation often yields the tastiest results.
 Please ensure all foods are cooked thoroughly and are piping hot throughout before

consumption.

END OF USE

 Allow the appliance to cool down completely.
 Remove the plug from the wall socket after use and turn the thermostat to the lowest

position.

 Remove all food from the grill plate.
 Clean the grill plate (11) and the drip tray (6).
 Place the Barbecue Grill in a safe, sheltered, damp free, waterproofed location.

CLEANING AND CARE

 If it looks like paint is peeling off inside the grill, it is usually grilled food leftovers.
 Before cleaning the appliance, unplug it from the socket.
 Let the appliance cool down completely before cleaning.
 Remove the grill plate using protective gloves
 The grill plate can be cleaned in soapy water (not in the dishwasher). Dry the Grill Plate

thoroughly afterwards.

 The outside of the barbecue should only be cleaned with a damp cloth and wiped with a

dry cloth.

 Do not use harsh or abrasive cleaning agents.
 Do not clean the barbecue grill by immersing in liquids and do not use a steam cleaner for

cleaning

Never try to clean the grill plate by burning it off.
Toxic gases would emerge from the grill - Risk of suffocation!

In order to preserve our environment and protect human health, the waste electrical and
electronic equipment should be disposed of in accordance with specific rules with the

implication of both suppliers and users. For this reason, as indicated by the symbol on the
rating label or on the packaging, your appliance should not be disposed of as unsorted
municipal waste. The user has the right to bring it to a municipal collection point performing
waste recovery by means of reuse, recycling or use for other applications in accordance with
the directive.

ErP Declaration – Regulation 1275/2008/EC

We, Team Kalorik SA/NV, hereby confirm that our product meets the requirements of regulation
1275/2008/EC. Admittedly, our product does not dispose of a function to minimize the power
consumption, which should according to regulation 1275/2008/EC put the product in off or
standby mode after finishing the main function, but this is practically impossible, as it would
compromise the main function of the product so strongly, that using the product would no
longer be possible!

For this reason we always tell the customer in our instruction manual to unplug the appliance
immediately after use.

 Kontrollieren Sie, ob die Netzspannung mit der auf dem

den Benutzer dar und das Gerät könnte dadurch

 Ziehen Sie niemals an der Anschlussleitung, um das Gerät zu

bewegen. Achten Sie darauf, dass die Anschlussleitung
nicht irgendwo hängen bleibt und dies zum Fall des Gerätes
führen könnte. Wickeln Sie die Anschlussleitung nicht um das
Gerät herum und knicken Sie diese nicht.

 Stellen Sie das Gerät auf eine stabile, ebene Fläche.
 Während des Gebrauchs können zugängliche Teile des

Gerätes eine sehr hohe Temperatur erreichen. Achten Sie
darauf, dass
das Heizelement nicht mit anderen Gegenständen in
Berührung kommt.

 Entfernen Sie den Stecker aus der Steckdose, bevor Sie das

Gerät reinigen. Lassen Sie den Grill komplett abkühlen,
bevor Sie ihn reinigen oder wegräumen.

 Entfernen Sie immer den Stecker aus der Steckdose, wenn

Sie das Gerät nicht benutzen.

 Achten Sie darauf, dass die heißen Teile während des

Betriebes nicht mit leicht entflammbarem Material in
Berührung kommen. Gerät nicht auf heiße Oberflächen
oder in der Nähe von offenen Gasflammen abstellen –
Gefahr der Gehäuseanschmelzung.

 Betreiben Sie den Barbecue Grill ausschließlich im Freien.
 Bereiten Sie nur Nahrungsmittel zu, die zum Grillen und zum

Verzehr geeignet sind.

 Sie sollten das Gerät sauber halten, da es in direktem

Kontakt mit Nahrungsmitteln ist.

 Benutzen Sie niemals Holzkohle, Grillanzünder

beziehungsweise Flüssigkeiten für klassische Grills zum
Erhöhen der Temperatur. Dieses Gerät kann nur mit Hilfe des
Heizelementes erwärmt werden.

 Der Barbecue Grill sollte auf allen Seiten einen Abstand von

ca. 1 Meter zu eventuellen Wänden oder Gegenständen
haben.

 Niemals das Gerät abdecken.
 Decken Sie die Grillplatte niemals mit Aluminiumfolie oder

anderen hitzebeständigen Materialien ab.

 Öl- und Fettzubereitungen können bei Überhitzung brennen.

Gehen Sie äußerst vorsichtig vor.

