ser realizadas con la alimentación eléctrica del aparato desconectada.

- CARACTERÍSTICAS E INFORMACIÓN TÉCNICA
DESCRIPCIÓN GENERAL
El modelo QUADRO-250 es un panel de calentamiento tanto para uso
domestico como industrial. Está destinado preferentemente al calentamiento de
ambientes en oficinas, negocios, laboratorios, habitaciones…. Su diseño plano
le permite integrarse perfectamente en todos estos ambientes.

INSTRUCCIONES DE INSTALACIÓN
OPERACIONES PRELIMINARES YADVERTENCIAS
Lea atentamente este manual de instrucciones para el uso y el
mantenimiento antes de proceder a utilizar el aparato.
Desembale el aparato con cuidado y compruebe la perfecta integridad
del panel. En caso de que presente cualquier defecto o daño, no lo instale ni
intente repararlo. Póngase inmediatamente en contacto con su proveedor
habitual o con un servicio técnico S&P.

No deje el embalaje al alcance de los niños y recíclelo de acuerdo
con las disposiciones vigentes.
Antes de conectar el aparato a la red eléctrica, asegúrese de que la
tensión de la red corresponde a la indicada en la placa de características del
aparato.
Para la conexión a la red eléctrica utilice un cable manguera
H05VV-F 2 x 0.75 mm

No posicione el cable de alimentación con un radio de curvatura
inferior a los 50 mm.
El aparato de calentamiento no debe ser colocado directamente bajo una
toma de corriente y no debe ser instalado en el interior de un baño.
Coloque el aparato a una altura mínima de 1.80m, dejando al menos 50 cm entre
el mismo y el techo.
Este producto no debe ser utilizado por personas (incluidos niños) con
disminuciones físicas, sensoriales o mentales, o con inadecuada
experiencia y conocimiento si no es bajo la supervisión de una persona
responsable adecuadamente instruida. Los niños deben ser supervisados para
asegurarse de que no juegan con el producto.
No toque el aparato con las manos o los pies mojados o húmedos y
no estire del cable de alimentación.
La conexión del aparato a la red debe estar provista de un
interruptor bipolar con una distancia mínima de apertura de los
contactos de 3 mm y debe respetar las normas en vigor en el país de instalación.
La superficie radiante frontal del panel debe estar libre y no cubierta
de objetos que podrían dañarla de forma irreparable y provocar un incendio. Es
imprescindible, por lo tanto, seguir las siguientes advertencias de seguridad
durante la instalación del producto:
- Deje al menos 50 cm de distancia entre la superficie del panel y
los eventuales objetos que se encuentren bajo el mismo.

- Coloque el panel a una distancia mínima de 30 cm de las paredes
laterales y de al menos 50 cm si se trata de paredes revestidas de
materiales sintéticos o inflamables.
- Coloque los paneles a una distancia mínima de 30 cm de las ventanas.
- Coloque el panel siempre a una altura mínima de 1.80 m.
CONEXIÓN ELÉCTRICA
ATENCIÓN. Antes de realizar la conexión eléctrica, asegúrese de que la
alimentación esté desconectada.
En la parte posterior del panel se encuentra la caja de conexiones que contiene
la regleta para la conexión del cable eléctrico.
Retire la tapa del cajetín, destornillando el tornillo de fijación.
Practique un agujero de 16 mm en la tapa del cajetín, coincidiendo con la zona
pre-incisa visible, para introducir el cable de alimentación (2x0.75 mm como
mínimo) en el compartimiento donde se encuentra la regleta de conexión.

Inserte el prensaestopas en el cable de conexión.
Inserte el cable y el prensaestopas en el agujero anteriormente practicado en la
tapa y asegure el prensaestopas con la tuerca del prensaestopas.
Conecte el cable de alimentación a la regleta de conexión y asegúrelo con la
abrazadera.

Coloque de nuevo la tapa, fijándola con su tornillo.
Finalmente, asegure firmemente el cable de conexión mediante el
prensaestop

MANTENIMIENTO Y LIMPIEZA

Realice las operaciones de mantenimiento y limpieza con el aparato
siempre desconectado de la red de alimentación.
Para la limpieza del panel radiante no utilice gasolina, disolventes
agresivos…Utilice únicamente un paño húmedo de agua.

