Willkommen bei Swissvoice

Das Aeris 156 ist ein schnurloses Telefon zum Anschluss an das analoge Telefonnetz.
Die digitale Technik im internationalen DECT(GAP)-Standard bietet Ihnen eine aus­gezeichnete Sprachqualität.

Sie können bis zu 5 Mobilteile an einer Basisstation betreiben und zwischen diesen
kostenlose Interngespräche führen.

Nehmen Sie sich etwas Zeit, um diese Bedienungsanleitung aufmerksam zu lesen und
um die umfangreichen Funktionen Ihres Aeris 156 kennen und nutzen zu lernen.

Wichtiger Hinweis

Ihr Aeris 156 kann die Gesprächslautstärke auf bis zu 24 dB verstärken. Das Telefon
verfügt zudem über ein graphisches, hintergrundbeleuchtetes Display, welches eine
sehr gute Leserlichkeit gewährleistet, und über speziell grosse Tasten.

Die Anrufsignalisierung erfolgt sowohl durch einen verstärkten Klingelton, als auch
durch Vibrafunktion und durch visuelle Signalisierung auf dem Display.

Dank dieser besonderen Funktionalitäten kann das Aeris 156 in lärmigen, geräusch­vollen Umgebungen eingesetzt werden und ist für Menschen, welche auf eine ver­stärkte Lautstärke oder eine grössere Leserlichkeit angewiesen sind, ganz besonders
geeignet.

Reichweite / Aufstellort

Für die bestmögliche Reichweite empfehlen wir einen zentralen Aufstellungsort der
Basisstation im Mittelpunkt Ihres Aktionsradius. Vermeiden Sie die Aufstellung in
Nischen, Kammern und hinter Stahltüren.
Die maximale Reichweite zwischen der Basisstation und dem Mobilteil beträgt
ca. 300 Meter. In Gebäuden ist die Reichweite in der Regel geringer als im Freien.
Durch geringfügige Bewegung aus dem Funkschatten wird die gewohnte Über­tragungsqualität wieder erreicht. Bei Überschreiten der Reichweite wird die Verbindung
getrennt, wenn Sie nicht innerhalb von zehn Sekunden in den Reichweitenbereich
zurückkehren.

Hinweise zum Gebrauch von Akkus

Verwenden Sie nur die Original-Akkus (3 x NiMH, AAA, 1,2 V 800 mAh) und die
Original Netzadapter (7,5 V DC).
Nur mit der vorgegebenen Akku-Mindestkapazität (1,2 V / 800 mAh) gelten die
genannten Mobilteil-Betriebszeiten (in Bereitschaft 120 Std / im Gespräch 6 Std) und
die genannten Ladezeiten.
Der Ladevorgang wird elektronisch gesteuert, damit der Akku in den unterschied­lichsten Ladezuständen optimal und schonend geladen wird. Die volle Kapazität wird
erst nach mehreren Ladezyklen erreicht.

Hinweis:
Der Einsatz anderer Akku-Typen oder von nicht wiederaufladbaren
Batterien / Primärzellen kann gefährlich sein und zusätzlich zu Funktions­störungen bzw. Beschädigungen des Gerätes führen. Die Akkus nicht kurz­schliessen (gefährlich). Vermeiden Sie besonders versehentliche Kurz­schlüsse bei Lagerung und Transport durch z. B. Schlüsselbund, Metall­platten oder Ähnliches und achten Sie darauf, dass die Akkus nicht mit fett­haltigen Stoffen in Verbindung kommen. Akkus deshalb ausserhalb des
Mobilteils nur in isolierender Verpackung aufbewahren, Vermeiden Sie
ebenso die Berührung der Kontakte mit fettigen Teilen.
Akkus werden während des Aufladens warm; dies ist ein normaler und
ungefährlicher Vorgang.

Telefon anschliessen

• Damit Sie Ihr Telefon in Betrieb nehmen können, müssen Sie die Anschlusskabel
für den Telefon - Anschluss sowie den Netzadapter einstecken.

• Achten Sie beim Einlegen der Akkus auf die richtige Polung.

• Zum Aufladen stellen Sie das Mobilteil in die Basisstation. Das animierte Akkusym­bol im Mobilteil signalisiert den Ladevorgang. Die Ladezeit der Akkus beträgt
ca. 15 Stunden (Erstladung).

Bei Auslieferung ist Englisch eingestellt.

Beachten Sie bitte, wenn Lauthören / Freisprechen eingeschaltet ist, dürfen
nicht beide Gesprächspartner gleichzeitig sprechen sondern nacheinander.
Dieses Telefon unterdrückt das erste Anrufsignal, um das Signal für die
ankommende Rufnummer auszuwerten und eine evtl. Übereinstimmung mit
einem Telefonbucheintrag zu erkennen.
Ist die Akkukapazität fast erschöpft oder ist die Entfernung zur Basisstation
schon zu gross, kann keine Verbindung hergestellt werden.

Hörer-Lautstärke / Lautsprecher-Lautstärke einstellen

Sie können während eines Gespräches die Hörer- bzw. die Lautsprecher-Lautstärke in
5 Stufen einstellen.
Stellen Sie mit der Navigationstaste die gewünschte Lautstärke ein.

Mobilteil ausschalten

• Auflegen-Taste lang drücken (ca. 3 Sekunden).

• Auflegen-Taste lang drücken und das Mobilteil ist wieder eingeschaltet.

Wahlwiederholung

In der Wahlwiederholungsliste werden bis zu 10 Einträge gespeichert.

• Softkey unter WW drücken und gewünschten Eintrag auswählen.

• Abheben-Taste drücken.

• Sie haben nun folgende Möglichkeiten:

Mobilteil-Mikrofon stummschalten (Mute)

Soll Ihr Gesprächspartner nicht mithören, können Sie das Mikrofon an Ihrem Mobilteil
vorübergehend stummschalten. Drücken Sie die Softkey Stumm. Um das Mikrofon
wieder einzuschalten, drücken Sie erneut die Softkey Stumm.

