The secret to Sony performance
Sony’s proprietary Translucent Mirror Technology simultaneously directs light to the image sensor and AF sensor
on a continuous basis to realize full-time live view shooting
and accelerated full-time continuous phase-detection autofocusing even during HD movie shooting. It’s the cornerstone of Sony interchangeable-lens camera technology.
