protection with side shields marked to comply with ISO 7010 along with hearing protection when operating this equipment.

trousers, long sleeves, boots, and gloves. Do not wear loose tting clothing, short trousers, sandals, or go barefoot. Do not wear jewelry of

This product is equipped with a spark arrestor; however, other user requirements may apply. Check with your local authorities. Never operate this unit on the operator’s left side. To reduce re hazards, keep the engine and silencer free of debris, leaves and excessive lubricant. Always ensure that all handles and guards are tted when using the product. Never attempt to use an incomplete product or one tted with an unauthorised modication. Always use two hands to operate a product tted with two handles. Always be aware of your surroundings and stay alert for possible hazards of which you may not be aware due to the noise of the product. Be careful when handling any cutting device / sharp edge tted for trimming the lament line length. Ensure a new lament trimming line is installed correctly before turning the product on. Always ensure that air vents are kept clear of debris.

ASSEMBLE
pipe sleeve
1.Unpacking
a)Unpack all parts and lay them on a at, stable surface. b)Remove all packing materials and shipping devices if applicable. c)Make sure the delivery contents are complete and free of any damage. d)Ensure that you have all the accessories and tools needed for assembly and operation. This also includes suitable personal protective equipment.
2.Cutting head guard assembly
1)Remove hex screw and wing nut from Cutting head guard.
2)Press the Cutting head guard onto the bottom of the curved shaft.
3)Insert the hex screw through the Cutting head guard and the bracket on the curved shaft.
4)Place the wing nut on the hex screw and tighten securely.
3.Cutting head assembly
1)Insert the pipe sleeve slowly to align the hole in the pipe sleeve with hole in the shaft.
2)Fix the pipe sleeve rmly using the Allen key provided by aligning and insert through the holes on the pipe sleeve and shaft.
3)Holding the Allen key tight so the pipe sleeve does not move.
4)Screw the spool in place and turn the spool anticlockwise until it can not rotate any more with the locked pipe sleeve.
Notice:
keep rm footing and balance during operation, including the harness provided when you use.

4.Connecting the upper and lower shafts
1)Insert while rotating the lower shaft into the coupler until the button locks into the positioning hole (the xing hole is opposite the knob). Turn the knob clockwise to tighten the coupler.
CAUTION: Before operating the unit, make sure the release button is fully snapped into the primary hole and the knob is securely tightened.
5. Front handle assembly and adjusting
1)There are 3 positions where the front handle can be xed with 4 screws as shown in the pictures above. Please select the suitable position according to the body height of operator.
2)Screw the handle and holder using the screw driver provided which the screws and holder are pre­attached to the front handle.
3)Tighten the 4 screws until the handle is secure.
Suggestion:
Adjust the handle by you height H≤1.7m,set A
1.7<H<1.8m,set B H≥1.8m,set C Just for reference

6.Harness assembly
Connect the latch on the shoulder harness to the strap hanger if needs. Adjust the strap to a comfortable position. The harness with quick release function can be hooked behind the rear handle if needs.

PREPARE
1.Add engine lubricant oil:Initial use
1) Set the unit on a at surface.
2)Remove the oil cap from the machine
3) Pour 60ml 4 stroke garden engine oil into lubricant bottle.(Oil type:SAE 10W30)
4) Add lubricant oil from the bottle into the lubricant oil tank.
5) Screw and tighten the oil cap.
WARNING: OVERFILLING THE CRANKCASE MAY CAUSE SERIOUS PERSONAL INJURY. Check the oil level before each use. The importance of maintaining the proper oil level cannot be overemphasized. Change the oil according to the Maintenance Schedule. Use 4 stroke garden engine oil. DO NOT use dirty oil. Failure to use clean oil of the correct type can cause premature engine wear and failure.
2.Fueling
1) Remove the fuel tank cap by turning counterclockwise. Rest the cap on a clean surface.
2)Carefully pour fuel into the tank. Avoid spillage.
3) Immediately replace fuel cap and hand tighten by turning it clockwise.
4)Wipe up any spilled fuel.
NOTE: This unit has a 4-stroke engine. DO NOT mix oil with gasoline. The use of old fuel is the most common cause of performance problems. Use only fresh, clean unleaded gasoline.
WARNING: Add fuel in a clean, well-ventilated outdoor area. Wipe up any spilled fuel immediately. Avoid creating a source of ignition for spilled fuel. Do not start the engine until fuel vapors dissipate. Remove the fuel cap slowly to avoid injury from fuel spray. Never operate the unit without the fuel cap securely in place.