Tastensperre

Tastensperre einschalten

• Stern-Taste ca. 3 Sekunden drücken. Alle Tasten (ausser Schnellwahltasten) sind
gesperrt.

Paging - Suchen eines verlegten Mobilteils

Alle erreichbaren Mobilteile läuten für eine kurze Zeit, wenn an der Basisstation die

Paging-Taste gedrückt wird. Das Läuten wird ausgeschaltet, sobald am Mobilteil die
Auflegen-Taste oder an der Basisstation die Paging-Taste gedrückt wird.

Telefonbuch

Sie können häufig verwendete Rufnummern und die dazugehörenden Namen
speichern. Ihr Mobilteil bietet Ihnen dazu ein Telefonbuch für 50 Rufnummern
(je max. 20 Ziffern) und Namen (je max. 12 Zeichen) an.
Sie können die Rufnummern zu Gruppen mit unterschiedlichen Tonrufen zusammen­stellen.

Ziffern / Buchstaben

Jede Zifferntaste ist mit unterschiedlichen Buchstaben versehen. Die Einträge im
Telefonbuch werden alphabetisch sortiert.

Taste drücken: Pause innerhalb einer Telefonnummer einfügen, „P“ erscheint im
Display.

Um eine Schnellwahl-Nummer anzurufen, drücken Sie die entsprechende Schnell­wahl-Taste. Die programmierte Nummer wird gewählt.

Das Vorgehen ist gleich wie im Kapitel „Telefonbuch bearbeiten“ beschrieben.

Anrufliste

Im Display des Mobilteils sehen Sie die Rufnummer des Anrufers. Die Liste enthält bis
zu 40 Rufnummern. Neue Anrufe werden im Display durch dargestellt.

Um diese Funktion zu nutzen, muss die Rufnummer des Anrufers übertragen
werden. Wenden Sie sich ggf. an Ihren Netzbetreiber.

Voicebox (Netzanrufbeantworter)

Sie haben die Möglichkeit, Anrufe direkt auf einen Anrufbeantworter (Voicebox) Ihres
Netzbetreibers weiterzuleiten. Diese Funktion muss bei Ihrem Netzbetreiber einge­richtet sein. Neue Nachrichten in der Voicebox

Im Bereitschaftszustand sehen Sie im Display die interne Rufnummer Ihres Mobilteils.
Sie können bis zu 5 Mobilteile an einer Basisstationen betreiben.
Wenn Sie Ihr Aeris 156 Mobilteil an einer „fremden“ Basisstation bzw. ein „fremdes“
Mobilteil an Ihrer Aeris 156 Basisstation anmelden (GAP) sind möglicherweise einige
Funktionen nicht oder nur eingeschränkt nutzbar.

Neues Mobilteil anmelden

Neue Mobilteile müssen Sie erst an der Basisstation anmelden.

• Vor der Anmeldung neuer Mobilteile, drücken Sie Taste auf der Basisstation

während ca. 5 Sekunden, lassen Sie danach die Taste wieder los.

• Menü drücken,

• Wählen Sie die Basisstation aus. Wählen drücken. Das Mobilteil sucht die einge-

gebene Basis (blinkende Anzeige im Display).

• Sobald die Basis gefunden wurde, werden Sie aufgefordert die System PIN ein-

zugeben (0000 bei Auslieferung). Wählen drücken.

• Ist die Anmeldung erfolgreich hören Sie einen Bestätigungston.

Telefonieren mit Mehreren

Ihr Telefon bietet Ihnen die Möglichkeit, während eines Gespräches einen zweiten
internen Gesprächspartner anzurufen (Rückfrage), mit zwei Gesprächspartnern
abwechselnd (Makeln) oder gleichzeitig (Dreierkonferenz) zu telefonieren, ohne dass
Sie dazu zwei Telefonanschlüsse benötigen.

Internes Gespräch / Interner Anruf

Erhalten Sie einen externen Anruf während Sie mit dem internen Teilnehmer
telefonieren, hören Sie einen Hinweiston. Sie beenden das interne Gespräch mit der
Auflegen-Taste. Drücken Sie die Abheben-Taste sind Sie mit dem externen Anrufer
verbunden.

Sie haben ein externes Gespräch angenommen und möchten es intern an ein anderes

• Drücken Sie die Stern-Taste, wenn der interne Teilnehmer antwortet. Die drei
Gesprächspartner sind zusammengeschaltet.

• Jeder Konferenz-Teilnehmer kann die Auflegen-Taste drücken, um aus der Kon­ferenz auszusteigen und das Gespräch zu beenden.

Anhang

Verwendung am analogen Port von Internet-/Kabel-Telefonieadaptern

Beim Einsatz eines analogen Telefones am analogen Anschluss eines Internet- oder
Kabeltelefonieadapters kann es sein, dass nicht alle beschriebenen Merkmale (ins­besondere die Rufnummernanzeige) so funktionieren, wie dies am analogen Telefon­Festnetz-Anschluss Standard ist. Das Aeris 156 weist deswegen keinen Defekt auf.

Mehrere Ursachen können das „Nicht funktionieren“ von bestimmten Merkmalen
bedingen:

• Der Provider für Internet-/Kabeltelefonie stellt ein Leistungsmerkmal nicht an Ihrem
Internet-/Kabeltelefonie-Anschluss zur Verfügung.

• Der eingesetzte Adapter zur Wandlung von Internet-/Kabel-Telefonie auf analoge
Telefone (meist vom Provider geliefert) kann die Leistungsmerkmale nicht oder
nicht analog-konform an die angeschlossenen Telefone weitergeben.

Prüfen Sie in solchen Störungsfällen bitte nach Möglichkeit das Aeris 156 an einem
analogen Telefon-Festnetz-Anschluss und/oder kontaktieren Sie Ihren Provider für
Internet-/Kabel-Telefonie diesbezüglich.

