HARDWARE IDENTIFICATION CHART

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Place all parts from the box in a cleared area and position them on the floor in front of you. Remove all packing materi als from your area a nd pla ce them ba ck into the box. Do not dispose of the pa cking materials until assembly is completed. Read each step carefully before beginning. STEP 1
Remove your from its packaging placing the product on its side, with the LOCKING PIN(33) side upward. Remove the LOCKING PIN(33) and unfold the MAIN FRAME ASSEMBLY separating the half that ha s the attached LOCKING PIN(33). When completed, the frame should be se parated approxi mately 3 feet at the end.
STEP 2
Attach the four RUBBER FEET(32) to the FRONT FRAME(1) and REAR FRAME(2) with ROUND HEAD SCREWS(M5x0.8x25mm)(44). Atta ch the WHEELS(31) onto the FRONT FRAME(1) with WASHERS(M8) (53) and NYLOCK NUTS(M8)(49).
STEP 3
Unfold your to a flat position by moving the FRONT FRAME(1) away from the platform end of the product in a clockwise position until fully extended.

STEP 4
Remove the pa per covering from the foa m ta pe in side the FRONT COVER(7) and REAR COVER(8). Pla ce the FRONT COVER(7) over the FRONT FRAME(1). Place the REAR COVER(8) over the REAR FRAME(2). Press the covers securely in pla ce.
STEP 5
Insert the PULLEY RISERS(29) into the mounting holes in the REAR COVER(8) and REAR FRAME(2). Insert the PULLEY RISERS(22) all the way to the bottom, align the threa ded holes in the PULLEY RISERS(29) with the holes in the REAR FRAME(2), and lock the PULLEY RISERS(29) in position with the LOCKING
KNOBS(30).
STEP 6
Refer to the detail drawing above showing an enlarged view of the left PULLEY RISER(29) and the LEFT PULLEY HOOK(27). With the pulley fa cing down, insert the LEFT PULLEY HOOK(27) into the left PULLEY RISER(29) from the inside a s shown. Swing the pulley forward a s shown and the LEFT PULLEY HOOK(27) will be in position for use. Use the same procedure to install the RIGHT PULLEY HOOK(28) on the right PULLEY RISER(29).

Be careful not to da mage the BUNGEE CORE(59) when unfolding the CARDIO REBOUNDER TOP FRAME(57).

Insert the CARDIO REBOUNDER FRAME(56) into the mounting holes located on the FRONT FRAME(1) and lock in position with the LOCKING K NOBS(30).
NOTE:
You can choose to Insert the FOOTREST(9) into the FRONT FRAME(1) and lock in position with the LOCKING KNOBS(30). Refer to the inset drawing.

CONDITIONING GUIDELINES
How you begin your exercise program depends on your physical condition. If you have been inactive for several years or are severely overweight, start slowly a nd increase your workout time gradually. Increase your workout intensity gradually, too, by monitoring your heart rate while you exercise.
Remember to follow these essentials:
Have your doctor review your training and diet programs. Begin your training progra m slowly with realistic goals that have been set by you and your physician. Warm up before you exercise and cool down after you work out. Take your pulse periodically during your workout and strive to stay within a range of 60% (lower intensity) to 90% (higher intensity) of your maximum he art rate zone. Start at the lower intensity and build up to higher intensity as you become more aerobically fit. If you feel dizzy or lightheaded you should slow down or stop exercising.
Initially you may only be able to exercise within your target zone for a few minutes; however , your a erobic ca pa city will improve over the next six to e ight weeks. It is i mporta nt to pa ce yourself while you exercise so you don’t tire too quickly.
To determine if you are working out at the correct intensity, use a he art rate monitor or use the table below . For effective aerobic exercise, your heart rate should be maintained at a level between 60% and 90% of your maximum heart rate. If just starting a n exercise program, work out at the low end of your target heart rate zone. As your a erobic ca pacity i mproves, gradually increase the intensity of your workout by increasing your heart rate.
Measure your heart rate periodically during your workout by stopping the exercise but continuing to move your legs or walk around. Place two or three fingers on your wrist and take a six second heartbeat count. Multiply the results by ten to find your heart rate. For exa mple, if your six second he artbeat count is 14, your heart rate is 140 beats per minute. A six second count is used because your heart rate will drop rapidly when you stop exercising. Adjust the intensity of your exercise until your heart rate is at the proper level.

WARM-UP and COOL-DOWN
Warm-up The purpose of warming up is to prepare your body f or exercise and to mini mize injuries. Warm
up for two to five minutes before strength-training or aerobic exercising. Perform activities that raise your heart rate and warm the working muscle s. Activitie s may include brisk walking, jogging, jumping ja cks, jump rope, and running in place
Stretching Stretching while your muscles are warm after a proper warm-up and again after your strength
or aerobic training session is very important. Muscles stretch more easily at these times because of their elevated temperature, which greatly reduces the risk of in jury . Stretches should be held for 15 to 30 seconds. Do not bounce.
Suggested Stretching Exercises
Lower Body Stretch
Place feet shoulder-width apart and lean forward. Keep this position for 30 seconds using the body as a natural weight to stretch the backs of the legs. DO NOT BOUNCE! When the pull on the back of the legs lessen, try a lower position gradually.
Bent Torso Pulls
While sitting on the floor, have legs apart one leg straight and one knee bent. Pull the chest down to touch the thigh on the leg that is bent and twist at the waist. Hold this position at least 10 seconds. Repeat 10 times on each side.
Floor Stretch
While sitting on the floor, open the legs as wide as possible. Stretch the upper body toward the knee on the right leg by using your arms to pull your chest to your thighs. Hold this stretch 10 to 30 seconds. DO NOT BOUNCE! Do this stretch 10 times. Repeat the stretch with the left leg.
Bent Over Leg Stretch
Stand with feet shoulder­width apart and lean forward as illustrated. Using the arms, gently pull the upper body towards the right leg. Let the head hang down. DO NOT BOUNCE! Hold the position a minimum of 10 seconds. Repeat pulling the upper body to the left leg. Do this stretch several times slowly.
Remember always to check with your physician before starting any exercise program.
Cool-Down The purpose of cooling down is to return the body to its normal, or near normal, resting state
at the end of ea ch exercise se ssion. A proper cool-down slowly lowers your heart rate a nd allows blood to return to the heart. Y our cool-down should include the stretche s listed above a nd should be completed after each strength-training session.