PREPARE
Petrol is extremely ammable. Ignited vapors may explode. Always stop the engine and allow it to cool before lling the fuel tank. Do not smoke while lling the tank. Keep sparks and open ames at a distance from the area.

OPERATE
1.Switch on
Trimmer should be on a at, bare surface for starting. To start a cold engine: Press the button to “I” position. Note:checking for loose fasteners, fuel leaks and damaged parts, such as cracks in the cutting attachment
2.Press the primer bulb
Prepare for starting the machine.then Slowly press the primer bulb 8-10 times.
NOTE:
Cold 8-10times Warm 1-2 times
3.Push the choke button
Push the choke button in to set the choke to FULL CHOKE position.
To restart a warm engine: Do NOT push choke button in.
a. Ensure primer bulb has fuel inside. b. Rapidly pull starter/grip until engine starts. c. Squeeze throttle to provide fuel to engine and use for intended task.
4.Pull the recoil start grip
Rapidly pull the recoil start grip until resistance is detected. Machine will be started after 3 to 5 times pulling. But no need for big force because the machine is tted with easy start system.

5.Hold the machine
Keep your body straight to work with double hands ,to control handle with double hands correctly,and keep your feet away from cutting head guard zone,to avoid accidents.
Notice:Hold the product rmly so that it sits with a gap between the product and your right side.
Stand upright, do not lean forward and pay attention to posture. Keep both feet apart to help retain your balance.
6.Squeeze throttle to start cutting
Squeeze throttle 1,then press 2 to provide fuel to engine and use for intended task.
7.Cutting work
During cutting, Keep a rm grip with both hands while operate. Machine should be held at a comfortable position about hip height. Keep your body and feet in safety distance to cutting head. Squeezing the throttle lever to full speed before cutting. The cutting line should run parallel to the ground surface.Cut the grass from right to left. maintain a well-balanced and secure position.Ensure the people present are at least 15meters away. WARNING: Always wear eye, hearing, hand, foot and body protection to reduce the risk of injury when operating this unit. WARNING: To prevent serious personal injury, avoid

Stand in the operating position Stand up straight.

8.Adjust the cutting line length.
The line spool has bump feed function. The line will be extended by tapping the spool head shortly and lightly onto the ground while the unit is running at high speed.
9.Stop engine
Release the Throttle trigger and Throttle lockout,then press OFF switch “Stop”.

MAINTENANCE
The correct and regular cleaning is not only important for the safe use of this product, but also extends its life span.
Warning! Always switch off the engine and wait for cooling down of engine.
Please remove the dust, debris etc. from machine after every application. Clean the machine with a wet cloth. For cleaning difcult to reach areas use a brush. You may use pressurized air to remove persistent dust.
Note: Do not use chemical, acid, alkaline, grinding or other aggressive cleaning agents. They could destroy
the surface of the product.
Warning! Always switch off the engine and wait for cooling down of engine. Inspection and maintenance item and interval by operator.
Exhaust gases and fuel fumes are noxious. Fuel fumes can ignite. Never use the product in environments where there is a risk of explosion. Never breathe in any fuel fumes, when you are refuelling the product. Never ll the tank in enclosed spaces, such as basements or sheds. There is a risk of poisoning and explosion!

MAINTENANCE

1.Clean machine body
Clean the machine handle、safety guard and handle pole,some covers after Working,care some necessary parts with clean cloth,extend the life of product.
2.Check engine lubricant oil level before each use:
1)Separate the attachment from the power head.
2)Set power head on a at level surface with shaft parallel to surface.
3)Unscrew the oil cap and remove.
4)Lubricant level should fall within the top of oil ll hole (the top of screw thread).
5)If level is low, add engine lubricant until the uid level rises to the top of oil ll hole (the top of screw thread) and does not overll.
6)Replace and tighten the oil cap.
NOTICE:Do not overll. Overlling the crankcase may cause excessive smoke, oil loss, and engine damage.
3.Change engine lubricant oil
WARNING!Old engine oil is considered special waste and has to be disposed according to your local environment protection regulation. Do not pour the oil to garbage can, sewer, soil etc. Open the oil tank cap and drain the old oil to an approved container. Return the engine to an upright position and rell with fresh lubricant. NOTE: Dispose of the old oil according to local authorities and local regulations.

