Flexible Circuit Board Repairing
• Keep the temperature of the soldering iron around 270°C during
repairing.
• Do not touch the soldering iron on the same conductor of the circuit board (within 3 times).
• Be careful not to apply force on the conductor when soldering or unsoldering.
Notes on chip component replacement
• Never reuse a disconnected chip component.
• Notice that the minus side of a tantalum capacitor may be damaged by heat.

WS-48A 3kHz, 0dB Tape Speed Adjustment
Tape Speed Adjustment
Procedure :
0 dB = 0.775V
1. Playback WS-48A (tape center part) in the FWD state and adjust RV601 so that the frequency counter reading becomes 3,000Hz. Standard value : 2,985–3,015Hz
2. Playback WS-48A (tape center part) in the REV state. Check that frequency counter reading is within ±1.0% of the reading of step 1.
