Vejledning til brug og vedligehold af Emma kaetermokande

1. Påfyldning

a. Påfyld max 1.2 L kae.

(brug den indbyggede indikator hvis muligt)

b. Sørg for at trykknappen er i åben position,

og skru hereer proppen fast.

c. Eer proppen er skruet på kanden trykkes trykknappen til lukket

position. Kanden er nu trykudlignet og vil ikke stå og hyle.

2. Hældning

a. Tryk trykknappen ned i åben position.
b. Hæld moderat – derved undgås sprøjt

og stænk og eventuel skoldning.

c. Eer endt hældning – Tryk trykknappen til lukket position.

3. Rengøring af prop

a. Bundproppen afmonteres ved at trykke trykknappen ned

og dereer dreje bundproppen i urets retning.

b. Prop, bundprop og pakninger rengøres grunding for snavs med

varmt vand og sæbe. Ved meget beskidte propper anbefales
at ligge delene i blød i op til 6 timer hvoreer de skrubbes med
svamp eller børste.

c. Lad alle dele tørre før de samles igen.

Sørg for at pakningerne sidder korrekt.

d. Tjek at propel sidder i bundposition. Dette gøres ved at vende

låget om og trykke på trykknappen indtil propellen sidder i
bunden.

e. Tag Bundproppen og skru den fast på proppen ved at dreje

mod urets retning.

f. Tryk trykknappen til åben position og tjek at bundproppen

er skruet stramt fast ved at dreje mod urets retning igen.

Rengøring af termokande

a. Kanden rengøres eer brug med varmt vand og eventuelt mildt

opvaskemiddel.

b. Aørres eerfølgende med viskestykke eller klud. Brug ikke

opvaskebørste eller svamp, da dette kan give ridser eller
slidtage på kandens overade.

c. Termokanden skal afkalkes regelmæssigt.

1. Filling

a. Fill with maximum 1.2 L of coee

(if possible, use the inbuilt indicator).

b. Make sure that the button is in the open position, then screw

in the stopper until it is tight.

c. Once the stopper has been screwed in, push the but ton to

the closed position. The inside and outside pressures are now
equalised and the jug will not hiss.

2. Pouring

a. Press the button into the open position.
b. Pour at a gentle angle to prevent possible scalding

from spraying or splashing.

c. When you have nished pouring, press the button into the

closed position.

3. Cleaning the stopper

a. Remove the stopper bottom by pressing the button down and

then turning the stopper bottom clockwise.

b. Clean the stopper, stopper bottom and seals carefully

using hot water and soap. If the stopper is particularly dirty,
it is recommended soaking the parts for up to 6 hours, then
scrubbing them with a sponge or brush.

c. Allow all the parts to dry before reassembling them.

Make sure that the seals are sitting correctly.

d. Check that the screw is in the bottom position. This is done by

turning the stopper upside down and pressing the button until
the screw is at the bottom.

e. Take the stopper bottom and screw it tightly to the stopper by

turning it anti-clockwise.

f. Press the button into the open position and check that

the stopper bottom is screwed tightly in place by turning
it anti-clockwise again.

Cleaning the vacuum jug

a. Aer use, clean the jug using hot water and, if necessary, a mild

detergent.

b. Wipe down the jug with a dish towel or cloth. Do not use a

washing-up brush or sponge, as this could cause scratches or
wear on the jug’s surface.

c. Regularly descale the vacuum jug.

The vacuum jug is approved for coee and tea only. It is not
suitable for drinks that contain fat, e.g. milk, cocoa or chai latte.

1. Befüllung

a. Nie mehr als 1,2 l Kaee in die Isolierkanne füllen. Dies eventuell an

der eingebauten Anzeige kontrollieren.

b. Kontrollieren, dass der Druckknopf heruntergedrückt ist

(oene Position). Danach den Verschluss einschrauben.

c. Nach Einschrauben des Verschlusses den Druckknopf betätigen,

um ihn herauszudrücken (geschlossene Position). Damit wird ein
Druckausgleich erreicht, sodass die Isolierkanne nicht pfei.

2. Benutzung

a. Druckknopf herunterdrücken (oene Position).
b. Kanne beim Gießen nicht zu sehr kippen, um Spritzer und ggf.

Verbrühungen zu vermeiden.

c. Zum Schluss Druckknopf betätigen, um ihn herauszudrücken

(geschlossene Position).

3. Reinigung des Verschl usses

a. Stopfen durch Eindrücken des Druckknopfes und Drehen des

Stopfens im Uhrzeigersinn abschrauben.

b. Verschlussoberteil, Stopfen und Dichtungen sorgfältig mit warmem

Wasser und Seife reinigen. Ist der Verschluss sehr verschmutzt,
können die Teile bis zu 6 Stunden eingeweicht und dann mit einem
Schwamm oder einer Bürste gereinigt werden.

c. Teile vor dem Zusammenschrauben trocknen lassen. Darauf

achten,dass die Dichtungen ordnungsgemäß eingesetzt sind.

d. Kontrollieren, dass sich der Propeller in der unteren Position bendet.

Dazu den Verschluss auf den Kopf stellen und den Druckknopf so
lange drücken, bis der Propeller in der unteren Position ist.

e. Stopfen durch Drehen gegen den Uhrzeigersinn wieder

einschrauben.

f. Druckknopf herunterdrücken und durch erneutes Drehen gegen den

Uhrzeigersinn kontrollieren, dass der Stopfen fest eingeschraubt ist.

Reinigung der Isolierkanne

a. Kanne nach der Benutzung mit warmem Wasser und ggf. mildem

Spülmittel reinigen.

b. Anschließend mit einem Tuch abtrocknen. Bürste und Schwamm sind

nicht geeignet, da diese die Oberäche der Kanne verkratzen.

c. Isolierkanne regelmäßig entkalken.

Die Isolierkanne ist nur für Kaee u nd Tee geeignet, nicht für fetthaltige
Getränke wie Milch, Kakao oder Chai Latte.