4.Air Filter Cleaning
Take the air lter pad out and clean it with a jet of dry compressed air until all dusts are removed. Wear protecting goggles and mask to protect your health during this work.Re-install the air lter cover by closing the air lter cover over the button on the housing, then push the cover until it locks securely in the place.
5.Cutting line pool maintenance
1)Open the cutting line spool by pressing two release buttons on the side and take out the winding core
.
2)Divide a spare cutting line in 2 equal halves, x it in the winding core and start to wind the cutting line in two separated rails. Please follow the indicated winding.

3)Fix the 2 line ends (ca. 15 cm) at the opening to keep the line winded tightly.
4) Guide the 2 line ends into the holes on the spool housing and restore the spool cover.

6.Idle speed adjustment
the idle speed screw needs adjusting on the engine. Turn the idle speed screw counterclockwise to reduce the idle RPM and stop the cut-ting attachment movement.
7.Inspect the Spark Plug
Pull out the spark plug cap and clean the dust in the spark plug area. Screw out the spark plug with the provided socket wrench.Check the ceramic isolation.Clean the electrodes (metal tip) to refresh the surfaces.

Short-term Storage (1-2 weeks) Store the unit in a horizontal position. If not possible, store the unit vertically with the engine at the top. Long-term Storage
1.Remove the fuel cap, tip the unit and drain the fuel into an approved container. Reinstall the fuel cap.
2.Start the engine and allow it to run until it stalls. This ensures that all fuel has been drained from the carburetor.
3.Allow the engine to cool. Remove the spark plug and put 5 drops of any high quality motor oil into the cylinder. Pull the starter rope slowly to distribute the oil. Reinstall the spark plug.
4.Thoroughly clean the unit and inspect it for any loose or damaged parts. Repair or replace damaged parts and tighten loose screws, nuts or bolts.
5.Store the unit in a horizontal position. If horizontal storage is not possible, store unit vertically with engine at top. Preparing the Unit for Use after Long-term Storage
1.Remove the spark plug. Tip the unit and drain all of the oil from the cylinder into an approved container. Reinstall the spark plug.
2.Change the oil. Refer to Changing the Oil. NOTE: Do not use fuel that has been stored for more than 30 days. Dispose of old fuel and oil according to local authorities and local regulations.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Fault Possible Cause Solution
Engine will not start "No spark.

Clean or replace spark plug. Reset spark plug gap.Refer to Spark Plug Replacement earlier in this manual. Push primer bulb until bulb is full of fuel. If bulb does not ll, primary fuel delivery system is blocked. Contact customer support. If primer bulb lls, engine may be ooded, proceed to next item. Set the choke lever to the FULL CHOKE position. Squeeze the trigger and pull the rope epeatedly until the engine starts and runs.
Clean air lter. Refer to Cleaning the Air Filter earlier in this manual. Contact customer support. Clean or replace spark plug. Reset spark plug gap. Refer to Spark Plug Replacement earlier in this manual.
Turn idle speed screw clockwise to increase idle speed.
Drain lubricant and rell with correct amount of 4 stroke garden engine oil SAE 10W-30. See Adding/Checking Engine Lubricant in the Operation section of this manual.

1. These warranty terms cover additional warranty rights and do not affect your
statutory warranty rights. All our products are covered by a 3 year manufacturer warranty.
2. Claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase. This must be in the form
of a sales receipt or bank statement and must show that the product has been purchased within the warranty period as described under point 1, from the retailer that it was originally bought from. Please keep your receipt safe or staple it to the back of this manual for future reference.
3. Our warranty covers problems caused by material or manufacturing defects, and
will result in the repair of these defects or replacement of the device with a like for like or similar article.
4. Our devices have not been designed for commercial, trade or industrial
applications, any signs of use of the equipment in these application or equivalent activities, invalidates the warranty.
5. The following are also excluded from our warranty: A. Faults due to accidents, customer misuse or unauthorized repairs B. Consumable Parts such as cutting head,cutting head guard,handles,knobs, and
other accessories that are compatible with the product. C. Failure due to lack of routine maintenance. D. Failure as a result of not using the equipment in accordance with the manual and
safety instructions
Warranty claims should be submitted before the end of the warranty period, see point 1, but a paid service exists for repairs commissioned after this period. The original warranty period remains applicable to the device even if repairs are carried out or parts are replaced. In such cases, the work performed or parts tted will not result in an extension of the warranty period, and no new warranty will become active for the work performed or parts tted.