 Ihr Gerät darf niemals über eine externe Zeitschaltuhr oder

irgendein anderes, separates Fernbedienungssystem
eingeschaltet werden.

 Der Barbecue Grill muss vor Regen geschützt werden.
 Wenn Sie das Gerät in irgendeiner Weise modifizieren, kann

dies Ihre Garantie beeinträchtigen.

 Stellen Sie sicher, dass das Gerät nicht beschädigt oder

defekt ist, bevor Sie es benutzen.

 Reinigen Sie das Gerät mit einem feuchten Tuch,

VOR DER ERSTEN BENUTZUNG

Montieren Sie den Barbecue Grill wie im Kapitel „Montage“ beschrieben.
Säubern Sie den Barbecue Grill und die Zubehörteile (siehe Reinigung und Pflege). Es ist ratsam,
den Barbecue Grill ca. 10 Minuten ohne Grillgut vorzuwärmen, damit sich der Eigengeruch
beim Erstgebrauch des Barbecue Grills verliert.

INBETRIEBNAHME

 Stecken Sie den Stecker in die Steckdose, die beiden LED-Funktionsleuchten in den

Thermostatknöpfen (3 und 9) beginnen blau zu leuchten und zeigen an, dass das Gerät
funktionsbereit ist.

 Schalten Sie das Gerät mit den stufenlos drehbaren Thermostaten (3 und 9) ein (Drehen im

Uhrzeigersinn). Die LED-Funktionsleuchten (3 und 9) werden rot leuchten.

 Die Grillplatte verfügt über zwei separate Heizzonen. Diese können getrennt voneinander

mit dem jeweils darunter befindlichen Thermostatregler eingeschaltet und eingestellt
werden.

 Heizen Sie das Gerät ungefähr 10 Minuten mit Maximalleistung vor, und stellen Sie dann

das stufenlos drehbare Thermostat auf die von Ihnen gewünschte Regelstufe ein.

 Während des Betriebes werden die LED-Funktionsleuchten zeitweilig rot oder blau

leuchten, das ist das normale Takten des Thermostates, wenn die jeweils gewählte
Temperatur erreicht ist, leuchten die LED-Funktionsleuchten blau. Leuchten sie wieder rot,
heizt das Gerät. Dies ist der normale Zyklus des Thermostats, wenn die ausgewählte
Temperatur erreicht wird

 Öffnen Sie den Deckel (5).
 Legen Sie das Grillgut auf die Grillplatte.
 Die Grillzeiten sind immer unterschiedlich und richten sich nach Art und Beschaffenheit des

jeweiligen Grillgutes.

 Benutzen Sie zum Öffnen und Schließen des Deckels immer den Griff (4).

Fettauffangschublade

Die Fettauffangschublade (6) sammelt das auf die Grillplatte (11) abtropfenden Fett während
des Grillens. Bitte achten Sie darauf, dass die Fettablauföffnung in der Grillplatte und im
Gehäuse unter der Grillplatte nicht verstopft ist.

PRAKTISCHE HINWEISE

 Tiefgefrorenes vor dem Grillen auftauen.
 Kochen Sie empfindliche Speisen (z. B. Fisch oder Pilze) bei schwacher Hitze.
 Um gegrillte Speisen warm zu halten, drehen Sie die Thermostatregler auf geringe Hitze.
 Stechen Sie bei saftigem Fleisch keine Löcher mit einer Gabel in das Fleisch, sonst wird es

austrocknen.

 Idealerweise sollten Sie eine Grillzange verwenden, um Ihre Speisen zu wenden.
 Wenden Sie Ihr Grillgut von Zeit zu Zeit für beste Ergebnisse.
 Würzen Sie das Grillgut während der Zubereitung.
 Bitte stellen Sie sicher, dass alle Lebensmittel vor dem Verzehr durchgegart und heiß sind.

AUßERBETRIEBNAHME

 Ziehen Sie den Stecker nach Gebrauch aus der Steckdose und drehen Sie die

Thermostatregler in die Minimumstellung (Drehen gegen Uhrzeigersinn).

 Nehmen Sie das Grillgut von der Grillplatte (11).
 Reinigen Sie die Grillplatte (11) und die Fettauffangschublade (6).
 Stellen Sie den Barbecue Grill nach dem Abkühlen an einem sicheren, geschützten und

trockenen Ort ab.

REINIGUNG UND PFLEGE

 Falls es so aussieht, als würde im Inneren Farbe abblättern, so handelt es sich in der Regel

um Rückstände vom Grillen.

