LineCook Pro® Tube Fryers
Supera® LineCook Pro® Tube Fryers are a fry cook’s best friend. Designed with
our brand motto close at heart, the LineCook Pro® Tube Fryers are built for ease
of use and high output.

Heavy Metal Construction
A peened-nish and smoothed out welds give the stainless steel tank superior
structural integrity as well as a sanitary and easy-to-clean surface. The galavanized
steel sides and back provide LineCook Pro® Tube Fryers with excellent corrosion
resistance. The top edge and front lip are constructed from stainless steel to
provide a food safe zone that is also highly resistant to wear and tear.
High Output, High Quality
Invensys thermostats with 200°F to 400°F ranges and ecient BTU heat exchange
tubes provide precise temperature control so that you can eciently cook fresh
and frozen foods. This high output is matched by a cool zone design that ensures
high product quality. The cool zone keeps loose fries and other particles from
entering the cooking zone, resulting in better tasting product.
Heavy Weight Baskets
Two nickel chrome baskets with green and black plastic-coated handles are
included with every Supera® Tube Fryer. The baskets feature a reinforced
construction that protects them from warping, bending and breaking. When
not in use or when draining product, you can hang these baskets from the solid
double-rod basket hanger.
