MONTAGE DU MANCHERON

1) Assembler le guidon.

2) Visser l’écrou de blocage. Le mancheron est bloqué latéralement et en hauteur.

3) Dérouler la timonerie d’ac-célérateur et bloquer la commande à l’aide du boulon M6 x 45 sur le côté droit du mancheron. Note : La commande d’accé-lération est réglée en usine.

4) Accrocher les colliers de gaine.

HANDLEBAR ASSEMBLY

1) Assemble the handlebar.

2) Screw down and tighten the lateral and height adjustement with nut. The handlerbar is now in the locked position.

3) Unwind the throttle cable and fit the throttle lever to the right land handlerbar with the hex. bolt M6 x 45 mm. Note : The throttle control is preset at the factory.

4) Fit the cable-clips to the handlebar.

AUFBAU DES STERZES

1) Bewegen sie des sterzes solange auf.

2) Die Sicheurungsmutter festchrauben des Sterz ist nun seitlich und in Höhe blockiert.

3) Das Gashebelgestänge abrollen und die Steuerung mit der Durchsteckschraube M6 x 45 rechts am Sterz blockieren Bemerkung : Der Gashebel würde im Werk eingestellt.

4) Die Klemmschellen befestigen.

MONTAGGIO DEL MANICO

1) Alzare il manico.

2) Avvitare il dado di bloccaggio. Il manico e’bloccat lateralmente e all altezza.

3) Volgere il filo dell’acceleratore e bloccare il commando con l’aiuto di un bullone M6 x 45 sul lato dx del manico. Nota : Il commando dell’ acceleratore e’ regalato in azienda.

4) Fissare i fermacavi.

MONTAJE DEL MANILLAR

1) Subir el manillar

2) Apretar la tuerca maniposa de bloquero. El manillar queda bloqueado.

3) Sujetar el mando del accelerator mendiante el tornillo M6 x 45 mm en la parte derecha del manillar. Nota : El mando del accelerator viene regulado de fabrica.

4) Colocar las abrazaderas de los cables de embrague y accelerator.

2) Draai de vieugelmoer vast aan.

3) Rol de gaskabel mit an monteer de gashendel met de M6 x 45 bout op de rechterhandgreep van het stuur. Note : De gashendel is in de fabriek ingesteld.

4) Zet kabels en stangen met de medegaleverde kabelbinders vast.

MOTAGEM DA RABIÇA

1) Levantar a rabiça

2) Aparafusar a porca de travagem - a rabiça esta agora travada.

3) Desenrolar o commando de aceleração e travar o commando com porca M6 x 45 sobre o lado direito de pega. Note : O commando de aceleração é regulado na fabrica.

4) Fixar as braçedeiras.

Les roues de transport, avant ou arrière, se relèvent ou s’escamotent très facilement avant ou pendant le travail grâce aux goupilles de verrouillage. Outre le déplacement de la machine, ces roues à bandage caoutchouc ø 200 facilitent les manœuvres en bout de planche.

Réglage de la béquille de terrage La profondeur de terre travaillée est fonction du réglage de profondeur de la béquille. Plus la béquille est réglée basse, plus la machine travaille en profondeur.

INSTRUCTIONS

DE BON FONCTIONNEMENT

Avant toute intervention sur la machine, le moteur

doit être arrêté, le fil de bougie déconnecté. Ne

jamais mettre de carburant dans le moteur brûlant,

attendre son refroidissement, utiliser un entonnoir

ou autre pour éviter les éclaboussures.

PREPARATION (se reporter à la notice du moteur)

- Le moteur est livré sans huile. Il convient de mettre une huile détergente de bonne qualité et de type 10W30. A l’aide d’un tournevis, retirer le bouchon, remplir en versant lentement. Le moteur étant à l’horizontal.

- Remplir le réservoir avec de l’essence sans plomb octane 98 sans aller jusqu’à débordement. En cas d’éclaboussure, essuyer avec un chiffon.

