High Performance
The U-style burners provide 35,000 BTUs of heat every 12
inches. That heat is then evenly distributed by a heavy-duty
10 gauge stainless steel radiant. This precise delivery of
intense heat provides the right conditions for grilling meat to
perfection.
Professional-Grade Cast Iron Grates
The cast iron grates provide the classic charboiler cooking
surface. With three dierent grilling positions, you can cook
multiple items to desired levels of doneness all at the same time.
The cast iron grates are also reversible so that you can score
meat with alluring grill marks. This all adds up to perfect grilling
conditions for any cut of meat.

SPECIFICATIONS
GAS REQUIREMENTS:
• Natural Gas or Liquid Propane (LP) Gas main supply required
• All units ship ready for Natural Gas. A LP conversion kit is included for
converting to LP Gas. In order to avoid any warranty issues, conversion of your
unit from Natural Gas to LP must be completed by an authorized Supera® service
agent.