Pflege

Ihr Telefon ist ein Produkt, das in Design und Ausführung hohen Ansprüchen genügt.
Es sollte daher mit Sorgfalt behandelt werden.

Zum Reinigen des Telefons wischen Sie das Gerät mit einem Antistatiktuch oder einem
etwas angefeuchteten weichen Ledertuch ab, anschliessend mit einem trockenen
Tuch.

Entsorgungshinweis (Umweltschutz)

Am Ende der Lebensdauer des Produkts darf das Gerät nicht im normalen
Hausmüll entsorgt werden. Bringen Sie es zu einer Sammelstelle zur Auf­bereitung elektrischer und elektronischer Geräte. Das Symbol am Produkt, in
der Bedienungsanleitung und/oder Verpackung zeigt dies an.

Einige der Materialien des Produkts können wiederverwendet werden, wenn Sie das
Gerät in einer Aufbereitungsstelle abgeben. Mit der Wiederverwertung einiger Teile
oder Rohmaterialien aus gebrauchten Produkten leisten Sie einen wichtigen Beitrag
zum Umweltschutz. Wenden Sie sich bitte an Ihre örtlichen Behörden, wenn Sie wei­tere Informationen über Sammelstellen in Ihrer Umgebung benötigen.

Batterien-/Akku-Entsorgung

Für alle verbrauchten Batterien und Akkus besteht eine gesetzliche Rückgabepflicht;
sie dürfen nicht über den Hausmüll entsorgt werden. Entsorgen Sie die Batterien/
Akkus entsprechend den behördlichen Auflagen. Führen Sie sie der Wiederverwertung
zu. Die Batterien/Akkus werden recycelt, da sie z. B. Nickel - Cadmium (Ni - Cd), Blei
(Pb), Cadmium (Cd) oder QuecksiIber (Hg) enthalten können.

Die Batterien/Akkus sind mit Symbolen und ihrem Inhaltsstoff gekennzeichnet,
z. B.:

Garantiebestimmungen

Auf Ihr Gerät wird Garantie ab Kaufdatum im Rahmen der gesetzlichen Bestimmungen
des Landes, in dem Sie Ihr Gerät gekauft haben, gewährt.
Zum Nachweis des Kaufdatums bewahren Sie bitte den Kaufbeleg oder die durch die
Verkaufsstelle komplett ausgefüllte Garantiekarte auf. Innerhalb der Garantiezeit
werden unentgeltlich alle Mängel, die auf Material- und Herstellungsfehlern beruhen,
beseitigt. Die Garantieleistung erfolgt durch Reparatur oder Austausch des defekten
Gerätes nach Wahl des Lieferanten.

Portée / emplacement

Pour obtenir la meilleure portée possible, nous recommandons de placer la base au
centre du rayon d’action. Evitez de l’installer dans des niches, des armoires et derrière
des portes en acier.
La portée maximale entre la base et le combiné est de 300 mètres environ. Dans un
bâtiment, la portée est en général moins étendue qu’à l’extérieur. Il suffit de sortir légè­rement de la zone d’ombre radio pour retrouver la qualité de transmission habituelle.
En cas de dépassement de la portée, vous disposez de 10 secondes pour revenir
dans la zone de couverture avant que la communication ne soit coupée.

Informations sur l’utilisation des batteries

N’utilisez que les batteries d’origine (3 x NiMH, AAA, 1.2 V 800 mAh) ainsi que l’adap­tateur secteur d’origine (7.5 V DC).
Seule la capacité minimale spécifiée pour les accus (1.2 V / 800 mAh) garantit l’auto­nomie du combiné indiquée (120 h en veille / 6 h en conversation) et les temps de
charge décrits.
Une gestion électronique permet une charge optimale et en douceur des batteries
aux niveaux de charge les plus divers. La pleine capacité n’est atteinte qu’après plu­sieurs cycles de charge.

Nota:
L’utilisation d’autres types de batteries ou de piles non rechargeables
pourrait s’avérer dangereuse et perturber le fonctionnement de l’appareil,
voire l’endommager. Ne court-circuitez pas les batteries (danger).
Evitez en particulier les courts-circuits accidentels lors du stockage ou
du transport, pouvant être causés par exemple par un trousseau de clés, des
plaques métalliques ou similaires et veillez à ce que les batteries n’entrent
pas en contact avec des matières grasses. Conservez de ce fait les
batteries dans un emballage isolant lorsqu'ils ne sont pas dans le combiné.
Evitez également de toucher les contacts avec des objets gras. Les
batteries s’échauffent pendant la charge. Il s’agit là d’un phénomène
normal et sans danger.

Raccorder le téléphone

• Pour pouvoir mettre votre téléphone en service, vous devez brancher le cordon
téléphonique et l’adaptateur secteur.

• Respectez les polarités lorsque vous mettez en place les batteries.

• Placez le combiné sur la base pour le charger. Le symbole de batteries sur le com­biné s’anime pour signaler le processus de charge. Le délai de charge des batte­ries est d’environ 15 heures (première charge).

Régler la langue

À la livraison de votre Aeris 156 les textes à l’écran apparaissent en anglais.

Remarque : lorsque les fonctions écoute amplifiée / mains libres sont acti­ves, les deux interlocuteurs ne doivent pas parler en même temps mais l’un
après l’autre. Ce téléphone masque le premier signal d’appel afin d’analyser
le signal pour les numéros entrants et de reconnaître une éventuelle concor­dance avec une entrée de répertoire. Il est impossible d’établir une communi­cation lorsque la capacité des batteries est quasiment épuisée ou lorsque la
distance par rapport à la base est trop grande.

Vous disposez de 5 niveaux de réglage pour ajuster le volume de l’écouteur ou du
haut-parleur en cours de communication.
Réglez le volume à votre convenance à l’aide des touches de navigation.

