GENERAL OPERATING PROCEDURES
The pass-thru sneeze guard is used to protect the perishable foods from foreign airborne contaminates. The pass-thru sneeze guard is designed to attach to the side panels on the hot dog roller grill with (4) thumb screws (2 per side). This design feature allows the sneeze guard to be easily removable without the use of any tools.
INSTALLATION
1. Remove (2) sheet machine screws from the right end panel on the hot dog roller grill. (See Figure 1 on drawing SK1414.) Repeat prior instructions for the left end panel. (See Figure 1 on drawing SK1414.)
2. Place sneeze guard on roller grill as shown in Figure 2 on drawing SK1414. Secure the sneeze guard to the right end panel on the roller grill using (2) thumb screws P/N 2C-Y1546. (See Figure 2 on drawing SK1414.) Repeat prior instructions for left end panel. (See Figure 2 on drawing SK1414.)
CLEANING
Turn the roller grill off and allow the sneeze guard to cool before attempting to remove it from the roller grill. After removal, wash the sneeze guard with a mild soap or detergent and warm water using a clean sponge or a soft cloth. Rinse well with clean water. Dry thoroughly with a chamois or a moist cellulose sponge to prevent water spots. Do not scrub or use brushes because it can cause scratches and minor abrasions. Do not use abrasive or highly alkaline cleaners. Never scrape the sneeze guard with squeegees, razor blades, or other sharp instruments. Some compatible cleaners for the sneeze guard are: Joy, Palmolive liquid, Top Job, and Windex with Ammonia D. Adherence to regular and proper cleaning procedures is recommended to preserve appearance.
CAUTION
DO NOT USE SHARP OBJECTS ON THE SNEEZE GUARD SURFACE; SCRATCHES WILL VOID THE WARRANTY. NEVER USE STEEL WOOL OR ABRASIVE CLEANERS ON THE SNEEZE GUARD AS THIS WILL DAMAGE THE FINISH.
MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS
Contact the factory, a service representative or a local service company for service or required maintenance.
