WARNING:

Read all warnings posted on the Elliptical / Ste pper.
Read this Owner's Manual and follow it carefully before using the Elliptical / Stepper. Make sure
that it is properly assembled and tightened before use.
We recommend that two people be available for assembly of this product.
Keep children away from the Elliptical / Stepper. Do not allow children to use or play on the
Elliptical / Stepper. Keep children and pets away from the Elliptical / Stepper when it is in use.
It is recommended that you place this exercise equipment on an equi pment mat.
Set up and operate the Elliptical / Ste pper on a solid level surface. Do not position the Elliptical /
Stepper on loose rugs or uneven surfaces.
Inspect the Elliptical / Stepper for worn or loose components prior to use.
Tighten/replace any loose or worn components prior to using the Elliptical / Stepper.
Before exercising, securely tighten both Locking Knobs(56) which secure the Linkage Connectors(54).
Consult a physician prior to commencing an exercise program. If, at any time during exercise, you
feel faint, dizzy, or experience pain, stop and consult your physician.
Follow your physician's recommendations in developing your own personal fitness program.
Always choose the workout which best fits your physical strength and flexibility level. Know your
limits and train within them. Always use common sense when exercising.
Consult a physician before using the Pulse Recovery Function described on pages 13 and 14.
Do not wear loose or dangling clothing while using the Elliptical / Stepper.
Never exercise in bare feet or socks; always wear correct footwear, such as running, walking, or
crosstraining shoes. Be sure that they fit well, provide foot support a nd feature non-s kid rubber soles.
Be careful to maintain your balance while using, mounting, dismounting, or a ssembling the Elliptical
/ Stepper, loss of balance may result in a fall and serious bodily injury.
Keep both feet firmly and securely on the Foot Pedals while exercising.
The Elliptical / Stepper should not be used by persons weighing over 250 pounds.
The Elliptical / Stepper should be used by only one person at a time.
The Elliptical / Stepper is for consumer use only. It is not for use in public or semipublic facilities.

HARDWARE IDENTIFICATION CHART

Place washers, the end of bolts or screws on the circles to check for the
correct size. Use the small scale to check the sizes of bolts and screws.

This chart is provided to help identify the hardware used in the assembly process.

After unpacking the unit, open the hardware bag and make sure that you have the following items:

NOTICE: The length of all kinds of screws and bolts are not included

themselves head, except the flat head screws and bolts.

1. Some of the hardware items listed may be attached to other parts.

2. Bolt length is measured from the bottom of the bolt head to the end of the bolt.

Place all parts from the box in a cleared area and position them on the floor in front of you. Remove all
packing materi als from your area a nd pla ce them ba ck into the box. Do not dispose of the pa cking materials
until assembly is completed. Read each step carefully before beginning. If you are missing a part please

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

STEP 1

Attach the REAR STABILIZER(3), the one with ENDCAPS(79), onto the MAIN FRAME(1) with

CARRIAGE BOLTS(M8 x 70mm)(80) and NYLOCK NUTS(M8)(73).
STEP 2

Attach the FRONT ST ABILIZER(2) onto the MAIN FRAME(1) with CARRIAGE BOL TS(M8 x 70mm)

(80) and NYLOCK NUTS(M8)(73).

STEP 3

Slide the UPRIGHT SLEEVE(15) onto the UPRIGHT(4). Slide the TENSION CABLE(26) into the
bottom end of the

UPRIGHT(4). Pull the end of the TENSION CABLE(26) through the square hole in

the

UPRIGHT(4). CAUTION: Be careful not to damage the CONNECTION WIRE(30). Connect the
CONNECTION WIRE(30) to the SENSOR WIRE(29). Insert the UPRIGHT(4) into the MAIN
FRAME(1) and secure with HEX BOLTS(M8 x 20mm)(87), LOCK WASHER(M8)(69), HEX
BOL TS(M8 x 50mm)(86), a nd NYLOCK NUTS(M8)(73). Slide the UPRIGHT SLEEVE(15) down to

cover the bolts on the

UPRIGHT(4).