Pour réactiver le microphone, appuyez de nouveau sur Secret.

Tous les combinés accessibles sonnent pendant une courte période lorsqu’on appuie
sur la touche appel (paging) de la base. La sonnerie s’arrête dès que l’on appuie sur
la touche « Raccrocher » du combiné ou la touche appel de la base.

Répertoire

Vous pouvez enregistrer les numéros souvent appelés et les noms qui s'y rapportent.
Votre combiné vous propose à cet effet un répertoire de 50 numéros (20 chiffres maxi­mum chacun) et noms (12 caractères maximum chacun).
Vous pouvez constituer des groupes de numéros d’appel caractérisés par différentes
sonneries.

Vous avez la possibilité de renvoyer les appels directement sur une boîte vocale (Voi­cebox) de votre opérateur de réseau.
Cette fonction doit être disponible chez votre opérateur de réseau.
Les nouveaux messages dans la Voicebox sont signalés sur l’écran de votre combiné
par (selon l’opérateur).

Extension de l’Aeris 156

Le combiné fourni est déjà déclaré à la base.
A l’état de veille, vous voyez le numéro interne de votre combiné sur l’afficheur.
Vous pouvez exploiter jusqu’à 5 combinés sur une base.
Si vous déclarez votre combiné Aeris 156 à une base « étrangère » ou si vous
déclarez un combiné « étranger » à votre base Aeris 156 (GAP), certaines fonctions
seront probablement restreintes, voire indisponibles.

Déclarer un nouveau combiné

Vous devez d’abord déclarer à la base tout combiné supplémentaire.

• Avant de déclarer un nouveau combiné, appuyez sur la touche sur la base

pendant env. 5 secondes, relachez ensuite la touche.

• Appuyez sur Menu, sélectionnez

• Choisissez la base puis validez avec Select. Le combiné recherche la base (affi-

Téléphoner à plusieurs

Votre téléphone vous permet d’appeler un second correspondant interne en cours de
communication (double-appel), de discuter avec vos deux correspondants alternative­ment (va-et-vient) ou ensemble (conférence à trois) sans que cela nécessite deux rac­cordements téléphoniques.

Communication interne / appel interne

Si vous recevez un appel externe en cours de communication avec un correspondant
interne, vous êtes averti par un signal sonore. Vous mettez fin à la communication

Transférer une communication externe

Vous avez répondu à un appel externe et souhaitez le transférer à un autre combiné

Annexe

Utilisation d’adaptateurs pour la téléphonie par Internet/câble sur port
analogique

Si on utilise un téléphone analogique sur le port analogique d'un adaptateur de télé­phonie par Internet ou par câble, certaines fonctionnalités décrites (notamment la pré­sentation du numéro de l'appelant) risquent de ne pas fonctionner comme cela est la
norme pour un raccordement au réseau fixe. Votre Aeris 156 n’est donc pas défec­tueux.
Plusieurs raisons peuvent être à l’origine de la perturbation de certaines
fonctionnalités :

• L’opérateur de téléphonie par Internet ou par câble ne fournit pas la fonctionnalité
en question sur votre raccordement téléphonique par Internet/câble.

• L’adaptateur utilisé pour la conversion de la téléphonie par Internet/câble sur les
téléphones analogiques (le plus souvent livré par l'opérateur) n'arrive pas à transfé­rer la fonctionnalité aux téléphones raccordés ou n'est pas en conformité au plan
analogique.

Si vous êtres confrontés à de tels dysfonctionnements, veuillez si possible tester l’Ae­ris 156 sur un raccordement au réseau analogique fixe et/ou contactez votre opérateur
de téléphonie par Internet/câble à ce sujet.

Entretien

Votre téléphone est un produit répondant à de hautes exigences en matière de design
et de fabrication, raison pour laquelle il convient de le traiter avec soin.
Pour nettoyer le téléphone, frottez d’abord l’appareil avec un chiffon antistatique ou
une peau de chamois légèrement humide puis séchez-le avec un chiffon sec.

Elimination (protection de l’environnement)

A la fin de sa durée de vie, l'appareil ne doit pas être éliminé avec les déchets
ménagers. Apportez-le à un point de collecte pour le traitement des appareils
électriques et électroniques. Le symbole figurant sur le produit, dans le mode

d’emploi et/ou l’emballage indique ces conditions d’élimination.

Elimination des batteries NiMH

être éliminés avec les ordures ménagères. Pour éliminer les batteries/accumulateurs
conformez-vous aux prescriptions en vigueur localement. Amenez-les au recyclage.
Les batteries/accumulateurs sont recyclés parce qu’ils peuvent contenir du nickel-cad­mium (Ni-Cd), du plomb (Cd), du cadmium (Cd) ou du mercure (Hg).

L’Aeris 156 permette di alzare il volume di ascolto fino a 24 dB. L’apparecchio dispone
inoltre di un display grafico retroilluminato, assicurando in questo modo un’ottima leg­gibilità, nonché di tasti particolarmente grandi.

La segnalazione delle chiamate in entrata avviene sia tramite la suoneria amplificata,
sia tramite la funzione vibrazione e la segnalazione visiva sul display.

Grazie a queste particolari funzioni, l’Aeris 156 può essere impiegato in ambienti rumo­rosi e chiassosi ed è particolarmente adatto alle persone che hanno bisogno di un tele­fono dal volume amplificato e di una maggiore leggibilità.

Portata / Luogo di installazione

Per ottenere una portata ottimale, raccomandiamo di collocare la stazione base in una
posizione centrale rispetto al suo raggio di azione. Evitare di collocare l’apparecchio
all’interno di nicchie, zone incassate o dietro porte di acciaio.
La portata massima tra la stazione base e il portatile è di circa 300 metri. In generale,
la portata all’interno degli edifici è inferiore rispetto a quella all’aperto. Un piccolo movi­mento consente di uscire dalla zona d’ombra e ripristinare la consueta qualità di tra­smissione.
In caso di superamento della portata, il collegamento viene interrotto se non si ritorna
nel raggio di azione entro 10 secondi.

