A Diff Lock Shift Fork bill of material change in the production models listed above was done in mid
December 2008. The shift fork change was done to optimize components being used in production. To
ensure the correct replacement parts are ordered and used when doing ratio changes or carrier repairs,
use the following charts below.
• There are two shift fork designs for these models.
• The shift forks use will vary by combination of Differential Case and Gear Set Ratio
• Carriers built “Before” December 2008 may have had a Different combination than current builds
See the applicable model charts below that details the correct combination of parts customers should use
when performing any type of repairs or more importantly ratio changes to existing carriers. When doing
ratio changes, the differential cases may require changing in addition to the shift fork.
