Note: Keep the packing materials to cushion the product during assembly and then discard packaging properly.
Stack-On Products Company (Stack-On) garage storage products are warranted free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase by a consumer. This Warranty extends to the initial consumer only.
These products are intended for use in a garage.
Cabinets are not intended for flammable material storage.
For roller cabinets with drawers, to avoid tipping open one drawer at a time and close all drawers before moving.

If a defect in material or workmanship appears within the one year Warranty period, return the product with proof of purchase, postage prepaid to:

Stack-On will repair, exchange or refund the purchase price of the product which may prove defective under normal use and service within one year from date of purchase by the initial consumer.

Wall Cabinet

Excessive Weight Hazard
Use two or more people to move and assemble cabinet. Failure to do so can result in back or other injury.
Position shelves at desired location and secure with 4 screws each through pegboard sides.

2. Wall Mounting
The hardware used to secure the cabinet may vary depending on the type of wall and spacing of wall supports. Please contact your local hardware retailer for fastening hardware.
These instructions provide a general guideline for hanging the cabinet. Fastening hardware is included for wood frame wall construction.
The cabinet should be mounted flush and level on the wall. You must use the top 2 mounting holes when securing the cabinet to the wall. We recommend using 4 mounting holes to secure the cabinet.
TIP: A securely fastened cleat (A) mounted level and at the appropriate height will aid in mounting the cabinet.

Assemble leveler plates to bottom of cabinet. Assemble levelers by screwing them completely into the holes in the plates.

To reposition the top or bottom shelf, first remove the retaining plugs.
Storage Cabinet

Use two or more people to move and assemble cabinet. Failure to do so can result in back or other injury.
Remove the shelf by placing 2 hands underneath the shelf and lifting with even pressure.
Move the shelf to the desired location making sure all the tabs pass completely through the shelf locating slots.
Maximum Weight Limits
Shelves: 125 lbs. (56 KG) each Cabinet: 500 lbs. (225 KG) total

Locate the cabinet in the desired location.
Make sure the cabinet is level and square by rotating down only the levelers required.

Drawer Removal and General Maintenance
To Remove a Drawer
1. Pull the drawer all the way open then push it back to align tab with the opening in the drawer channel. Push the tab in with a screwdriver as shown until tab clears the stop on the drawer channel. Repeat on other side and remove drawer.
To reinstall the drawer, pry out the tab (apprx. ¼" (6mm)) and slide drawer channels back into drawer channels. Firmly push drawer until it reaches the closed position.
TRIM INSTALLATION
Maintenance
Drawer Slides should be lubricated periodically. Any good quality household type lubricant can be used. Hardware (nuts, bolts, screws) should be tightened periodically to maintain trouble free operation.