Avvertenze sull’utilizzo degli accumulatori

Utilizzare esclusivamente gli accumulatori (3 x NiMH, AAA, 1.2 V 800 mAh) e gli adat­tatori di rete (7.5 V DC) originali.
I tempi di autonomia indicati per il portatile (120 ore in stand-by / 6 ore di conversa­zione) nonché i rispettivi tempi di ricarica sono validi soltanto con la capacità minima
degli accumulatori (1.2 V / 800 mAh).
Il processo di ricarica viene gestito elettronicamente per consentire una ricarica otti­male e sicura dell’accumulatore, indipendentemente dal suo livello di carica. La capa­cità totale viene raggiunta soltanto dopo alcuni cicli di carica.

Avvertenza:
L’uso di altri tipi di accumulatori o di batterie non ricaricabili / batterie prima­rie può essere pericoloso e inoltre compromettere il funzionamento dell’ap­parecchio o danneggiarlo. Non mettere in cortocircuito gli accumulatori
(pericolo). In particolare evitare cortocircuiti provocati inavvertitamente, ad
es. da un mazzo di chiavi, piastre di metallo o simili, durante lo stoccaggio o
il trasporto e fare attenzione a non far entrare in contatto gli accumulatori
con sostanze grasse. A tal fine, conservare gli accumulatori in imballaggi
isolanti quando vengono tolti dal portatile. Inoltre evitare che i contatti
entrino in contatto con parti grasse. Durante la ricarica gli accumulatori si
riscaldano; si tratta di un fenomeno normale e non pericoloso.

Collegare il telefono

• Per mettere in funzione il telefono è necessario inserire il cavo di allacciamento
telefonico e quello dell’adattatore di rete.

• Inserire gli accumulatori rispettando la polarità.

• Per caricare gli accumulatori, inserire il portatile nella stazione base. Sul portatile il
simbolo lampeggiante dell’accumulatore indica che la ricarica è in corso. Il tempo di
carica degli accumulatori è di circa 15 ore (prima carica).

Impostare la lingua

Alla consegna dell’apparecchio la lingua è impostata su inglese.

Avvertenza: Se è attivato il vivavoce i due interlocutori non devono parlare
contemporaneamente, ma uno dopo l’altro. Questo telefono sopprime il
primo segnale di chiamata per analizzare il segnale del numero di telefono in
entrata e trovare un’eventuale corrispondenza con una voce della rubrica
telefonica. Se la capacità dell’accumulatore è pressoché esaurita o se la
distanza dalla stazione base è già troppo grande non è possibile stabilire la
connessione.

Regolare il volume del ricevitore / del vivavoce

Il volume del ricevitore e quello del vivavoce possono essere regolati su 5 livelli
durante la conversazione.
Impostare il volume desiderato utilizzando i tasti navigazione.

Spegnere il portatile

• Tenere premuto il tasto termina chiamata (ca. 3 secondi).

• Tenere premuto il tasto termina chiamata per riaccendere il portatile.

termina chiamata sul portatile oppure il tasto ricerca portatile sulla stazione base.

Rubrica

È possibile memorizzare i numeri di telefono usati frequentemente insieme ai rispettivi
nomi. A questo scopo il portatile offre una rubrica di 50 numeri di telefono (di max. 20
cifre ciascuno) e nomi (di max. 12 caratteri ciascuno).
È possibile raggruppare i numeri in gruppi con suonerie diverse.

Elenco chiamate

I numeri delle chiamate in entrata vengono visualizzati sul display del portatile. L’e­lenco può contenere fino a 40 numeri di telefono. Le nuove chiamate vengono segna­late sul display con .

Questa funzione può essere usata unicamente se il numero di telefono del
chiamante viene trasmesso. Informarsi presso il proprio gestore di rete sulla
disponibilità di questo servizio.

Selezionare un numero dall’elenco chiamate

• Premere Menu, selezionare
direttamente l’elenco chiamate premendo il tasto ).

• Selezionare la voce desiderata.

• Premere il tasto conversazione per comporre il numero di telefono. Oppure pre-
mere il softkey Altri e selezionare una funzione di modifica dalla lista.

Voicebox

Si ha la possibilità di deviare le chiamate in entrata direttamente sulla segreteria telefo­nica di rete (Voicebox) offerta da parte del gestore di rete. Questa funzione deve
essere impostata presso il gestore di rete. I nuovi messaggi in segreteria vengono
visualizzati sul display del portatile con (funzione dipendente dal gestore di rete).

Estendere l’Aeris 156

Il portatile fornito e già annunciato alla stazione base. In modalità stand-by si vede sul
display il numero di telefono interno del relativo portatile. Sulla stazione base si pos­sono utilizzare fino a 5 portatili.
Se si annuncia il portatile Aeris 156 ad una stazione base "estranea" oppure se si
annuncia un portatile "estraneo" alla stazione base Aeris 156 (GAP), alcune funzioni
potrebbero non essere utilizzabili oppure esserlo solo limitatamente.

Annunciare un nuovo portatile

I nuovi portatili devono essere innanzitutto annunciati alla stazione base.

• Prima dell'annuncio di nuovi portatili, premere il tasto sulla stazione base per

ca. 5 secondi, dopo lasciare il tasto.

• Premere Menu, selezionare

• Selezionare la stazione base. Premere OK. Il portatile cerca la base selezionata

(indicazione lampeggiante sul display).

• Quando la base è stata trovata, venite invitati di introdurre il codice PIN (0000 alla

consegna). Premere OK.

• Se la procedura è andata a buon fine, si sente un tono di confirmazione.