 Bevor Sie das Gerät säubern, müssen Sie den Stecker aus der Steckdose ziehen.
 Lassen Sie das Gerät abkühlen, bevor Sie es reinigen.
 Sie können die Grillplatte (11) mit einem weichen Tuch und einer leichten Seifenlauge

reinigen (nicht in der Spülmaschine) und anschließend abtrocknen.

 Die Außenseite des Barbecue-Grills reinigen Sie nur mit einem angefeuchteten Tuch und

wischen mit einem trockenen Tuch nach.

 Keine scharfen oder scheuernden Reinigungsmittel verwenden.
 Reinigen Sie den Barbecue-Grill nicht durch Eintauchen in Flüssigkeiten und verwenden Sie

zum Reinigen keinen Dampfreiniger.

AVANT LA PREMIÈRE UTILISATION

Assemblez le barbecue comme décrit dans le chapitre " Montage" .
Nettoyez la grille du barbecue et ses accessoires (voir Nettoyage). Il est conseillé de
préchauffer le barbecue pour un minimum de 10 minutes à pleine température et sans aucun
aliment sur le gril, de sorte que tout résidu ou odeurs disparaissent lors de la première utilisation
de l'appareil.

UTILISER LE BARBECUE

 Insérer la fiche dans la prise de courant, et les deux lumières de fonction LED dans les

touches du thermostat (3 et 9) s'allument bleu. Cela indique que le dispositif reçoit le
courant et est prêt à l' emploi.

 Allumez le chauffage en tournant le thermostat progressif ( 3 et 9 ) dans le sens des

aiguilles d'une montre. La lumière de la fonction LED (3 et 9) s'allume - Rouge.

 La plaque de cuisson (11) comporte deux zones de chauffage séparées. Celles-ci

peuvent être activées et réglées séparément avec le contrôleur de thermostat respectif
ci-dessous.

 Préchauffez l'appareil pendant environ 10 minutes à la puissance maximale, puis réglez le

thermostat progressif sur le niveau de température souhaité.

 Pendant le fonctionnement, les voyants de fonction à LED alternent entre rouge et bleu.

Ceci est tout à fait normal car le thermostat régule automatiquement tout au long du
processus de chauffage. Ainsi, lorsque la température désirée est atteinte, les voyants de
fonction LED seront d' abord allumés en bleu. S'ils reviennent à rouge, l'appareil se
réchauffe avant de revenir en bleu une fois que la température souhaitée est atteinte. C '
est le cycle normal du t hermostat une fois que la la température désirée est atteinte.

 Ouvrez le couvercle ( 5 ).
 Placez les aliments sur la plaque du gril (11) .
 Les durées de grillade sont toujours différentes et dépendent du type d'aliment cuit et du

poids de chaque produit.

 Utilisez toujours la poignée ( 4 ) pour ouvrir et fermer le couvercle.

BAC DE RÉCUPÉRATION

Le bac de récupération (6) collecte la graisse de la nourriture au cours du processus de
cuisson. Assurez-vous que l’ouverture d’égouttement dans la plaque de cuisson et dans le
boîtier situé sous la plaque de cuisson ne soit pas obstruée.

CONSEIL PRATIQUE

 Toujours préparer les aliments congelés avant de les faire griller.
 Faites cuire des aliments sensibles (par exemple du poisson ou des champignons) à feu

doux.

 Pour garder au chaud les aliments cuits au barbecue, réglez le thermostat sur feu doux.
 Pour la viande où conserver les jus est essentiel pour un bon goût tel (steaks), éviter de

percer des trous dans la viande avec une fourchette ou un autre instrument utilisé pour la
cuisson - Cela peut assécher les aliments.

 Idéalement, vous devriez utiliser une pince à barbecue non abrasive pour retourner vos

aliments.

 De temps en temps, tournez votre nourriture pour obtenir les meilleurs résultats.
 Les aliments de saison donnent souvent les résultats les plus savoureux.
 Assurez-vous que tous les aliments sont bien cuits et très chauds avant d'être consommés.

FIN D'UTILISATION

 Laissez l'appareil refroidir complètement.
 Retirez la fiche de la prise murale après utilisation et tournez le thermostat sur la position la

plus basse.

 Retirez tous les aliments de la plaque du gril.
 Penchez la plaque du gril (11) et le plateau d'égouttage (6).
 Placez le Barbecue Grill dans un emplacement à l' abri de l'humidité libre, étanche.

NETTOYAGE ET ENTRETIEN

 S'il semble que de la peinture se décolle du gril, il s'agit généralement de restes d'aliments

grillés.

