Quick Start Reference Card
POWER
Power your Spectrum with the included power supply. If you are using pedalboard power, be sure to use a regulated 9 Volt DC output that can source at least 150mA.
MAIN CONTROLS
INPUT – Input Level Control.
DEPTH – Controls the depth of the filter sweep. FREQ – Adjusts the center frequency of the filter. SPEED – Controls the attack and decay speed of the envelope follower or the LFO. TRON – Simple low resonance, low pass filter that is very popular. DUMPLING – Higher resonance low pass filter inspired by the classic Meatball. THRUST – An octaver effect plus filter.
ALT CONTROLS – HOLD DOWN THE CONTROL BUTTON WHILE TURNING KNOB/TOGGLE
(or, press control button once to make ALT mode active. LED blinks while ALT mode is
active. After 5 seconds, the C4 reverts to normal control mode)
SENSE – Adjusts the sensitivity of the envelope follower MIX – Controls the ratio of the wet signal relative to the dry signal RES – Controls the resonance of the filter. Also known as the Q. VOL – Adjusts the overall output level. TRON – Bandpass filter with more punch. DUMPLING – Octaver, fuzz, and phaser effect. THRUST – Mix of octaves both up and down.

INPUT LEVEL CALIBRATION
Use to ensure your particular instrument levels are matched to the Spectrum. Turn the
INPUT knob while playing your instrument. Increase until you see the LED go from
GREEN to blinking RED.