Parlare con più persone

Il presente telefono offre la possibilità di chiamare un interlocutore interno durante una
chiamata esterna (consultazione), di parlare con due interlocutori a turno (spola)
oppure di parlare con entrambi contemporaneamente (conferenza a tre), senza aver
bisogno di un secondo collegamento telefonico apposito.

Conversazione interna / Chiamata interna

• Premere .

• Selezionare l’interlocutore interno desiderato e premere OK.

Se si riceve una chiamata esterna mentre si sta telefonando con l’interlocutore interno,
si udirà un segnale acustico. Premendo il tasto termina chiamata si interromperà la
conversazione interna. Premendo il tasto conversazione ci si collegherà al chiamante
esterno.

Trasferimento di una chiamata esterna

Si è ricevuta una chiamata esterna e la si vuole trasferire ad un altro portatile interno.
Si sta effettuando una chiamata esterna:

• Chiamare l’interlocutore interno (vedi sopra).

• Premere il tasto termina chiamata e trasferire la chiamata all’interlocutore interno.

Si sta effettuando una chiamata esterna:

Collegamento alla porta analogica di adattatori di telefonia via internet/cavo

In caso di collegamento di un telefono analogico attraverso la porta analogica di un
adattatore di telefonia via internet/cavo può accadere che non tutte le funzioni (in parti­colare la visualizzazione del numero telefonico) funzionino come in caso di collega­mento alla rete fissa analogica. Non si tratta di un difetto dell’Aeris 156.

Diversi possono essere i motivi del "mancato funzionamento" di determinate funzioni:

• Una determinata funzione non viene messa a disposizione dal provider di telefonia
via internet/cavo per la vostra connessione di telefonia via internet/cavo.

• L’adattatore utilizzato per la trasformazione del segnale da telefonia via
internet/cavo a telefoni analogici (di solito fornito dal provider) non è in grado di tra­sferire le funzioni ai telefoni collegati, oppure le trasferisce in modo non conforme
alla telefonia analogica.

In questi casi di mancato funzionamento cercare di collegare l’Aeris 156 alla rete
fissa analogica per provarlo e/o contattare il proprio provider di telefonia via
internet/cavo.

Cura

Il vostro telefono è un prodotto che rispetta elevati criteri di design e funzionalità. Per­tanto deve essere trattato con cura.

Per pulire il telefono, spolverarlo con un panno antistatico oppure con un panno di
pelle leggermente inumidito e poi con un panno asciutto.

Important notice

You can increase the handset volume of your Aeris 156 to up to 24 dB. The telephone

Range / Location

To obtain the best possible range, we recommend positioning the telephone in a
location central to your sphere of activity. Avoid positioning the telephone in niches,
recesses and behind steel doors.
The maximum range between base station and handset is approximately 300 meters
outdoors. Depending on the surrounding conditions as well as spatial and structural
factors, the range may be smaller. Silent zones can occur due to the digital transmis­sion in the frequency range used – even within the range, depending on the structural
environment. In this case the transmission quality may be reduced through the
increased incidence of short breaks in transmission. Normal call quality can be
restored if you move slightly out of the silent zone. If the range is exceeded, the call
will be disconnected unless you move back into range within ten seconds.

Battery advice

Use only the original batteries (3 x NiMH, AAA, 1.2 V 800 mAh) as well as the original
power supply (7,5 V DC).
The handset operating times (standby 120 hours/active 6 hours) and charging times
apply only if the battery is charged to the defined minimum capacity (1.2 V / 800 mAh).
Charging is electronically controlled to ensure optimal charging and care of batteries in
different charge states. Full capacity is achieved only after several charging cycles.

Note:
Using other rechargeable batteries or non-rechargeable batteries/primary
cells can be dangerous and cause malfunctions or damage to the telephone.
Do not short-circuit the batteries (danger). In particular, avoid inadvertent
short-circuits during storage and transport e.g. bunch of keys, metal panels
or similar objects, and make sure the batteries do not come into contact with
greasy materials. When not in the handset, therefore, batteries should be
stored only in insulating packaging. Ensure also that the contacts do not
touch greasy parts.
Rechargeable batteries can become warm while recharging. This is a normal
occurrence and is not dangerous.

Connecting the phone

• Before you can start using your telephone you must plug in the telephone connec­tor cable and the mains cable.

• Insert the batteries in the battery compartment. Make sure the polarity is correct.

• To charge the batteries, insert the handset in the base station. The animated bat­tery symbol on the handset signals the charging procedure. The batteries will take
around 15 hours to fully charge (initial charge).

• Incoming calls are signalled by a ring tone on the handset.

Please note that when handsfree speaking is activated, call partners should
speak alternately and avoid speaking simultaneously. This telephone sup­presses the first call signal in order to evaluate the incoming number signal
and verify whether the number is stored in the phonebook. Calls cannot be
made if the battery is almost discharged or the handset is out of range of the
base station.

Set speaker/loudspeaker volume

You can adjust the speaker/loudspeaker volume during a conversation (5 levels avail­able).
Select the desired volume using the Navigation keys.

Switch handset off

• Press and hold the End call key (approx. 3 sec).

• Press and hold the End call key to reactivate the handset.

Redial

The Redial list contains up to 10 entries.

• Press the softkey under Redial and select the desired entry.

• Press the Talk key.

• Open the Redial list, press the softkey under More.

Mute the handset microphone

You can temporarily mute the handset microphone to talk to someone else in the room
without the caller hearing. Press the softkey under Mute.
To reactivate the microphone, press the softkey Mute again.

Keypad lock

• Press the Star key approx. 3 sec. All keys (except the speed dial keys) are locked.

Deactivate keypad lock

• Press the Star key approx. 3 sec.

Paging – Locate mislaid handsets

All registered handsets ring for a short time, when the Paging key on the base is
pressed. To stop the ring press the End call key on the handset or the Paging key on
the base.

Phonebook

You can store up to 50 names and numbers in the phonebook on each handset.
Names can be up to 12 letters long and numbers up to 20 digits.
You can combine different numbers in groups with the same ringer melody.

