Caution:

Water and food surfaces will become hot; do not touch while in use.
Heat food to serving temperature using the desired heat setting.
To maintain safe food temperatures while using your hot plate steamboat
for hot pot/shabu shabu serving, use the LOW heat setting and stir the food
occasionally to prevent sticking. Cover food to keep them from drying out.
When not in use, be sure to turn the knob to the OFF position and unplug the unit.

Cleaning

Be sure the unit is unplugged before cleaning. Allow the unit to
cool before cleaning. Caution: Do not immerse any part of the range in water or other liquid.
The range may be wiped with a clean, damp cloth or
sponge. A mild soap solution may be used, if desired. Do not
use harsh or abrasive cleansers or steel wool on any part of the
range.
To clean beneath the heating elements, be sure the unit is
unplugged and the elements have cooled.

DO NOT IMMERSE THE APPLIANCE IN WATER

Using Your Hot Plate/Steamboat

Be sure the unit is placed on the flat, level surface, such as a countertop or table. Plug the unit
into a 120V 60Hz AC only outlet.
