Addendum
Your P802 contains some functions in addition to those
described in the User’s Guide. This leaflet contains a short
summary of these features. The help in your P802 gives you
more detailed information.
CommuniCam
Night mode gives you better pictures in low light conditions. Set
the camera into Night mode with
CommuniCam > Mute shutter
Select

Pictures
When the image is zoomed in and larger than the screen area,
press the stylus point gently in the middle of the image and drag
it in the direction you want.
You can expand and rotate the images in Pictures to fit full
screen (portrait) or widescreen (landscape).
• Tap the image to expand it.
• Use the Jog Dial to browse the images.
• Tap the image again to go back to the original size.
In
Edit > Preferences
, specify the image screen orientation.
Video player
Expand the video view as in Pictures.
Edit > Preferences > Display
In
orientation.
, specify the video screen
Audio player
You can start and use the audio player with the flip closed.
• Use the Jog Dial to select a melody or to open a menu where
you can control the audio player.
Full screen web browser
You can expand the web browser view to full screen.
• Press the Internet button on the side of the P802 or select
> Full screen
• Press the Internet button again to resize the view.

SMS delivery report
You can request a delivery report when your text messages have
been delivered to the recipients. The delivery report arrives on
your P802 as a text message. You find the setting on the address
tab.
Select multiple files
When deleting, moving or copying video, audio and picture files
you can select more than one at the time.
• Select the check boxes beside the file names.
Support for TTY
Teletype (TTY) accessory, text phone, is an aid for deaf and
speech-impaired persons.
• Connect the TTY device to the accessories connector at the
base of the P802.
• In Phone, go to
P802 into TTY mode.
You can still make normal calls with the P802 in TTY mode but
other accessories such as handsfree will not work properly.
Do not open the flip during a TTY call. It will impair the qualit y
of the connection.
Edit > Preferences > TTY Accessory
to set the
Device lock code
The default device lock code is 0000.
Memory Stick Duo
The Memory Stick Duo delivered with the P802 can be in
versions with or without the lock function. Remember, without
the lock function you can overwrite existing files.