DEMARRAGE DU MOTEUR

Avant de lancer le moteur, s’assurer que personne ne se trouve dans la zone dangereuse des outils, ni à proximité du moteur. Se placer derrière la machine. Ouvrir le robinet d’essence, s’il y a lieu, mettre la manette du moteur sur «START » ou «CHOKE», faire de même avec la manette d’accélération au mancheron. Saisir la poignée du lanceur et tirer énergiquement pour passer la compression du moteur. Lorsque le moteur tourne, ramener la manette du moteur sur « RUN » ou «MINI » et régler la vitesse avec la manette d’accélération. Lorsque le moteur est chaud, amener la manette du moteur à mi-course pour le démarrer. On arrête le moteur en plaçant la manette d’accélération au mancheron sur « STOP » ou en appuyant sur le bouton coupe-circuit s’il y a lieu.

TROUBLE-FREE RUNNING INSTRUCTIONS

Warning : Bef ore attempt ing maintenance on tour cultivator, maker sure the engin e is stopp ed and the spark plut lead has been disconnected. Warning : do not plut pé trole insu the pét role tank en the engin e is hot. Wait untel it has c ooled down and use a funnel so as to avoid pétrole splashing onto the engine. BEFORE STARTING UP ( see engine manu el)

- The engine is supplied witloof oil. Fill the engine to the co rrect level with grade 10w30. Using a screwdriver, remo ve t he f iller cap and carefu lly fill to overbooking. The cultivator is on level ground.

- Fill the pétrole tank with 98 octane un-leader fuel, bing care full not to overfil l. Wipe away a ny fuel splashes with a rag.

STARTING THE ENGINE

Warning : Before storting the engin e maker sure that nobody is nea r the ro taring balades or the engine, get hem to on e side or behind the m achine. Open the fuel t ap, if f itness, and pla ce the c hoke lev er on « STAR T », then plac e th e throttle lever in its correspondint pos ition. Grasp the stortin g h andle and pull ene rgetical ly to get over the compressi on stroke. Once t he engi ne has starter, push the choke lever to « RUN » o u « MINI » and s et the run ning speed wit h th e th rottle lever. Whe n th e en gine is hot, set t he choke lever to m id-cours e for st orting. The mo tor is stop ped by plac ing the thr ottle lever on « STOP » and pushing the circuit breaker if fitness.

Achtung : Vor jean Eingriff an der Maschin e bitte den Motor ab stellen un d da s Zündk erzenkabe l herau s-ziehen. Nie bei heißem Motor Kraftstoff nachfüllen. Warten bis er kalt ist. Um Spr itzer zu vermeiden, bitte einen Trichte r benützen. VORBEREITUNG (sich an die Motoran leitung halten)

- De r Motor wird o hne Motorenöl ge liefert. Bitte ein waschaktives Ö l von guter Qualität nehmen, Typ 10W30. M it Hilfe eines Schraube ndrehers den Stopfen abneh men. Langsam bis zum Überlauf e in-

gießen. Der Moto r mu ß horizonta l stehen.

- De n Tan k mit b leif reiem Benzin, Oktanzahl 98, füllen, ohne daß er ü berläuft , Spritzer mit einem Tuch entfernen.

ANLAUFEN DES MOTORS

Achtung : Bevor Sie den Mo tor anlass en, vergechen Sie sich , daß sich neim and in der gefäh rlichen Zone der Werkzeug e ode r in Motornähe befindet. Sich hinten neben die Motorhacke stelle n. Den Benzi nhahn ö ffnen. Den Moto rhebel auf “START” oder “CHOKER” stellen , den Gash ebel am G riff auch so einstellen. Mit dem Handgri ff stark das AnlaBerkabel herausziehen, bis der Motor den n otwendin gen Druck hat. Wenn der Motor läuft, den Motorheb el auf “RUN” oder “MINI” stell en und die Geschwindigkeit mit de m Gashebel einstel len. Wenn der M otor warm ist, d en Mo torhebel zum Anlaufen lassen nur auf die Hälfte eins tellen. Zum moto r ab stellen, den Gashebel auf “ STOP ” bringen, oder a uf den Abstellknop f, falls vorhanden, drücken.

