Operating instructions
1 Choose correct binding style first by selecting the correct punch pattern (left for 3 hole
punch, right for comb binding). (Fig 1) Handle must be fully upright to change between
3 hole and CombBind.
®
2 Verify proper alignment on the alignment guide by choosing Standard for 11'' paper and
covers and Oversized for oversized covers.
3 Insert paper fully into punching slot and align the paper against the alignment guide on
the left push the punching handle down until all papers are punched. (Fig 2)
4 Place a comb on the comb opener with the small “fingers” of the comb facing the front
of the machine. Pull down the punch handle to open the comb. Once open fully lock the
comb open using the comb opening lock. (Fig 3)
4 Place your punched document onto the comb. Once finished release the comb opening
lock to close the comb. (Fig 4)
5 Empty the waste tray as needed. (Fig 5)

• Déposez la machine sur une surface stable et à plat.
• Testez toujours d’abord le système de perforation et l’alignement avec un morceau de papier rebut.

Mode d’emploi
1 Choisissez d’abord le bon style de reliure en choisissant le bon motif de perforation (gauche pour
de 3 trous à CombBind
®

2 Vérifiez l’alignement sur le guide d’alignement en choisissant la version standard pour le papier
de 11 po (28 cm) et couvertures et surdimensionné pour les couvertures surdimensionnées.
3 Insérez entièrement le papier dans la fente de perforation et alignez le papier contre le guide à gauche,
4 Placez un peigne sur l’ouvre-peigne avec les petits « doigts » du peigne face vers l’avant de la
machine. Enfoncez la poignée de perforation pour ouvrir le peigne. Après l’ouverture, verrouillez le
peigne en position ouverte avec le verrou d’ouverture du peigne. (fig 3)
4 Placez votre document perforé sur le peigne. Après avoir terminé, dégagez le verrou d’ouverture
du peigne pour refermer ce dernier. (fig 4)
5 Videz au besoin le plateau de rebuts. (fig 5)

Instrucciones de funcionamiento
1 Elija primero el estilo correcto de perforación seleccionando el patrón adecuado (a la izquierda para

3 Introduzca totalmente el papel en la ranura de perforación y alinee el papel contra la guía de alineación
a la izquierda. Presione la palanca de perforación hacia abajo hasta perforar todos los papeles. (Fig. 2)
4 Coloque un peine en el abridor del peine con los “dedos” pequeños del peine orientados hacia la parte
delantera de la máquina. Presione hacia abajo la palanca de perforación para abrir el peine. Una vez
abierto bloquee completamente el espiral abierto utilizando el bloqueo del abridor del peine. (Fig. 3)
4 Coloque su documento perforado en el peine. Una vez finalizado, destrabe el bloqueo del abridor del
peine para cerrar el peine. (Fig. 4)
5 Vacíe la bandeja de sobrantes según lo necesario. (Fig. 5)
