1. Push a button to wake up your unit. The device will now instruct you to set the basic
settings, including maximum heart rate and activity class.
2. Use the (+) and (–) buttons to change values, accept by pressing Mode.
3. To return to a previous set value, press the Back button.
Maximum heart rate (SET max hr)
The device automatically calculates a maximum heart rate from your birthday
(210- 0,65*age). If you want to know your personal maximum heart rate value,
please contact a doctor or a tness trainer to perform a test. You can then adjust
the
automatically calculated value accordingly.
Activity class (SELECT act class)

transmitter belt, we recommend an exercise test under a doctor’s supervision. This
will ensure the safety and reliability of the pacemaker and transmitter belt when being
used simultaneously. Exercise may include some risk, especially for those who have
been sedentary. We strongly advise you to consult your doctor prior to beginning a
regular exercise program.
3. Start monitoring your training
To monitor a workout, you need to enter the training mode and record your
training.
