WARNING - To reduce the ri sk of fire, electric shock, or injury to persons
when using your appli ance, follow basic precautions, includi ng the following:
- Read all instructio ns before using the appliance.
- Do not wash articles th at have been previously cleaned in, washed in , soaked

- Do not add gasoline,d ry-cleaning solvents, or other flammabl e or explosive
substances to the was h water. These substances give off vapours that could
ignite or explode.
- Under certain condi tions, hydrogen gas may be produced in a hot-wa ter
system that has not bee n used for 2 weeks or more. HYDROGEN GAS IS
EXPLOSIVE.If the hot-water system has not been used for such a period,
before using a washin g machine, turn on all hot-water faucets and le t the
water flow from each fo r several minutes. This will rel ease any accumulated
hydrogen gas. As the gas i s flammable, do not smoke or use an open flame
during this time.
- Always unplug the wash ing machine from the power supply before atte mpting
any service. Discon nect the power cord by grasping the plug, not the c ord.
- To reduce th e risk of fire, clothes, cleaning rags, mop hea ds and the like which
have traces of any flam mable substance, such as vegetable oil, coo king oil,
petroleum based oil s or distillates,waxes,fats,ect.,mu st not be placed in the
washing machine.T hese items may contain flammable substanc es which ,
even after washing, m ay smoke or catch fire.
- Never place items in th e washer that have been dampened with gasolin e or
any combustible or ex plosive substance. Do not wash or dry anythin g that
has been soaked in or spo tted with any type of oil(including cooking o ils).
Doing so can result in fi re , explosion, or death.
- Do not allow children t o play on or in the appliance. Close supervisio n of
children is necessa ry when the appliance is used near children.
- Pets and kids may climb i nto the machine. Check the machine before eve ry
operation.
- Glass door or protect or may be very hot during the operation. Keep kid s and
pets far away from the ma chine during the operation.
- This mac hine is not intended for use by persons (includ ing kids) with reduced
physical, sensory o r mental capabilities, or lack of experienc e and knowledge,
unless they have been g iven supervision or instruction concern ing use of the
machine by a person res ponsible for their safety.
- Kids should be superv ised to ensure that they do not play with the machi ne.
- When children becom e old enough to operate the appliance, it is lega l
responsibility of t he parents or legal guardians to ensure that they are instructed
in safe practices by qualified persons.

Important safety instructions
- Do not machine wash fib erglass materials (such as curtains and win dow
coverings that use fi berglass materials.)Small particles m ay remain in the
washing machine and s tick to fabrics in subsequent wash loads caus ing skin
irritation.

and cut off the power cord.
- Do not reach into the app liance if the tub or agitator is moving.

- Never stop a tumble dry er before the end of the program and spread out so that
the heat is dissipate d.
- Pull out its plug from th e power socket before cleaning or maintenan ce.
- Make sure that all pock ets are emptied.
- Sharp and rigid items s uch as coin, brooch, nail, screw or stone etc. ma y
cause serious damag es to this machine.
- Pull out its plug and cut o ff water supply after the operation.
- Please check whethe r the water inside the drum has been drained before
opening its door. Plea se do not open the door if there is any water visible ,
- Do not try to repair the ma chine by yourself. The machine m ay be damaged or
more troublesome re pair work may be caused and even dangerous oper ation
may take place if it is rep aired by any inexperienced or unqualified s taff.
- If the plug (power cord ) is damaged, it shall be replaced by the manufac turer
or a service agent to avo id any danger.
- Take care th at power voltage and frequency shall be ident ical to those of
washing machine.
- Do not use any socket wit h rated current less than that of washing machi ne.
Never pull out power pl ug with wet hand.
- To ensure yo ur safety, power cord plug must be in serted into an earthed three pole socket. Check ca refully and make sure that your socket is prope rly and
reliably earthed.
- This mac hine shall be repaired only by an authorized se rvice center and only
authentic accesso ries can be used.
- An appliance shall be cl early and permanently marked with a warning t hat the
appliance is intend ed for use only with fabrics that have been washe d with
water as a cleaning age nt.
- To reduce th e risk of fire, do not dry articles containing fo am rubber or similarly
textured rubber lik e materials.

appliance.

