To get started. Read this guide, or watch our videos at

Connect the power supply for the NAS, and connect your NAS to your router or switch with
the included network cable. Power on the NAS. When the system is ready, the blue power LED
will turn solid and the NAS will beep.

Once the conguration wizard
is complete, familiarize yourself
with the DSM. Then create a
QuickConnect ID in the DSM
Control Panel.

Once connected, login as
‘admin’ and leave the password
eld empty. Then follow the
conguration wizard.

User: admin
Password: leave blank

Open your web browser and go
to http://nd.synology.com to
connect to your NAS.