 Avant de nettoyer l'appareil, débranchez-le de la prise.
 Laissez l'appareil refroidir complètement avant de le nettoyer.
 Retirez la plaque du gril avec des gants de protection
 La plaque du gril peut être nettoyée à l'eau savonneuse (pas au lave-vaisselle). Séchez

soigneusement la plaque du gril après la guerre.

 L'extérieur du barbecue ne doit être nettoyé qu'avec un chiffon humide et essuyé avec

un chiffon sec.

mettre le produit en mode éteint ou mode veille après avoir fini sa fonction principale, mais
ceci est pratiquement impossible, car cela nuirait à la fonction principale du produit si

 Controleer regelmatig of de verbindingskabel en de stekker

niet zijn beschadigd. Gebruik het apparaat niet als het
netsnoer, de stekker of het apparaat beschadigd is. Neem
contact op met een specialist voor reparaties (*).

 Zorg ervoor dat het netsnoer niet in contact komt met de

hete delen van het apparaat.

 Gebruik het apparaat alleen voor huishoudelijke

doeleinden zoals aangegeven in de gebruikershandleiding.

 Dompel het apparaat niet onder in water of een andere

vloeistof, voor reiniging of voor enig ander doel. Doe er niet
het apparaat in de vaatwasser.

 Gebruik alleen de accessoires die door de leverancier

worden aanbevolen. Andere accessoires vormen een
gevaar voor de gebruiker en kunnen het apparaat
beschadigen.

 Trek nooit aan het netsnoer om het apparaat te

verplaatsen. Zorg ervoor dat het netsnoer niet ergens klem
komt te zitten en het apparaat niet kan laten vallen. Wikkel
het netsnoer niet om het apparaat en buig het niet.

 Plaats het apparaat op een vlak, stabiel oppervlak.
 Tijdens gebruik kunnen de toegankelijke delen van het

apparaat een zeer hoge temperatuur bereiken. Zorg ervoor
dat het verwarmingselement niet in contact komt met
andere objecten.

 Verwijder de stekker uit het stopcontact voordat u het

apparaat schoonmaakt. Laat de grill volledig afkoelen
voordat u hem schoonmaakt of opbergt.

 Koppel het apparaat altijd los van het stopcontact

wanneer het apparaat niet in gebruik is.

 Trek niet aan de stekker om het apparaat los te koppelen

en uit te schakelen.

 Zorg ervoor dat hete onderdelen tijdens het gebruik niet in

contact komen met licht ontvlambare materialen. Plaats
het apparaat niet op hete oppervlakken of in de buurt van
een vlammende vlam - het kan de kast doen smelten.

 Het apparaat is geen speelgoed: blijf uit de buurt van

kinderen in een tijd waarin ze worden gebruikt en bewaard.

 Gebruik de buitengrill-grill alleen.
 Bereid alleen voedsel dat geschikt is om te grillen en eten.
 U moet het apparaat schoonhouden omdat het in direct

contact staat met voedsel.

 Gebruik nooit houtskool, barbecue-aanstekers of

vloeistoffen voor conventionele houtskoolbarbecues om
grillplaten te verwarmen of de temperatuur te verhogen. Dit
apparaat kan niet worden verwarmd met behulp van het
elektrische verwarmingselement.

 De barbecue moet worden gebruikt op een afstand van

niet minder dan 1 meter van de muren of voorwerpen aan
alle kanten.

 Bedek het apparaat niet tijdens gebruik.
 Voorbereidingen oliën en vetten kunnen branden in geval

van oververhitting. zijn uiterst voorzichtig.

 Uw apparaat mag niet worden geactiveerd door een

externe timer of een ander afstandsbedieningssysteem.

 De barbecue moet worden beschermd tegen de regen.
 Als u het apparaat toch verandert, kan dit uw garantie

beïnvloeden.

 Zorg ervoor dat het apparaat niet beschadigd of defect is

voordat u het gebruikt.

 Reinig met een vochtige doek, gebruik geen zeep afwas of

schoonmaakmiddelen.

 Reparaties moeten door een professional worden

uitgevoerd. Anders kan het gevaarlijk zijn voor de gebruiker.

 Zorg ervoor dat de draad volledig ingezet voor gebruik.

Zorg ervoor dat het snoer niet in de buurt komt van een van
de hete oppervlakken.

 Zorg ervoor dat het item op 'Uit' staat voordat u het aansluit.

