1. Setting your device

1. Push a button to wake up your unit. The device will now instruct you to set the basic settings, including maximum heart rate and activity class.
2. Use the (+) and (–) buttons to change values, accept by pressing Mode.
3. To return to a previous set value, press the Back button.
Maximum heart rate (SET max hr)
The device automatically calculates a maximum heart rate from your birthday (210- 0,65*age). If you want to know your personal maximum heart rate value,
please contact a doctor or a tness trainer to perform a test. You can then adjust
the
automatically calculated value accordingly.
Activity class (SELECT act class)
he activity class is a measure of your current activity level. Find your level of activity