- This app liance must be grounded . In the event of a malfunc tion or breakdown,

- Before operati ng this machine, all packages and transport bolts must be removed.
Otherwise,th e washing machine may be seriously damaged while washing the

- Before washing t he clothes at first time,the washing machine shall be operated
in cotton and hot water procedures without the clothes inside .
- This washing machine is for indoor use only.
- Do not climb up and sit on to p cover of the machine.
- Do not lean against mac hine door.
- Please do not close the d oor with excessive forces. If it is found difficult to close
the door, please check i f the excessive clothes are put in or distribut ed well.
- Transport bolts shall be reinstalled to the machine by a specialized person.
- The accu mulated water shall be drained out of the machi ne.
- Handle the machine ca refully. Never hold each protru ded part on the machine
while lifting.
Machine door can not be u sed as the handle during the conveyance.

Installation Requirements
Cautions when washing clothes
WARNING
- Cold city water shall b e used and hot water may be also connected accord ing to
the local situation s.
- Your washing machine is only for home use and is only designed for the textiles
suitable for machin e washing.
- Flammable and explo sive or toxic solvents are forbidden. Gasol ine and alcohol
etc. shall not be used as d etergents. Please only select the deterge nts suitable
for machine washing , especially for front loading .
- It is forbidden to wash c arpets.
- Be careful of burning w hen washing machine drains hot washing water.
- Never refill the wate r by hand during washing.
- After the program is com pleted, please open the door after the bell or
disconnect the powe r supply to the machine.
- Please remember to di sconnect water and power supply immediate ly after the
clothes are washed.
- Always follow the fabr ic care instructions recommended by the clo thing
manufacturer.
- Do not use the washing ma chine if it has a worn power cord or loose plug.
Contact an authoriz ed service agent.
- Do not operate the wash ing machine if any guards, panels and /or fasteners
except transport fi xing bolts have been removed. Check the fill ho se
connections on a regu lar basis to ensure that they are tight and not lea king.
- Do not operate the wash ing machine if parts are missing or broken.
- Do not touch the door if wa shing at high temperatures.

Installation Requirements
Location requirements
Selecting the prope r location for your washer improves perform ance and minimizes noise
and possible washer “w alk.”Your washer can be installed under a custom counter,or in a
basement, laundry r oom, closet, or recessed area. See “Drain Syst em.”Companion
appliance locatio n requirements should also be considered. P roper installation is your
responsibility.
You will need
1. A water heater set to deli ver 1 2 0°F (49°C) water to the washer.
2. A grounded electrica l outlet located within 6 ft.(1.8 m) of where the power co rd is
attached to the back of t he washer.See “Electrical Requirements.”
3. Hot and cold water fau cets located within 4 ft.( 1.2 m)of the hot and cold water fill
valves,and water pr essure of 20 - 100 psi (13 7.9 - 689 .6 kPa).
4. A level floor with a maximum slope of 1" (25 mm)under entire washer.Installing the washer
on soft floor surface s,such as carpets or surfaces with foam backi ng.is not recommended.
5. A sturdy and solid floor t o support the washer with a total weight (water a nd load) of 200lbs.
6. Do not operate your wa sher in temperatures below 32°F ( 0°C) .Some water can
remain in the washer an d can cause damage in low temperatures.
Installation clearances
1. The location must be large e nough to allow the washer door to be fully opened.
2. Additional spacin g should be considered for ease of installati on and servicing. The door
opens more than 90 ,and it is nor reversib le.
3. Additional cleara nces might be required for wall ,door , and floor m oldings.
4. Additional spacin g of 25mm on all sides of the washer is recommended t o reduce noise
transfer.
5. Companion applia nce spacing should also be considered.

1.A120v.60Hz,AConly,15-or 20amp,fused electrical supply is required. A time-delay fuse or
circuit serving onl y this appliance be provided .
2.This washer is equi pped with a power supply cord having a 3 prong grou nding plug.
3.To minimize possi ble shock hazard ,the cord must be plugged into a m ating,3 prong,
grounding type outl et ,grounded in accordance with accordanc e with local codes and
ordinances. If a mati ng outlet is not available ,it is the personal re sponsibility and obligation
of the customerto hav e the properly grounded outlet installed by a q ualified electrician.
4.If codes permit and a s eparate ground wire is used ,it is recommende d that a qualified
electrician deter mine that the ground path is adequate.