Il motor e de ve essere orri zzontale . Riempire il motore con benzina senza piombo a 98 ottanisenza farla trabocca re, in caso di spruzzi ascuigare con uno straccio.

AVVIO DEL MOTORE

CONSEJOS PARA UN BUEN FUNCIONAMIENTO

Antes de cual quier intervencion en la maquina, par a el mo tor y desc onecte el cable de la bujila. No liene nunca el de posito de gasoli na con el motor muy caliente, espe re que se e nfrie y ut ilice un embudo para avitar salpicuduras. PREPARACION (ver el manual del motor)

- El motor se sirve sin ace ite, la acons ejamos le ponga un buen aceite de tergente de ti po 10w30. Com la ayuda de un destornillar , retir e el tapon y con el mot or en po sicion hriz ontal ll enar lentamente hasta que aflore.

- Liene el deposit o de gasoli na sin plomo d e 98 octanos. Limpi e con un tr apo la salp icuduras de gasolina.

ARRANQUE DEL MOTOR

Antes de poner en marcha el mo tor, as egurese que no hay nadie e n la zo na de peligro de las cuchillas, ni cerca d el motor. Colo carse siempre al costado ó detrás de la maquina. En su caso, abri r el g rifo de la gasolina, poner la manecilla del motor e n posición START ó CHOKE y lo mi smo con el mando del acelara dor. Agarre le empruñadura del arran que y tire energ icamente para

vencer la compr esion d el motor. En cuanto se ponga en march a e l motor, coloque la manecilla del motor en posiciè ón “RU N” ó “MINI” y regule la velocidad mediante el man do e l acele rado r. Con el mot or caliente, para pone rlo en marcha, ponga la manecilla del motor a medi o r ecorido. Par para r e l m otor coloque el mand o del acel erador en posición STOP ó apoye sobre el boton de pare del motors.

- De motor wordt gelevend zonder olie. G ebruil een detergentoli e van goede kwali teit, zoals een 10w30. Plaat s de har kfrees op en vlak ke, horizon tale ondergrond. Draai de olie vuldop los met een schroevedraai er en vul langzaa m tot het carter overstroomt.

- Vu l de benzinet ank met loodvri je s uperbe nzine (Octaangeha lte 9 8). Pas o p voo r ove rstr omen. Eventuee l ge morste benz ine onmidde llijk met een doek of lap verwijderen.

MOTOR STARTEN

Voor de motor gestart mag worden, d ient men zich er van te ove rtuigen dat nieman d zich in de buurt van de frezen of de mot or bevind t. Ga zelf aa n de zijkant achter de hakfrees staan . Open de benzinekraan (in dien gemonteerd), pla ats de c hokehendel op “ START” o f “CH OKE”. Pla ats de gashendel eveneens in de sta nd “ START” of “CHOKE ”. Pak de handgr eep van het start erkoord stevig vas t en trek de zui gers door de com pressie heen. Wanneer de motor loopt, plaast e men chokehe ndel in de stand “RUN ” of “MINI”. He t toerental van de fresen wordt met de gashendel inges teld. Ee n warme mo tor wo rdt gest art met d e chokehendel in de middenstand . Af han kelijk van u itvoer ing wordt de mo tor uitgeschakeld door de gashendel in de stand “STOP” te plaasten of door op de drukknop schakela ar d e drukken.

INSTRUÇÕES PARA UM BOM FUNCIONAMENTO

- O motor é entregue sem èóleo. E c onvenien te utilizar um óleo de boa q ualidade , tipa 10w30. Com a ajuda de uma chav e de parafusos, retir ar o tampão e encher lenta de ól eo até cima. A máquin a na posição horizontal.

- Encha o depósi to do com bustivel - sem ser até cima - com gasolina sem chumb o de 98 octa nas. Se entornar, limpe bem com um p ano.

