Replace the Main Burner:

1. Remove the main cooking grates and flavor
grids.

2. Using a 1/4” socket remove the (3) screws
holding the Shield to the Burner Support.

3. Remove the (4) screws holding the igniter to
the burner bar.

5. Remove the (6) screws holding the Front Heat
Shield in position. Take the Front Shield away.

6. Lift the burner to the rear and up.

4.Remove the (3) screws on the Bottom IR
Mounting Bracket. Then remove the bracket.

7. Place the new burner in the firebox, make
sure the orifices of the valves go into the burner
tubes.

8. Put the Front Heat Shield back and use the
(6) screws removed in step 5 to secure the Front
Heat Shield in position.

9. Put the Bottom IR Mounting Bracket back and
use the (3) screws removed in step 4 to secure
the backet in position.

10. Put the igniters and Igniter Heat Shields back
on the burner bar, use the screws removed in
step 3 to secure the Igniter and Igniter Heat
Shield in position.

11. Use the screws removed in step 2 to secure
the Igniter Grease Shield back in position.

Put the grates and flavor grids back and the replacement
work is done, you can enjoy your grill now.