PUESTA FUERA DE SERVICIO Y RECICLAJE
En caso de puesta en fuera de servicio, aunque sea de forma temporal, es
aconsejable conservar el aparato en lugar seco y libre de polvo.
Ayúdenos a proteger el medio ambiente eliminando el embalaje de acuerdo con
la legislación nacional vigente sobre el tratamiento de residuos.
No tire los aparatos que lleven esta identificación junto con la basura no
clasificada. Se deben recoger y eliminar de forma especial. La eliminación de
aparatos viejos se debe realizar de forma adecuada y competente, de acuerdo
con las normas y leyes locales vigentes.

5- INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
PRELIMINARYOPERATIONSAND WARNINGS
Consult this manual on use and maintenance carefully before using the
appliance.
Unpack the appliance carefully and ensure that the panel is in a perfect
state. Should it present any defect or damage do not install it or try to repair it.
Contact your usual supplier or S&P technical service immediately.

Do not leave packaging within the reach of children and recycle it in
agreement with the by-laws in force.
Before connecting the appliance to the electrical supply, ensure that the
supply voltage coincides with that indicated on the appliance´s characteristic
plate.
For connection to the electrical supply use a
H05VV-F 2 x 0.75 mm
power cable.
Do not position the supply cable with a curvature radius of less than 50
mm. The heating appliance must not be placed directly below a power socket
and must not be installed inside the bathroom. Place the appliance at a minimum
height of 1.80m, leaving at least, 50 cm between the heater and the ceiling
.
This product must not be used by persons (including children) with
physical, sensorial or mental disabilities or without sufficient knowledge or
experience, if they are not under the supervision of a responsible,suitably
instructed person. Children must be supervised to ensure they do not play with
the product.
Do not touch to the appliance with wet hands or the wet feet and
do not stretch the power cable.

The connection of the appliance to the mains must be provided
with a bipolar switch with a minimum contact opening of 3mm and must
be in compliance with the standards in force in the country where it is to be
installed.
The radiant frontal surface of the panel must remain free and
uncovered by objects as these may damage it beyond repair and provoke a fire.
It is therefore indispensable that these safety warnings are followed during the
installation of the product:
- Leave a distance of at least 50 cm between the surface of the
panel and the objects that are below it.

- Place the panel at a distance of at least 30 cm from the side
walls and at least 50 cm if these will are covered with synthetic or
inflammable materials.
- Place the panels at least 30 cm from windows.
- Always place the panel at a minimum height of 1.80 m.
ELECTRICALCONNECTION
WARNING: Before making the electrical connection, ensure that the
supply is disconnected.
A connection box that contains the terminal strip to connect the electric cable
can be found at the rear of the panel.
Remove the connection box cover, by unscrewing the holding-down screw.
Make a 16 mm hole in the cover of the connection box so that it coincides with
the visible pre-incision area, to insert the supply cable (at least 2x0.75 mm2)
into compartment where the connection strip is located.

Insert the cable seal into the connection cable
Insert the cable and the cable seal into the hole made in the cover beforehand
and tighten the cables seal with the cable seal nut.
Connect the supply cable to the connection strip and fix it with a clip.

Put the cover back, and fasten it with its screw.
Finally, firmly fasten the cable connection using the cable seal.
6-7-MAINTENANCEAND CLEANING
Maintenance and cleaning operations must always be carried out with
the appliance disconnected from the power supply.
Do not use petrol, aggressive solvents etc. for cleaning the radiant panel, use
only a damp cloth.
WITHDRAWALFROM SERVICEAND RECYCLING
When no longer in use, even for a short period, the appliance should be stored in
a dry dust free place.
Help us protect the environment by discarding the packaging in agreement with
the national legislation in force on waste disposal.
Do not discard appliances bearing this label with non-classified waste.
They must be collected and discarded in the required way. Old appliances must
also be scrapped in an appropriate fashion, in accordance with the local
regulations and by-laws.