ARRANQUE DO MOTOR

Antes de pô r moto r e m f uncionamenti o, certifique-se de que ningué m s e e ncontra oa alca nte des lâminas dos instrument os de cu ltivo, nem próximo do motor. As pessoas dev erão colocarse ao lado ou atrás de máquina. Abra a torreira da ga solina, se for casa d isso, coloque a ala vanca do m otor na posição “STA RT” ou “CHOKE” : f azer o m esmo com a a lavanca de ac eler ação na rabiça. Seg ure no manipulo do tir ante e puxe c om força de f orma a o bter o im pulso de com pressão no motor. Qua ndo o motor começa r a tr abalhar, ponha a ala vanca d o motor na posição “RUN” ou “MINI”. Quando o mo tor estiver qu ente, ponha a alavanca a meio curso para que ele arranque. O motor pára leva ndo a alava nca de aceleração na rabiça até posiç ão “ST OP” ou carr egando no botãp de desligar, se for caso disso.

ENTRETIEN

Pour toutes les opérations d’entretien ou de contrôle, le moteur est arrêté, le fil de bougie déconnecté. ENTRETIEN MACHINE

- Contrôler périodiquement le serrage des boulons et des vis.

- Après chaque utilisation la machine est nettoyée soigneusement. Eviter le nettoyeur haute-pression.

- Enlever herbes, racines, terre sur les outils et carter.

- Le carter de réduction est graissé en usine. Il ne nécessite aucun entretien.

ENTRETIEN MOTEUR (se reporter à la notice du moteur)

- Contrôler le niveau d’huile avant chaque utilisation.

- La première vidange s’effectue après 5 heures d’utilisation, ensuite toutes les 25 heures, la vidange s’effectue moteur chaud.

- Contrôler l’état du filtre à air. Nettoyer la cartouche toutes les 25 heures d’utilisation en tapotant doucement sur une surface plane. La remplacer si nécessaire.

- Contrôler l’état de propreté du moteur. Nettoyer régulièrement les ailettes de refroidissement ainsi que tous les endroits obstrués par la poussière ou l’herbe.

- Contrôler régulièrement l’état de la bougie ainsi que les électrodes.

- Kontroleer regalmatig of de bougie niet ontkoold moet worde n en dat de ruimte tuss en de elektr oden de juiste is.

- Ve rificar regularmen te o e stad o da vela e dos eléctrodos.

- Laat de motor niet een afgesloten of slecht geventi leerde ruimte draaien : de utilaagassen bevatten koolmonoxyde, een kleur - en reukloos zeer giftig gas.

- Door derden angebrachte veranderingen aan de hakfreesmachine of aan de motor die niet door de fabrikant zijn goedgekeurd of het gebruik van de machine voor andere toepassingen dan waarrvoor hij ontworpen is kunnen aanleiding geven tot het teruglopen van capaciteit, bedrijfsveilligheid en levensduur.

- Gebruik de choke niet voor het afzetten van den motor.

- Vul de tank niet na met benzine terwijl de motor nog draait en wacht met tanken tot een hete motor is afgekoeld.

- Verwijder gemorste benzine voordat de motor gestart wordt.

- Benzine is uiterst ontvlambar. Tank dus niet bij vuur of open licht.

- Gebruik de machine niet op brandfevaarlijk terrein (hool, droge takken, e.d.) zonder een vonkdover op de uitlaat te monteren.

- Neem altijd eerst de kap van de bougie voor u aan reparatie - of onderhoudswerkzaamheden aan de motor begint.

DENK AAN ANDEREN MAAR OOK AAN UZELF

- Laat personen die niet van de bediening van de machine op de hoogte er nooit mee werken. Le g ze eerst uit, hoe er mee om te gaan.

- Não utilise o motor em áreas florestadas, com matos e silvas, nem em terrenos cobertos de vegetação seca se o tubo de escape não estiver equipado com um pára-faiscas.

- Antes de qualquer operaçõ no motor ou na máquina, desligue o fio da vela.

- Não deixe ninguém utilizar a máquina sem previamente Ihe ter dado instruções correctas.

- Afaste as pessoas e as crianças da máquina em funcionamento.

- Mantenha as mãos e os pés afastados das partes quentes e das partes em movimento.
