Replace the Manifold:
1. Remove the main cooking grates and flavor
grids.
2. Using a 1/4” socket remove the (3) screws
holding the rear heat shield and burners in place.
3. Disconnect the wires from the main burner
igniter.
NOTE: Make sure the wire does not fall into the access
hole.
5. Remove the (3) screws holding the Front
Bottom IR Igniter Mounting Bracket to the burner
and Front Heat Shield. Then remove the bracket.
6. Remover the (6) screws holding the Front
Heat Shield in position. Then lift the Front Heat
Shield out of the firebox.
4. Angle the main burner up, and set it in the
firebox.
7. Hold the elbow on the rear IR burner valve
and use a 3/4 wrench to disconnect the flex line
from it.
Note: Be careful, applying pressure to the elbow of the
valve may cause it to break.

Replace the Manifold:
8. Hold the elbow on the Bottom IR Burner Valve
and use adjustable wrench to remove the flex
line from it.

9. Remove all the knobs, set the knobs aside.
12. Lift the left end of the manifold up, carefully
remove the manifold out of the grill.
10. Remove the screws holding the main burner
knob bezels to the front face and remove the
bezels.
11. Hold the manifold, slightly move it to the right
and lift the left end out.
13. Take the old manifold away.
14. Place the new manifold into the grill body
with the control knob stems facing outward
through control panel front.
15. Reattach the flex line on the right side of the
grill to the Bottom IR Burner Valve by using the
adjustable wrench.
16. Reattach the flex line on the left side of the
grill to the Rear IR Burner Valve by using the
adjustable wrench.
Note: Be careful, applying pressure to the elbow of the
valve may cause it to break.
17. Reattach the bezels to the manifold with the
screws removed in Step 10. Make sure that
“ off” is facing up on the bezel.
