OPERATION GUIDELINES
WARNING: Pay attention to the following before operating for safe usage.
Only wash dishes with applicable chemicals.
•
•Never put an inflammable liquid into the tank. This can cause an explosive
accident.
•Never open the door while operating. This is dangerous and you can get
burned by hot water.
•Contact Supera Service if you encounter any technical problems. Only
authorized technicians are approved for maintenance.
•Make sure to ground the electrical wire. Failure to do so can cause electrical
leakage and shock.
•Do not store anything on top of the dishwasher. This may cause mechanical
defects.
•Do not wash exterior electrical components with water. This may cause
electrical leakage.
•Make sure to place and install this unit where there is good ventilation and no
flammable agents.
•Only use low foaming detergent in this unit. High foaming detergent and other
soaps will prevent a thorough wash.
•When exchanging chemicals, do not get the detergent on your skin, clothes,
and eyes. This chemical is severely corrosive to skin, eyes, and clothes.
•Wear chemically impervious gloves and apron while cleaning and moving this
unit.
•If there are defects in the ignition of the gas booster, call a Supera Service
representative immediately. Be sure to also close the gas valve and check for
gas leakage.
•Keep chemical agents away from children.
•If you consume detergent, do not vomit. Drink two glasses of water and
immediately go see a doctor.
•Avoid materials that are reactive with acids, alkalis, etc.

The dishwashing machine is designed to operate while being level. This is important
to prevent any damage to the machine during operation and to ensure the best
results when washing ware. The unit comes with adjustable feet, which can be turned
using a pair of channel locks or by hard if the unit can be raised safely. Ensure that
the unit is level from side to side and from front to back before making any
connections.
WARNING: Electrical and grounding connections must comply with the applicable
portions of the National Electrical Code and/or other local electrical codes.
WARNING: Disconnect the electrical power to the machine (both dishwasher and
booster if applicable) and follow lockout/tagout procedures.
Three-phase motors must rotate in the direction of the arrow on the motor housing.
In order to check rotation, close the machine doors and press the power switch to
ON.
When the machine is completely filled, open and close machine doors to verify that
the motor impeller rotates in the clockwise direction.
If the rotation is incorrect, DISCONNECT ELECTRICAL POWER SUPPLY and
interchange any two of the incoming power supply leads. Reconnect the power
supply and verify correct rotation.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Available to hook on left or right hand of dishwasher
A1. POWER S/W
To turn on/off electric power on main board.
If power is on, the ready lamp will be flickering, and it will display the whole
washing time (wash, stand by, rinse) by digits.
A2. READY S/W
To prepare for operation, set time, wash, rinse, chemical agent supply, delayed
time and temp, etc. and to lock system
a. To prepare for the operation system if press ready, ready flickering
and then
press again ready lamp on; all preoperational courses (water
supply, chemical agent supply, heating, etc.) to be ready.
b. To set and change modes; wash time, rinse time, chemical agent
supply tim
e, wash temp, rinse temp, delayed time, initial
detergent supply time, etc. When changing the existing modes,
press ready button with functional sw 1,2,3 in three holes as
shown below.
c. To lock washing system temporarily, press ready and close the door.
To unlock washing system press ready again.

Tips for Washing
•Scrap the dishes to remove large particles of food and debris (prewash)
•Arrange the dishes in the rack. Don’t stack dishes one on top of another as
water must have free access to all sides of every dish
•After filling a rack, open the door, slide rack into the dishwasher and close the
door

Tip for Cleaning Dishwasher
1.Period for cleaning
a. The machine must be thoroughly cleaned at the end of each working
shift
b. Never use steel wool to clean the dishwasher
2. Clean
a. Push off the power button
b. Drain wash water by taking out the drain pipe and strainer
c. Clean off the strainer
d. Cleanse and flush inside of the dishwasher and remove a remaining soil
with soft cloth or brush
e. Replace all removed parts and leave the machine door open for drying
One-Year Parts & Labor Warranty: SUPERA, LLC warrants to the original purchaser of new equipment that said equipment, when
installed in accordance with our instructions within North America and subjected to normal use, is free from defects in material or
workmanship for one year from the date of original purchase. Warranty includes onsite service calls within 60 miles of an authorized
service company. End user is responsible for all extra travel and mileage at prevailing rates and for original call to SUPERA, LLC
expressing need for warranty service. Any service provided without authorization from SUPERA, LLC will not be covered by SUPERA, LLC.
THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. SUPERA, LLC EXPRESSLY
DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE. SUPERA, LLC HAS FINAL DESCRETION ON ALL WARRANTY REQUESTS.
SUPERA, LLC’S OBLIGATION AND LIABILITY UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO REPAIRING AND
REPLACING EQUIPMENT WHICH PROVES TO BE DEFECTIVE IN MATERIAL OR WORKMANSHIP WITHIN THE APPLICABLE
WARRANTY PERIOD. All repairs pursuant to this Warranty will be performed by an Authorized Designated SUPERA, LLC Service
Location during normal working hours. This warranty does not cover services performed at overtime or premium labor rates. End user is
responsible for the difference between normal service rates and premium service rates. This warranty does not cover any service
technician errors. IN NO EVENT SHALL SUPERA, LLC BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES TO BUYER
OR ANY THIRD PARTY, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROPERTY, PERSONAL INJURY, LOSS OF BUSINESS
OR PROFITS OR OTHER ECONOMIC LOSSES, OR STATUTORY OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, WHETHER IN NEGLIGENCE,
WARRANTY, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE.
This warranty is given only to the first purchaser from a retail dealer. No warranty is given to subsequent transferees. Installation in a
residential application will void all warranties.
Warranty does not cover product failures caused by: failure to maintain, neglect, abuse, damage due to excess water, fire, normal
wear, improper set up and use. Periodic maintenance is not covered. SUPERA, LLC is not responsible or liable for any conditions of
erosion or corrosion caused by corrosive detergents, acids, lye or other chemicals used in the washing and/or cleaning process.
Warranty does not cover service requests for free replacement and/or recall parts.
THE FOREGOING WARRANTY PROVISIONS ARE A COMPLETE AND EXCLUSIVE STATEMENT BETWEEN THE BUYER AND
SELLER. SUPERA, LLC NEITHER ASSUMES NOR AUTHORIZES ANY PERSONS TO ASSUME FOR IT ANY OTHER OBLIGATION
OR LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH SAID EQUIPMENT.
Example of items not covered under warranty, but not limited to only these items:
1. Acts of God, fire, water damage, burglary, accident, theft.
2. Freight damage.
3. Improper installation or alteration of equipment.
4. Use of generic or after market parts.
5. Repairs made by anyone other than a SUPERA, LLC designated servicer.
6. Lubrication.
7. Expendable wear parts, adjustable feet, blown fuses, lamps, etc.
8. Cleaning of equipment.
9. Misuse or abuse.
Not Covered Under This Warranty: SUPERA, LLCʼs sole obligation under this warranty is limited to either repair or replacement of parts, subject to the
additional limitations below. This warranty neither assumes nor authorizes any person to assume obligations other than those expressly covered by this
warranty. Warranty does not cover service requests for free replacement and/or recall parts.