VOOR HET EERSTE GEBRUIK

Monteer de barbecue zoals beschreven in het hoofdstuk " Montage".
Maak de barbecue en accessoires schoon (zie Reiniging en onderhoud). Het is raadzaam om
de grill voor de barbecue minstens 10 minuten te verwarmen op volle temperatuur en zonder
voedsel op de grillplaat, dus dat alle resterende geuren te elimineren tijdens het eerste
gebruik van het apparaat.

BEGINNEN

 Steek de stekker in het stopcontact en de twee LED-functie-lampjes in de

thermostaatknoppen (3 en 9) lichten blauw op. Dit geeft aan dat het apparaat gevoed
en klaar voor gebruik is.

 Draai het vuur laag door de progressieve thermostaat (3 en 9) met de klok mee te

draaien. Het LED-functielampje (3 en 9) licht rood op.

 De grillplaat (11) heeft twee afzonderlijke verwarmingszones. Deze kunnen afzonderlijk

worden geactiveerd en ingesteld onder de desbetreffende thermostaat controller.

 Verwarm de unit voor ongeveer 10 minuten op maximaal vermogen voor, stel de

progressieve thermostaat in op het gewenste temperatuurniveau.

 Tijdens bedrijf wisselen de LED-functielampjes af tussen rode en blauwe verlichting. Dit is

heel normaal omdat de thermostaat zich tijdens het hele verwarmingsproces automatisch
regelt. Dus wanneer de gewenste temperatuur is bereikt, lichten de lampjes van de LED­functie eerst blauw op. Als ze weer rood worden, warmt het apparaat opnieuw op en
keert terug naar blauw zodra de gewenste temperatuur is bereikt. Dit is de normale cyclus
van de thermostaat wanneer de gewenste temperatuur is bereikt.

 Open het deksel (5).
 Plaats het voedsel op de bakplaat (11).
 De bereidingstijden zijn altijd verschillend, afhankelijk van het soort voedsel dat wordt

gekookt en het individuele gewicht van elk item.

 Gebruik altijd de hendel (4) om het deksel te openen en te sluiten.

VUILWATERTANK

De vuilwatertank (6) verzamelt het vet dat door het voedsel wordt uitgestoten tijdens het
kookproces. Zorg ervoor dat de opening van de olie in de grillplaat en in de behuizing onder
de grillplaat niet wordt geblokkeerd.

PRAKTISCH ADVIES

 Ontdooi ingevroren voedsel altijd voor het koken.
 Kook gevoelig voedsel (bijv. Vis of paddenstoelen) op een laag vuur.
 Houd de thermostaatknop op een laag vuur om barbecuevoeding warm te houden.
 Voor vlees waarbij het bewaren van vruchtensappen essentieel is voor zo'n goede smaak

(steaks), vermijd gaten in het vlees te prikken met een vork of een ander instrument dat
wordt gebruikt voor het maken van stukjes - dit kan ertoe leiden dat het voedsel droog
wordt.

 Idealiter zou u een niet-schurende barbecuetang moeten gebruiken om uw voedsel te

transformeren.

 Draai van tijd tot tijd je eten voor betere resultaten.
 Seizoenskeuken tijdens de bereiding geeft vaak de smakelijkste resultaten.
 Zorg ervoor dat alle voedingsmiddelen goed gaar zijn en volledig warm zijn voor

consumptie.

EINDE VAN GEBRUIK

 Laat het apparaat volledig afkoelen.
 Haal na gebruik de stekker uit het stopcontact en zet de thermostaat in de laagste stand.
 Verwijder al het voedsel van de grillplaat.
 Reinig de grillplaat (11) en de opvangbak (6).
 Plaats de barbecue op een veilige, beschutte, vochtvrije, waterbestendige locatie.

REINIGING EN ONDERHOUD

 Als het eruit ziet alsof de verf in de grill loslaat, is het meestal het overgebleven gegrilde

voedsel.

 Verwijder de stekker uit het stopcontact voordat u het apparaat schoonmaakt.
 Laat het apparaat afkoelen voordat u het schoonmaakt.
 Verwijder de bakplaat met de beschermende handschoenen
 De kookplaat kan worden gereinigd met zeepsop (niet in de vaatwasser). Droog de

bakpan daarna grondig af.

 De buitenkant van de barbecue mag alleen met een vochtige doek worden

schoongemaakt en met een droge doek worden schoongemaakt.

 Gebruik geen agressieve of schurende schoonmaakmiddelen.
 Maak de barbecue niet schoon door onderdompeling in vloeistoffen en gebruik geen

stoomreiniger voor het schoonmaken.

Probeer de kookplaat nooit schoon te maken door gas te verbranden,

want het kan giftig zijn - gevaar voor verstikking!