Different characters are printed on each key. The entries in the phonebook are sorted
alphabetically.
Press key to insert a pause inside a phone number. “P“ appears on the display.
Press and hold key to insert a flash signal. “R“ appears on the display.

To use this function, the caller's number must be transmitted (CLIP). Contact

Voicebox (network answering machine)

You can forward the incoming calls to your operator’s network answering machine
(Voicebox).
This function must be enabled by your network operator. New Voicebox messages are
signalled on your handset display by (dependent on network operator).

Extending the Aeris 156

The delivered handset is already registered on to base station. In standby the internal
number of the handset is displayed.
You can register up to 5 handsets to your base station.
If you register your Aeris 156 handset with a “third party“ base station or a “third party“
handset on your Aeris 156 base station (GAP), you may not be able to use some func­tions or only to a limited extent.

Register new handsets

Accessory handsets must be registered to the base station.

• Before registering a handset to the base, you must press and hold the base unit

key for about 5 seconds and then release it.

• Press Menu, select

• Select the desired base station. Press Select. The handset seeks the base station

you have entered (flashing display).

• Once the base station has been found, you are requested to enter the system PIN

(0000 on delivery). Press Select.

Telephoning with several call partners

During a call you can make a second internal call (enquiry call), switch between call
partners (brokering) or simultaneously converse (3-way conference call) without the
need for two telephone lines.

Internal conversation / Internal call

If you receive an external call while you are on the phone to an internal call partner,
you will hear an incoming call alert. End the internal call by pressing the End call key.
Press the Talk key. You are connected to the external party.

Call transfer to another handset

You are conducting an external call and you want to transfer it to another handset.

• Call the internal party (see above).

• Press the End call key to transfer the call to the other handset.

Conference

You are conducting an external call.

• Press , enter the number of the handset you want to call.

• Press the Star key, when the internal party responds. The three call partners are
connected.

• Any teleconference partner can press the End call key to leave the conference
and end the call.

Appendix

Using Internet/cable telephone adapters on an analog port

When using an analog telephone on the analog connection of an Internet or cable tele­phone adapter, not all the described features (in particular calling line display) may
function in the same way as with a standard analog telephone line. This does not
cause the Aeris 156 to malfunction.

Several factors can cause a failure of specific features to function:

• The Internet/cable telephony provider may not provide the function on its
Internet/cable telephony connection.

• The adapter used to convert Internet/cable telephony to analog telephony (usually
supplied by the provider) may not forward the functions to connected telephones or
may forward them in a non-analog format.

If this happens, please check the Aeris 156 on an analog fixed line and/or contact your
Internet/cable telephony provider.

Care

Your telephone is a sophisticated product in terms of design and construction, and
should therefore be handled with care.

To clean the telephone, wipe first with an antistatic cloth or a damp, soft leather cloth
and then dry using a dry cloth.

Recycling (environmental protection)

At the end of the product's life cycle, the telephone must not be disposed of in
normal domestic waste. Please take it to a collection point for processing elec­trical and electronic equipment: see symbol on the product, in the user manual
and/or packaging.

Some materials used in this product can be recycled if you take it to a recycling depot.
By recycling parts or raw materials from used products you will be making an important
contribution to environmental protection. Please contact your local authority if you
require information about collection points in your neighbourhood.

Disposing of the rechargeable battery

By law, all used batteries and accumulators must be recycled and not disposed of in
domestic waste. Please dispose of them according to the official regulations. Take
them to a recycling depot. The batteries/accumulators will be recycled since they may,
for example, contain nickel cadmium (Ni - Cd), lead (Pb), cadmium (Cd) or mercury
(Hg). The batteries and accumulators are labelled with symbols and information on
their contents,

Your telephone is subject to a guarantee from the date of purchase in accordance with
the legal provisions of the country in which the telephone was purchased. As evidence
of the date of purchase, please keep the receipt or the warranty card completed by the
retailer. All defects attributable to material and manufacturing faults will be corrected
free of charge within the warranty period, either by repairing or replacing the defective
equipment.
The warranty does not cover expendable materials (battery cells), defects which affect

Zasięg

W celu uzyskania najlepszego zasięgu zaleca się instalację telefonu w centralnym miejscu strefy zamier­zonego użytkowania. Nie należy ustawiać urządzenia we wnękach, niewielkich pomieszczeniach i za
drzwiami pokrytymi blachą. Efektywny zasięg działania urządzenia wynosi maksymalnie 300 m, pomiędzy
przenośną słuchawką a stacją bazową. W zależności od parametrów budowlanych pomieszczeń zasięg ten
może zmaleć. Zasięg w pomieszczeniach, budynkach jest zwykle mniejszy niż na otwartej przestrzeni. Ze
względu na transmisję cyfrową mogą pojawić się tzw. strefy ciszy, czyli obszary, gdzie jakość
transmisji ulega pogorszeniu przez krótkotrwałe, powtarzające się przer wy w trakcie rozmowy. Najprościej
wyeliminować tego typu zakłócenia poprzez przemieszczenie się użytkownika wraz z telefonem o kilka
kroków i opuszczenie wąskiej strefy ciszy. Jeżeli podczas rozmowy użytkownik przekroczy strefę zasięgu,
połączenie zostanie przerwane w ciągu 10 sekund, o ile nie znajdzie się on ponownie w zasięgu stacji
bazowej. Ponieważ telefon może zakłócać pracę sprzętu elektronicznego zaleca się zamontowanie stacji
bazowej (ew. słuchawki) w możliwie jak największej odległości (min. 1m) od innych urządzeń.

