Cleaning
Be sure the unit is unplugged before cleaning. Allow the unit to
cool before cleaning. Caution: Do not immerse any part of the range in water or other liquid.
The range may be wiped with a clean, damp cloth or
sponge. A mild soap solution may be used, if desired. Do not
use harsh or abrasive cleansers or steel wool on any part of the
range.
To clean beneath the heating elements, be sure the unit is

Before First Use

Using Your Hot Plate/Steamboat
Be sure the unit is placed on the flat, level surface, such as a countertop or table. Plug the unit
into a 120V 60Hz AC only outlet.
Place pan on heating element. Avoid using pans that are unstable
