Marketing
The products of Symeo GmbH are solely sold to industrial and commercial customers.
Our products are usually sold to third parties, which are installing the systems. All these third
party companies and customers are trained and supported directly by us. They have to
attend a special training course which is matched to the settings and application of our
products.
Due to the fact, that every factory, logistic system or crane system is different, we provide
unique solutions for every setting and circumstances. Therefore only trained and professional
engineers are authorized to install our system.
In general Symeo GmbH checks mounting and composition of our system at the end user in
order to offer accurate technical support.
Security operation
Our products are used for collision avoidance and other security relevant operations. For this
application the system must be installed professionally to ensure a reliable operation.
Multipath reception
Within an environment of reflecting objects, like fork lifters, cranes or metal walls, which are
common in industrial applications, there may appear measurement inaccuracy due to
multipath receptions. To avoid this problem and to assure failure free operation, our system
must be installed by professionals with knowledge of radio communication technology.
Maintenance free products
We provide maintenance free products. Therefore we pay high attention that our products
are installed professionally to assure a maintenance free operation.
Due to the fact that our products are operated in hazardous environment, the lifetime of our
products will be highly reduced by false commissioning.
Precise measurement
The system is configured unique to the setting of the customer’s environment to offer precise
measurement. The type of antenna is an element of our determination for configuration
settings. False commissioning of our products reduces the performance of our products and
leads to erroneous measurements.