Zasady korzystania z akumulatorów

Należy stosować wyłącznie oryginalne akumulatory lub ich zamienniki o parametrach zgodnych z or yginal­nymi (3 x Ni-MH, AAA 1.2 V 800 mAh), jak również oryginalny zasilacz (7,5 V DC).
Czas pracy słuchawki (120 godz. czuwania lub 6 godz. rozmowy) oraz ładowania są zgodne pod warun­kiem, że akumulatorki są naładowane do zdefiniowanego minimum pojemności (1,2 V / 800 mAh).
Proces ładowania jest kontrolowany elektronicznie, by zapewnić optymalny proces przy każdym poziomie
naładowania. Pełna pojemność jest zapewniona tylko po pierwszych cyklach ładowania.

Uwaga:
Użytkowanie innych ładowarek do akumulatorków lub korzystanie ze zwykłych (nieładowal­nych) baterii może być niebezpieczne i doprowadzić do uszkodzenia aparatu i utraty
gwarancji. Nie należy zwierać biegunów akumulatorów – wywołane w ten sposób krótkie
spięcia mogą być niebezpieczne. W szczególności należy zwracać uwagę, by nie
doprowadzać do nieumyślnego zwarcia biegunów podczas ich przechowywania i transportu,
np. poprzez kontakt z kluczami, innymi metalowymi przedmiotami lub mazistymi substancjami
(w tym cieczami). Wyjęte ze słuchawki akumulatory powinny być przechowywane w odpowied­nio zabezpieczającym je opakowaniu. Telefon nie działa przy pustych akumulatorach, bądź ich
braku, oraz braku napięcia w sieci zasilającej. Słuchawki nie wolno ładować bez akumulatorów
i pokrywy osłaniającej. Jeżeli zostały zainstalowane nowe akumulatorki, albo zostały ze
słuchawki wyjęte i włożone ponownie, wskaźnik stanu naładowania może nie wskazywać
poprawnie (w takim przypadku należy wykonać pełen cykl ładowania).
Akumulatory mogą się nagrzewać podczas ładowania. Jest to normalny i nieszkodliwy objaw.

Podłączanie telefonu

• Zanim zaczniesz korzystać z telefonu podłącz go do sieci elektrycznej oraz do gniazdka telefonicznego,
za pomocą załączonych przewodów i zasilacza.

• Umieść akumulatorki w przegródce, zwracając szczególną uwagę na polaryzację.

• Naładuj akumulatorki, umieszczając słuchawkę na stacji bazowej. ładowanie sygnalizowane jest przez

wypełniona karta gwarancyjna wraz z fakturą/paragonem zakupu. Egzemplarz karty gwarancyjnej winien
wskazywać wszystkie niezbędne dane dotyczące daty sprzedaży urządzenia, nazwy i numeru seryjnego
urządzenia oraz dane dotyczące odbiorcy.

5. Jeżeli urządzenie zostanie przesłane do Autoryzowanego Serwisu w innym opakowaniu niż zostało
określone w § 3 ust.4, kupujący ponosi całkowitą odpowiedzialność za przesłane urządzenie, w szczegól­ności za uszkodzenia mechaniczne powstałe w transporcie i może zostać w związku z tymi uszkodzeniami
pozbawiony gwarancji na to urządzenie w zakresie spowodowanym tymi uszkodzeniami.

UWAGA!
Do przesłanego urządzenia należy dołączyć krótki opis stwierdzonego uszkodzenia w tym: objawy
zewnętrzne, środowisko pracy, w jakim się ujawnia, a także czas pracy, po upływie którego zazwyczaj
występuje. Ponadto zaleca się podać dokładne dane kontaktowe osoby bezpośrednio korzystającej z
urządzenia w celu ewentualnej konsultacji co do charakteru uszkodzenia.

§ 4 Wyłączenie gwarancji

1.Gwarancja nie obejmuje przypadków, gdy:

- urządzenie zostało uszkodzone lub zniszczone na skutek działania siły wyższej lub wpływów środowiska
(pożar, powódź, wilgoć, wyładowania atmosferyczne, przepięcie w sieci telefonicznej lub energetycznej, itp.)

- uszkodzenie spowodowane jest niewłaściwym użytkowaniem urządzenia, w szczególności w sposób niez­godny z Instrukcją Obsługi;

- urządzenie zostało otwarte lub było naprawiane przez nieautoryzowany punkt serwisowy lub inną osobę;

- urządzenie wykazuje jakiegokolwiek rodzaju uszkodzenia mechaniczne, zarówno wewnętrzne jak i
zewnętrzne;

- urządzenie było niewłaściwie transportowane i/lub składowane.

2. Gwarancją nie są objęte takie części jak akumulatory, obudowy, przewody oraz pozostałe elementy po­siadające z natury określony czas zużycia, lub innego rodzaju wyposażenie dodatkowe.

3. Gwarancją nie są objęte czynności należące do normalnej obsługi eksploatacyjnej np.: zainstalowanie
sprzętu, sprawdzenie działania, logowanie słuchawek, przypisywanie MSN itp.

4. Ponadto, żadne roszczenia gwarancyjne nie zostaną uznane w przypadku, gdy urządzenie nie posiada
widocznego numeru seryjnego nadanego przez producenta.

§ 5 Warunki ogólne

1. Niniejsza gwarancja stanowi podstawę stosunku prawnego między kupującym a Swissvoice Polska.
Prawa i obowiązki stron reguluje wyłącznie treść postanowień ujętych w niniejszej gwarancji, a z którymi
kupujący obowiązany jest zapoznać się przed zawarciem umowy kupna urządzenia. Zawarcie umowy kupna
jest jednoznaczne z przyjęciem warunków niniejszej gwarancji.

2. Sądem właściwym dla wszystkich sporów bezpośrednio i pośrednio związanych z niniejszą gwarancją, w
takim zakresie jak jest dozwolone, jest sąd właściwy dla siedziby Swissvoice Polska w Warszawie.

3. Gwarancja nie wyłącza, nie ogranicza ani nie zawiesza uprawnień Klienta wynikających z niezgodności
towaru z umową (Ustawa z dn. 27.07.2002, Dz. U. Nr 141, poz. 1176).
