Features/Benefits:

 Star-Max™ Warming Oven is perfect for heating croissant, quiches,

pizza slices, danish pastries, doughnuts, egg rolls, breakfast rolls,
pocket sandwiches, puff pastries and muffins to perfection.

 Patented Forced Convection keeps the Warming Oven cool to the

touch and extends life of critical components. The forced convection
increases productivity by re-circulating pre-heated air into the oven
chamber.

 Quartz Infrared Heaters provide more consistent heating compared

to traditional heating elements.

 Quartz Infrared Elements, two above and two below the pull out rack

allow for precise even heating of products.

 Automatic six minute timer takes the guesswork out of preparing

a variety of food products.

 Hi-limit switch prevents oven from overheating and protects critical

component parts.

 Energy efficient operation with power saver switch that reduces

electricity consumption by 75%. Oven automatically returns to 1/4
power at the end of the cooking cycle.

food products.

Quality Construction:

The Star-Max™ Warming Oven is designed to stand up to the most rig­orous foodservice demands. Stainless steel construction for long lasting
durability and high performance Quartz Infrared Heaters for superior
heating performance. This unit disassembles by removing two screws
making cleaning easy. Furnished with 4’ cord, standard NEMA 5-15
plug and 2-1/2” adjustable legs. Unit should be located 2” away from
other units or wall to protect fan. Available in countertop, wall-mounted
and stackable models.

Warranty:

Star’s Warming Oven is covered by a one-year parts and labor warranty.
